Email Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I find Hubspot email templates extremely easy to use. With the ability to filter from my whole teams templates to mine to once used most recently is extremely helpful and assists and sending my daily follow up emails from sales conversations in a timely manor helping me automate my processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be wonderful to be able to create additional folders within email templates to make my follow up processes even more automated and optimised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot assists me in my sales processes in optimised my follow up system and lead generation which helps my overall closure rate and overall client satisfaction rating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you deal with a lot of ongoing Facebook advertisements and would like to follow up warm leads through potential clients downloading your content sign up to Hubspot to help manage your lead generation to help your closure rating.
Great for reaching a lot of people at once
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences is really helpful when sending out emails for prospecting. We can set up a sequence so another email will get sent in 3 days if there's no response. And we can have this continue as long as we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing all the deals at one glance can get a little bit messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can track past communication with clients even if someone is not in the office. We are able to better follow up and make a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
economizes time with clients where the connection is just through email. Also tracker helps with read/unread emails notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if this gig was multi-lingual that it with different languages possibilities.

fast connection with the client and no need to control the sending of emails constantly.
Perfect tool for your Sales Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
While using Hubspot, I was able to reach out to more people while having the convenience of it's automation sequence and identifying who opened and read my email is very helpful indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you can determine who opened / read sequence template on one of the dashboards or reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more efficient to use Hubspot especially in sequence and also determining who opened you emails without the read receipt in Outlook.

If you are looking for a CRM tool that will help you track your progress on your sales outreach to your prospects and will efficiently help you send emails to your leads in a constant and timely manner, Hubspot is your perfect tool for it.
Great CRM - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the overall ease of use of the platform, it is far simpler than other CRMs with a lot of the same features (i.e. great deal pipeline, automation of workflows and notifications as opportunities get processed through deal stages, etc.). I also like how simple it is to modify and evolve the solution to the needs of my company. Also, their tech support and customer service are white-glove like. It makes it very easy to feel comfortable to reach out and get a quick and succinct response to your request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the quote tool be more advanced (i.e. ability to completely customize it to match how we send out quotes). We basically always have an SOW / SLA with our quotes, and having the ability too not just use snippets for our T&C's and creating the quote document to be modifiable by our sales team based upon our document format would be ideal. Also, creating some reports is a bit difficult until you get used to Hubspot report logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to help us track our funnel and pipeline process. We also use the tool to track contacts (meetings, calls, emails) and see if our contacts are opening and responding to our marketing and sales sequences. We also use it for workflow automation and notifications for our service team. Between the CRM and Marketing platforms, we are able to run successful campaigns to deals to closed-won opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Affordable, and a lot of integrations that make the overall solution very simple and easy to use. Also, very easy to train your team on use. Hubspot is definitely competitive in the CRM market.

Capturing leads, following sales activities of the sales team, being able to push some digital marketing strategies
Hubspot is a great organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to automatically organize contacts and flow through sales processes seamlessly. The user interface is very easy to understand and features of integrations are easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see a la carte features added to the pricing structure. For instance, I am a sales started and one of my biggest frustrations is that I cannot add multiple people in a sequence. I don't need the additional features in the next level up, but I would really like to be able to minimize my time on the site with that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the sales flow problems that I have had in the past. Hubspot really allows me to organize my data in an easy to use dashboard that I can reference as I go along.
A CRM made for intimate teams.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to navigate through potential clients, companies, parent and child locations. very useful tools for sequencing and managing incoming leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Mass enrollment of sequences could be easier. Right now have to select individuals to enroll in a lets say 200 person campaign. I get its for customization but its time consuming and at least should be an option to tackle mass campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very difficult CRM to work around if you're team isnt all on the same page in terms of documentation and being dilligent to fill out all the appropriate forums. Hence why I reccomend it for more intimate teams as I can maybe see the amazing features going to waste with a bad manager on a bigger sales team.
Amazing Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's CRM is a powerful and surprisingly intuitive system that makes running a full customer relationship arm seamless and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Hubpspot. If anything, I'd think maybe the conversation inboxes could be reformatted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in Client Acquisition, so managing prospects with the task tool especially has made it easy to keep a backlog of following up to get to and never forget to get to anyone.
Training Advisor
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to do my job in an efficient manner, from entering in a new customer to creating a deal. Through the use of HubSpot I have been able to complete task in an organized matter. The most useful tool is that HubSpot links to my email and logs my emails in the appropriate location, cutting out any additional logging on my end. Not to mention the templates make it easier than ever to respond to common questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial if we could drill down the personalization a bit more, but all in all I am happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed me to work in a more efficient manner as a whole.
