HubSpot is a great lightweight CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to insert tracking links within emails tied to the CRM that allow you to see opens. It's nice to know whether or not your emails are opened, to have a reason to call a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the email format of emails that are sent through the web interface. They tend to look less personalized and I find a better response rate if I send emails through outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports within hubspot can give you a better idea of where to spend your time. Once you've put the effort into the system, you can see the effectiveness of your communication methods. Then you can do more of the good ones, and less of the bad ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for getting up and running with CRM. Excellent support and plenty of content targeted to improving conversion rates for your sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a single platform where members can keep track of company's activities and get data in real time. It is freely available and easily accessible. All sales processes and their location can be linked and on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive for small size businesses.
It does not have integrations with most of market relayed Webb apps. Should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our leads, sales and keeping customers information. It has streamlined our business

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how each part of HubSpot communicates with the other. Nothing sits in isolation, and multiple updates are not necessary to ensure your information is consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that HubSpot is not very customizable, specifically in terms of reports and some mandatory fields that cannot be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big thing HubSpot has helped us get a handle on is marketing. The marketing tools are very convenient and have allowed us to do much more than we could before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need more marketing tools, if you need a system that works, HubSpot is a very good choice.

HubSpot: A Comprehensive Review

What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM, Hubspot is quick, easy to navigate and has a plethora of tools that aid in making day to day use easy. Templates for emails, Report Dashboard and Activity Feed are all part of my working day and allow me to see what has been done, by who and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpots integration tools need some more work. The inbox constantly detaches itself from outlook and the phone integration tool seems to change phone numbers (removing "+" characters before international calls is most common).A minor inconvenience at best, but worth a mention.
Also, HubSpot does not always allow you to edit, remove or update phone numbers in a contact page. it seems to work on a 50/50 split of allowing you to do so, or not- with logic thrown out of the window.
Also, When in the email section of a contact or company, email feeds do not always show as chronological and are often repeated. This is dull and makes what should be a simple look back at what was previously said more like finding a needle in a hay stack.
Reports, whilst incredibly handy are not always accurate. We have several "deals" that should show on the pipeline or individual persons report, yet do not do so. So we have elected for manual reporting when it is of importance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows for recording data and storing details of a person or company like no other CRM I have used and the ability to set tasks to any member of my team is great! Also, "tagging" them in comments made on files is a really handy way to get them to view information and edit it before it is committed to the software. I love that.
beyond that I would not say we are solving many problems. I cannot help but feel that it is doing too many things to an average degree, where I would rather see a refined experience on the basics first. Getting email integration right and a smarter system in place for phone numbers would be a great place to start.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use this, but manage your teams expectations and always double check any data farmed from it.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting everything done at a single place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hubspot extension for chrome slows down the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier i was unorganised as well as my data was scattered. After using Hubspot, i could keep a tab of all the activities. The best part is that i get notification of who opened up my email/clicked to the attachment. Even the reports gives a perfect idea of the work we do.

Sequences for the Win!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sequences are my favorite feature! They allow you to customize a reach-out strategy and keep you in front of clients, prospects, etc. They do much of the heavy lifting for you and keep you on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish HS would provide is reporting on how engaged a contact is. Like a score. Mailchimp does a rating system comprised of an algorithm based on opens, clicks, etc. I want to know which prospects are already engaged as that would tell me which ones to reach out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying engaged with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best and the most thing that I like with the Hubspot CRM is... it is free. next to that is I can easily use this on my contacts, and all their details. quite hard on the first use as of course, I am new to the system but I don't quit easily, that is why now I am loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of the apps, I cant Identify yet because up until now as I am using this, I am like it. the hard thing that I found is what if their system fails, I wish they can create a back up for the files stored so that in case of problem occur. I mean I still haven't explored much but that is only what if.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that The Hubspot helped me was it really avoid duplicate contacts and organized my data and files plus the marketing effort makes it in a timely manner. benefits that I realize include making our life easy, less the effort and more time for me to do more things. I mean all you have to do is set up the system, edit some and you're good to go and your set.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot CRM is a great offer and so economical and easy to use. it makes your marketing business easy. good job on having this and as we all know. nowadays on this global technology that we live in, we need this kind of platform.
