Super helpful with minimal issues
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and access clients all under one platform. Attractive platform that is pleasing to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform crashes sometimes and does not work. Not sure if it is a network issue but it seems like a software issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shared access to contacts is very helpful in the organization
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend it. Although I do not have experience with other CRM platforms, my experience with Hubspot would compel me to continue to use this platform in the future
Lead Management Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows that automatically update lead status based on a lead's interaction with my content. The automatic workflows allow me to quickly identify leads with a higher likelihood to close with little manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not very intuitive and are difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's sequences allow me to reach a large audience of potential buyers. The activity tracking helps me narrow down the leads to interested buyers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking the time to dive into the resource library. There is a lot of helpful information and tips for getting the most out of your HubSpot account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot's ability to organize my workflow to be more organized. Hubspot's power for me to manage makes me a better and faster producer. It has multiple ways for me to organize leads and make sure I reach everyone in my

Too complex sometimes. Hard to organize because of this complexity. Sometimes it becomes extremely confusing because of the ability to have so much. With this type of complexity, time might not be spent working and more adapting to the groove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An organizational problem. Being able to have the ability to have multiple ways to organize has increased my efficiency and saved me time. I have been able to improve my sales process and find the inefficencies in our process. I can be as technical in my process as I want. This allows for a stronger understanding of what we are doing in data. We can use this data to shorten the amount of time we spending finding ineffencies and increase better output thus, increasing revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
1). I like that I can manage my tasks and see daily how many follow-ups (calls. texts, emails, meetings) that I have done. It is also easy to communicate with your team through Hubspot by tagging them.
2). I like that I can track and see if a student has read my emails/ opened or clicked. This has helped me see although they may not have answered my calls that they may still be interested just less engaged.
3). I have enjoyed the use of saving the templates and being able to personalize my templates to have them show their name/the specific campus/ or area of interest.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I wish there was a set task for SMS instead of it having to go under to-do
2. When making your own template there is not an option to add your own picture into the template unless you copy and paste.
3. I have found that it takes quite a lot of refreshes to disqualify a lead. I wish to mark a call as not complete and will have to check please do not contact me and will have to refresh 4+ times for the lead to be unqualified.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have helped the team know that there is a folder within HubSpot that you can pull images from and add to emails. This helps because I have found that an image or GIF helps gain attention to the email.
At first, we were not able to figure out how to unqualify a lead by just marking a call as not interested. By checking off the lead for please do not contact me and refreshing multiple times we were able to unqualify the lead and know that the student is no longer interested.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to navigate around Hubspot and keep track of all the contact my team have had with prospects, clients, and end users. Reporting is decent, email tracking is great, and Hubspot integrates with just about any other tech platform you might be using. Their Knowledge Base is also excellent for finding your way around if you get stuck.
Overall an excellent choice if you're looking for an easy-to-use CRM that can handle all the needs of a growing startup!

What do you dislike about the product?
This is probably more of a user error but I do struggle setting up some reports, they can get quite complex so having someone who knows their way around here is key.
Also, the Sequences function is lacking in flexibility and overall featureset compared to competitors like Outreach, Prospect.io, Interseller etc. Still gets the job done though and it's extremely nice to have this as part of my CRM rather than a separate tool!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The majority of our sales and marketing activities are handled in Hubspot, so the proof is in the ARR pudding! It's wonderful having a centralized hub for marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and management of our website.

Hubspot Sales Hub is integral to any sales team that is looking to scale its lead pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Hubspot Sales Hub is their incredible development/backend team that is always working to create solutions in beta to solve problems that might arise to my sales team. Obviously, this software does have its limitations at times, but whenever I got to them to solve an issue, they had a solution ready. I got access to the beta versions of deal pipeline access restrictions and deal card editing, which allowed me to segregate my sales pipelines much more easily and create more transparency when viewing each deal. The support is the number #1 thing I like about Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
As compared to Salesforce, the access to customization is limited so while the features that are currently available might be great, Hubspot should allow for more flexibility in its Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem I solved is creating an integrated sales pipeline through its deal section. I use it's task feature to ensure that I am always on track on what to do with each lead I create a deal for. My sales have increase by 300% through this as I am not missing out on anything now. Secondly, I now have more visibility and automation at my hand, so I can create processes to manage things more efficiently and effectively in my pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are starting a new sales team and trying to create a way through which you can track your leads and grow your sales pipeline, then the deals section of Hubspot Sales Hub is your best and safest bet. Ask a team member to go through its courses because while it may seem simple, some parts of Hubspot do require a deeper understanding of how the platform works.
Once that's done, create deals for each response you get from a lead and always make sure that there is a task assigned to each one of them. On top of this, create stages in there to know where each lead is, what its current status is, and what the next steps are. But a word of advice here, this platform is only as good as the info you feed it so keep updating it with deal amounts, expected close dates, lead origination point, and other important data points to have complete transparency on your pipeline and actually make the use of the platform helpful to your cause.
