Great CMR for any size business!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has competitive prices and several 3rd party add ons that allow you to make the crm your own
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is down due to updates but we understand that that has to happen from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get real-time data and review calls for training purposes

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily find my contacts, properly organize tasks, and set priority levels so I know who is a warm lead

Sometimes hubspot server is down, for instance yesterday loading times were taking a long time .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are solving are trying to add in app messaging within hubspot so my team can contextually conversate around leads and companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing tracking for what visitors are doing on our site and the specific pages and how many times they've visited. I love being able to see all the interactions on a specific deal vs the contact info like so many other CRM services offer. HubSpot's ability to make calls within the app are also SUPER SUPER helpful because I can make international calls; The calendar booking and sync'ing with Gmail Calendar is also a huge bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the email sync with gmail either takes too long or doesn't sync for whatever reason; duplicate checking can sometimes be an issue with deals/contacts getting weird; Maybe an average of once or twice a week for some period of time we get the "Some customers are having issues" notice

Problems solving: easy to use and easy to follow sales dashboard with great reporting;

What do you like best about the product?
That we can integrate it with other programs, it is also easy to use & is very consumer-friendly. Sales and Admin people find this CRM very easy to use and very easy to teach to new staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how it has technical errors and glitches and sometimes doesn't save my work. The email feature doesn't always work or states that the email bounced when it didn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see all the deals at every stage and can know exactly what is happening. We have solved the problem of logging things in multiple places. It is nice to see the logged calls/texts on each client to catch up on where they are at.

Being able to queue contacts for calling, move through them rapidly and easily access their details at a glance

Occasional service disruptions, reporting can be a little clunky

HubSpot is the simplest solution I've used for tracking customer contact history, data is organized in a very easy to read and navigate sort of way
Always customizable if you think creatively!

I LOVE how user friendly and well laid out the interface is. I can always figure out workarounds if I need to, and support is ALWAYS on top of it.

Need better user permission drill-downs to be more specific.

Solving reporting issues we had using excel, and are able to streamline so many manual processes that slowed down our sales team.

You can literally do anything you need to with Hubspot, you just need to think out the box and ask questions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and navigation of Hubspot. It leads to very efficient workflows for prospecting and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature releases are sometimes rushed and rolled out that complicate what I believe to be a perfect system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping deals organized and not having a million tabs open are solved with Hubspot Sales Queues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look for another Sales CRM, Hubspot has everything you need.

The UI makes onboarding new users simple.

Contacts can only be associated with one company and each email address can only be in the system one time. We have a lot of contacts that work at two locations, but can't associate them that way. Our creative workarounds don't make for the cleanest data set.
There's also some little quirks around workflows and sequences that make them not always fit the bill for what we need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot cross-functionally and it has allowed our teams to efficiently run processes on one unified platform. Hubspot is our database of record, giving everyone on the platform the most current and correct information. From a marketing perspective, it has allowed us to automate and personalize at scale our outbound communications. We run everything from our sales team to our website to our help desk on Hubspot.
The biggest benefit we've realized is the process efficiencies. Our teams are able to scale to a larger user set without scaling internal resources.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with anything, do your due diligence! It is powerful marketing, automation, and CRM platform, but it does come with limitations. Companies that have a well-defined sales process will have an easier time onboarding and setting it up, rather than trying to see what the system can do and molding your sales process off of that.
