Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to add contacts to HubSpot. It is easy to use on the app for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn't my favorite. I feel that there are quite a few features of the app that could make it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes things a lot quicker, and I don't have a huge stack of cards when I get home from a conference.
Complete and advanced CRM
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best in Hubspot is the integration with the many tools that I use for my work. Such as google calendar, intercom, phone calls, gmail and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way the things are organized in the company/contact/deals history is organized an how email and its threads are shown. It's to small and hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking emails and deals accountability...
So much better than previous CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequences are amazing! They're an incredible way to reach out to clients and drive new business - as well as this, I love the fact that you have the opportunity to personalise each email before they go out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you can't add sequence tasks on the same day. If you could email and send a call task on the same day, that'd be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realised that it's much easier to track deals than by using our previous CRM. As well as this, our previous CRM had no sequence/mailmerge option.

What do you like best about the product?

Hubspot Works for What You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integrates nicely into my mailbox and browser, allowing me to keep tabs on email opens and other activities. The sequences are great, and allows me to send out personalized emails en mass which is incredibly helpful for what I do and what I use it for. It really helps me touch as many accounts as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that frustrates me is that while its easy to enroll multiple contacts into a sequence, it is not easy to mass-unenroll contacts once a company responds. That, and occasionally, it glitches and doesn't send out the sequence, which reduces the impact of my outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us better utilize our time, allowing us to engage with more prospects at a time, and tracks what happens to those emails once they leave our outbox. It helps keep sales reps accountable and engaged with their outreach.
Great tool for Sales teams!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the most advanced tools in the market that can help you with the management of sales, prospects, and proposals. We use it in Encuesto all day long to contact potential customers, manage the feedback of all of it and track how our prospects interact with our website and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that easy to start using when people in our team are not that technical. Also, some Advanced plans could be a bit cheaper for starters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to contact potential customers at scale. Our sales team is composed by 4 people right now and we track every single contact through our funnel and review what happened with each one at the end of the week. We couldn't have done this without a CRM like HubSpot.

Check out Hubspot if you are interested in knowing what your sales team is doing at any time, with any client and improve their performance by analyzing the results at the end of the week. The tools provided by Hubspot are more than great to manage all this without wasting any time and pain.
Great CRM Product
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Hubspot is the ability to create tasks. Tasks help me to keep track with certain accounts/contacts and also makes sure I don't forget to complete any outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hubspot is that it takes awhile to fully understand where everything is on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem before Hubspot was being able to keep contacts for a specific campaign organized. With Hubspot, carrying out campaigns and sequences are easy to do, and they keep it in an orderly fashion.

Quick and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the most efficient CRM I have used sending out emails. Prospects can be called and the email can be sent before I reach the voicemail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the use of email sequences are not great. Its an impersonal and can be very robotic. Which prospects do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, Hubspot is the quickest and most efficient way to reach new prospects.
Straight forward automation software
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy, what usually takes 10-12 clicks on a normal software is just 2-3 clicks away on hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they change a few small things that makes quite a difference, with no possibility of going back

All problems regarding sales, that is calls, emails, sequences. Everything you need to run a B2B business is here. It is basically a go to if you want to speed your sales.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I have to say the support from HubSpot is one the best I have ever contacted. They are always available and are able to solve any issue in just some minutes. When publishing on blog, this platform displays some sort of tips in order to increase the visibility of your site by improving the SEO. The interface and the dashboards are incredibly easy to follow, simplifying the process of evaluating the actions from your community. Also, we’re so excited that Hubspot announced at this year's inbound that multi-currency capabilities would be supported, something we were desperately waiting for as this was essential to our deal tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is constantly changing. Now, this is not a bad thing, but they add new features and tools so often it’s hard to follow them all at the end. Also, integrate Hubspot with other tools is not always easy, as the process is long and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM is the chosen tool within the marketing team. We use it for the many actions you can get from it, like creating blogs, emails, pages and posts. Not only that, but it allows us to track views, clicks and visits from our sites in real-time.

A tool like HubSpot CRM will be highly beneficial for companies interested in growth in their marketing or sales online. It represents a modern, powerful, complete and yet user-friendly platform. I think it is suitable for medium and big companies.
