Transparency and Connectivity in one "spot"
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see work from other departments. The transparency of communications really helps multiple departments accountable and on the same page. Having transparency with other team members and their communication does a great service to our customer service benchmarks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking on certain activities may not be realistically represented on the actual production. There may some specific things that management looks at for reporting but is not a direct reflection of the amount of work that was actually done. It still needs a little tweaking. Perhaps "contacts touched or reviewed" should be included in reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are the transparency of communications and accountability of each department that is represented in the "Activities" tab. Having all the information in one place saves me on opening windows and clicks. Tasks keep me focused on what I need to prioritize and what I can save for tomorrow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to work in one location but able to see notes and information from different sources, Hubspot is a great place to work in. It would help to consolidate some of the excess apps you may not need and will most likely save you money.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to stay incredibly organized. Everything is very intuitive. It integrates with discoverorg seamlessly. It is a very powerful tool without being overwhelming. I am able to manage communications, email campaigns, deal stages, etc with ease. I am easily able to make all my calls through Hubspot. This allows me to track all calls and I can type notes directly into the platform while on the phone. It tracks all my other activities which keeps a record of the work I'm doing. It even has a business card scanning function via the phone that saves input time. My pipeline management is a snap now. Very, very happy with the product overall
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's web based, changes require a screen refresh for them to take effect. The information display takes a little getting used to. I don't have a better suggestion, and it isn't an issue for me now, but when I started it all kind of ran together. Some of my complaints (visibility issues when entering new contacts) has been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. I am on top of all of my tasks. I don't miss things anymore. My worth can be objectively measured not just by the amount of money I bring in but by the amount of activity / meetings / calls. It allows our team to share data seamlessly and makes it easy to avoid stepping on each other's toes.

I like how simple it is to use hubspot the same way I would use Salesforce + a sales enablement tool.

Everything about hubspot has been very pleasant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hubspot to run sales email campaigns. The snippets feature is really helpful to have pre-written answers that customers always ask.

Task/ filtering / sequences - ease of use

not being able to pause sequences or set holiday hours - basically all my client enrolled in a sequence will receive emails on holidays. there's no way for me to bulk change that. I need to update 400 contacts manually.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hubspot is its easy to use platform and helpful articles and guides. Hubspot lets us manage our pipeline and see the entire customer journey. It is very interesting to keep track of everything that happens from the first touch with marketing content to the moment they convert in a website form, to the conversations and negotiations with a sales exec, until (and after) the lead becomes a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could improve the flexibility and customization of reports and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our ally in our inbound strategy. All our website forms are connected to Hubspot and it is very helpful to keep track of our lead generation efforts as well as the conversion rates in our funnel.

That I have many places to write information , as well as assigning a specific contact to calls or tasks

What do you dislike about the product?
That the emails do not accumulate into 1 activity when there's a thread. Instead the same email thread looks like plenty of different activities. It's annoying to scroll down to look for the same email .

Hubspot enables one to keep track of clients and deals in a pipeline across our markets.
It can have a large number of collaborators and offers a lot of opportunity for the development of new relationships and managing those relationships when someone leaves the business.
The dashboards allow us to monitor the future and past team performance.
The marketing efforts allow us to maintain consistency over our various pieces of software.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we originally set up our contacts and companies we set them up quickly which has lead to the limited use of some of the wider products.
Some fields are confusing for non-regular users of the platform to fill in.
Many of our staff do not use Gmail, and the limitations of the email products to just gmail has meant they are not able to use this.
Our business often involves bookings that come through at one date with revenue that is split over multiple months, we were not able to split revenue over more than 1 month.

We have been able to track our pipeline accurately and build out an accurate picture of team revenue.
Marketing solutions allowed us to reach 7 times as many customers as before we used the product with our marketing efforts.
We've worked with a 3rd party to separate the revenue of long running campaigns which has allowed improved accuracy.

Try to ensure that the original set up is as complete as possible so that future rollouts are more valuable.

what I like is seamlessness. it's almost like you never have to leave the CRM to manage your leads and engage with them.

the CRM is pretty limited in certain ways, ie pipeline rules, phone features are not available yet in my country

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences are a pretty effective tool for sales outreach - especially now since there's a beta to pause steps in the sequence until the prior step is completed before it continues on.
Task management is effective and allows you get your work done, either at a client, company or deal level.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's too much clicking to get around Hubspot. I HATE the UI (I'm sure some people love it) because it takes up far too much valuable real estate on my screen without giving me enough information, making me have to click around/scroll to find it. It's just not layed out in an efficient manner.
There isn't a way to sort tasks, clients, or other activities by time zone. That's a big pain for me in sales when I need to prioritize my outreach through the day by time zones.

Hubspot allows me to scale my sales process effectively to close deals. It does get the job done.

Hubspot is completely different way of approaching, User-friendly and they provide lot of sales training which is very useful for us, CRM is easy to use and convenient they also have CRM mobile apps where you can use anywhere
