Amazing CRM with all the bases covered!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all aspects of a quality CRM is here, content management, email lists, sequences, the ability to dial and integrate with other dialers and so much more! It does all of this smoothly with very little downtime!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this point. There are some outages that affect our output and volume, but they are very few and far between to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer database, sequences and the ability to track all analytics and metrics right from the integrated dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform helps over 12,000 companies in 56 different countries. HubSpot contains tools and integrations that you would need for marketing, sales, content management, as well as customer service, with given the ability to attract visitors, gain leads, and close deals. It allows for sales and marketing content to be present in one united place.
Overall, HubSpot is relatively simple to use, which is why many companies enjoy using it for their sales and marketing teams. Some features include sending targeted emails to a list of contacts; it provides the ability to track engagement that contacts utilize in emails such as emailed links or images. There is also a feature where you can build landing pages with forms for the organization’s website. From many client reviews, it is clear that many companies are seeing much success with an increase in leads while making monitoring of accounts extremely accessible.

Robust and Quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is simply a great CRM. The UI and ease of use is genuinely really good. It has some really good quality features that are so useful to our team. It gives us easy access to all our contacts and company and the ability to add notes and customisable fields in an easy to view way is extremely helpful. It's really customisable and has excellent automation features too. We have set up workflows and use the sequences features - they're both really good. The HubSpot support team is also quick to reply should we ever have any questions and they are very helpful every time we ask anything to them. Reporting in HubSpot is displayed in handy dashboards that we can make small customisations to and are easy to look at and filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how within the sales reporting it isn't as customisable as it could be. Cross variable reports would be very useful to have within HubSpot. Another main dislike to HubSpot is that there are a lot of add-ons to the packages that incur additional costs so it is quite an expensive CRM if you'd like to have all the different features and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Sales Hub we're solving problems of unifying our data sources as HubSpot gives us a single place to house everything and unify all our team activity through the use of tasks and notes. It gives the wider team visibility on company and contact activity as well as individual deal activity. Pipelines have been a big benefit to us within HubSpot as we can track new business through each stage effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great for small and medium sized companies wanting to start fast
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface pretty intuitive once you learn where everything is. I felt like it was easy to learn and to get started. Everything connects in a way that makes sense to me. For Marketing and Sales, it can be frustrating when you strategy gets bogged down in tools so I love that Hubspot's sales platform is easy to spin up and just get to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quite as feature-rich as something like a Salesforce, but that can be a blessing or a curse. Some features are add-ons that cost extra and occasionally it can feel like something that should be standard got called Premium. I think a very large, very sophisticated sales/marketing team might possibly outgrow Hubspot or butt up against its feature limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to to create Deals pipelines. Our sales rank and file use it to manage the leads that come in from marketing but another big benefit is that management uses it to monitor the pipelines and get an idea about what's coming in this month, where things are in the process, and whether sales people need extra support or whatever. It's also nice for marketing to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their leads and get a sense for which campaigns are profitable or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, especially for making the jump to an Inbound strategy, but no tool can compensate if there isn't executive and managerial buy-in right from the start. Your sales team will find it easy to use down the road, but it will be a big change at first. You just gotta push past it.
Best CRM tool I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface. Functional, easy to navigate. Sales pipeline is clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too many functionalities, it is easy to get lost in all of the ways you can utilize the tool. The more time you utilize it, the more comfortable you will get. I recommend taking further trainings after using the system for a few months.

HubSpot helps you save time, by integrating with your email, associating all communication to one opportunity, and it allows you to track quotes, leads, and everything else, all in one spot.

Do your homework, but for me, this is the best CRM tool on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage all the deals and tickets in one place. The tools and features are very handy and even when I don't know how to use them there's always the perfect Customer Support Team helping me out. ❤
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using the tool, I knew nothing about it and it seemed too much for me (I ended up crying the first week of using the tool) but now I cannot imagine my life without HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the platform for its ticketing system (pipelines). CRM and email tracking. We managed to gain loyal customers which is the greatest benefit of all.

Just get it already! You're going to love it. :)
Couldn't be in Sales without it
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, saves me so much time, and the Quote functionality for proposals is genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. Maybe the phone app could include a few more features.

Measuring sales activity and the pipeline, rep activity, customer activity/engagement, lots of functionality for making prospecting faster & easier.
World Class CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple interface, excellent help center. Admin tools just work rather than having to fight with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be expensive when moving from Starter to Professional

100% better than our previous CRM, easy to setup and transition data from one to the other.
