reminders, tasks, deals and contacts details are just a few of what i luv about this product

IOS app, not integrated as in the android.

Simple. Easy. Amazing! Always adding new features that makes my job easier and run smoothly!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so amazing and is so user friendly! It makes my job easy, and has so many options to add and there is always something to learn! Always new features and updates being updated!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is email tracking - it often disconnects with Outlook 365. This happends sometimes - but not often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and time manage. Makes scheduling simple.
Excellent solution that provides visibility and clarity to all teams in our organization.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales pipeline board view gives a quick and graphical view of all deals and how they are being handled. It makes managing multiple deals across a range of times very easy. Also, the integration with G-suite allows for a seamless experience for my clients to access my booking link to set up meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is usually always a way to view data (list, report, dashboard, etc), although sometimes it requires workarounds that take a bit of strategy and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales/Renewal deal management. Connection to M.A. and service hub makes it easy to see information for all teams.
Simplest Robust CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with many CRMs, as old and clunky as AS400 all the way to Salesforce Lightning, and far and away Hubspot has been my favorite. From the speed of loading multiple pages and tabs at once, to easily being able to pull up information in meetings, its definitely the best way for mid to large size sales organizations to stay efficient and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report could be a little more robust. It could definitely use more "start from scratch" reporting, and if it does already have that, it's very hard to self teach what kind of reports there are available and how to optimize the dashboard function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining my whole sales process, from outreach to pipeline to YTD status. Very easy and transparent for our whole organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are trying to pick a CRM for launching a new sales team and beginning the CRM journey, Hubspot is the way to go!

What do you like best about the product?
Visibility of contacts and deals. Activity tracking is key to develop company standard methods and selling paths, Hubspot really makes it easy to track emails, calls, tasks, notes, and key contact points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not bad but could be better. Specifically, the dashboard could use some more interactive features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see the process I've followed with each lead on one page and allows me to quickly take action. It also helps with follow-ups as tasks or tickets, depending on the lead stage. Pipelines are easy to create and manage. The calls/contacts are tracked and easily recorded for future reference. Playbooks help the team have a structure and it ensures easy and effective data collection during qualification.

Contacts / company filters are not user friendly.
You can't filter contacts by number of interactions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- having an up to date crm with all the data included from the first marketing outbound e-mail to the signed contract. It is a convenient easy to use all in one tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First thing i heard about CRM was "shit in, shit out" if you want to use the full power of your CRM every sales has to input data. Hubspot managed to automatise most of the process. Making it easy to use and lowering the administrative tasks for the sales and therefore the perfect ally in increasing your sales.
Hubspot will record all the data you are exchanging with customers with a really low level of information to input from the sales part - win/win situation.

What do you like best about the product?
What a like best about HubSpot is that a can do everything regarding do marketing and sales at one single spot.
I also enjoy that de default configuration's lead's to a better performance.

It could simpler, and sometimes faster. When I'm doing taks's sometimes crushes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that I'm not missing any deals. Also having control of the hole process performance.

It Should be faster
Very efficient application for what myself and my company use it for in the property sector.

The Presentation. Really easy to use and also nice on the eye!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could improve one section it would be the search tool which i use to search for properties. This can be done in house though which my tech team are looking at already to try and improve.

I love the pipeline view and deal stages. Enrolling leads in sequences is seamless. Also, I'm a big fan of task setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a view in hubspot where I can see all of my tracked emails, and see what email it corresponds to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads don't slip through the cracks. I can handle a higher volume because of the efficiency of my work flow.
