What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stope system providing contact management, sales, marketing and servicing functionality all in one. The system makes your teams job easier in integrating with mostly all tools your potential might interact with your company digitally and allows you to develop tasks and a follow up journey to deepen the relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small start up, it is expensive. To get best functionality and benefit, packages are tactically defined causing you to spend significant money/investment to get best benefit. Would be nice if more of the premium featured could be provided under trial term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and Sales, managing tasks, AI on people interacting with company digitally, and standardizing process in communications / followup.

Very Efficient Tool to use - Pretty convenient too

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is just a great way of maximizing all of you daily work tasks. Functionalities are incorporated so it makes it easier for us to just mainly use the system and the rest will just follow. From sending email invitation to clients and working with the team, this tool just provides all of it in one go. What's great about it is that both on an employer and employee's perspective Hubspot provides all of the resources we can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to be honest. The tool is just really efficient, it makes daily tasks at work easier to accomplish.

Well, I thought at first that the system is complicated t use but as you use it everyday you're gonna realize that you can't even live without it as far as completing work tasks alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Support. Hubspot actually allows you link other applications that you're using at work. From sending calendars to working with the team, it just makes it all easy to do. Other cool feature I really like is the fact that we could even link our email account to it and so every time we communicated and leave comments in Hubspot, or when someone mentions you from it you'll get notified via email.

I also like the fact that you set up the meeting in Hubspot and it automatically sends a confirmation to your google calendar and this is because it alllows you to Link different applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend everybody to start using Hubspot, it just makes everything a whole lot easier to accomplish.How t

What do you like best about the product?
For starters, the platform is frictionless. In other words this platform is so easy to use and the best thing when updating a field, if you've missed something it'll let you know.

There's not much to not like, any issues can quickly be solved by setting up an automated workflow if you're challenged with mundane or tedious tasks.

What I do love is how consolidated the platform is. It's so easy to capture what needs to be done and have a finger on the pulse of customer/team member activity, which is AMAZING to have in doing daily standup meetings/QBRs.

The dashboards are fully customizable and are extremely easy to create.

Call recordings and the audio transcripts are pretty cool, too. Makes going back to an important call at a later time to digest or hone in on sales propositioning with something you may have over looked.

Lastly, the ability to create documents, attach them to your sales outreach, and track engagement is INSANE. It's annoying as someone in SaaS to send clients resources and have no idea if they're interacting with it at all. With hubspot, it allows us to see exactly how long the resource was viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
With as thorough and robust the platform is the only pains you deal with are scaling it out and having a bunch of process, but again that's not the products fault. Also, a small complaint especially when you're in SMB, needing to enroll a company and not a contact would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cadence, data constancy, pipeline management, and automation.


We've captured data that's been helpful in identifying how our prospects want to be communicated with and then are able to create relevant sequences that contribute to automating outbound prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend HubSpot to any business looking to have a pulse on mission critical components of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the smooth and easy user interface that you get with Hubspot! As your pipeline grows, the ability to stay on top of each action item and follow up with prospects cuts down the amount of time that you'd have to spend manually tracking everything in your to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't connect your slack to Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You solve the problem of needing to remember where each deal is in terms of "what's next". The tasks function and sequences allow me to stay on top of each prospect which results in higher conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to link entities together, merge records, and record updates across our team. I find the system flows together much nicer than Salesforce that I've used in prior roles
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to integrate Hubspot tasks into another platform like MS ToDo would be extremely helpful to link work tracking in with other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete deal tracking for our sales team across SDR's, AE's and Implementation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is well worth it, especially for technology companies that use it across the entire lifecycle from marketing to support, makes it very very easy to get a complete picture of any client or prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional user engagement through a simple sales-friendly interface. It makes my life easier. I find it intuitive and responsive to my daily tasks. The phone system is allows me to flow through calls with speed and efficiency. The integration with Google is basically flawless it captures emails documents and attachments with ease. HubSpot's integration with Gmail and other Google Apps, logs all your emails and other interactions to the right contact for you. You can also see your sales and relationship essentials from email threads, to past interactions, to tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the integrations with other systems work well but the text messaging integration could be more easily automated. I use Sales Messenger and the integration is there, it just isn't automated. I am also only a couple of months into using HubSpot and I have found some difficulty running lists and reports but I think that is possibly because we haven't been using the systems long enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task building system is really great. It allows me to reach a larger audience. Our school hosts a lot of zoom events and capturing attendance details for follow up is key and the system integrates well from zooms webinar functions. Another great thing HubSpot has helped us with is creating an all in one platform that helps unify the sales team and out outcomes department. Also record keeping is made easy through the ability to log PDF directly onto client accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have years of Account Executive experience and I have found HubSpot to not just be my favorite but the most helpful. Everyone knows switching CRM's can be difficult and in many cases a long drawn out process. I will assure you this is not. We uploaded a 14,000 person prospect funnel and were intirely switched over in one month with virtually no hiccups.
