No Sales Operations headcount required

What do you like best about the product?
I was always a SFDC user from the early days, and learned over time that there is little you want to do in a growing organisation without a dedicated person managing SDFC. HubSpot simplifies the existence for a young growing company to the point that you can get things started and begin to scale, without needing a dedicated person to manage it all. Great to have their support team and a partner that can take on the bigger stuff, but for the most part, it is easy enough to learn, and support is tops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thanks to keeping things simple, there are some complex things that we still have not tackled. I am confident however that the recent introduction of custom objects will allow us to address our more complex needs as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS Sales allows the team to stay organized and on top of our deals while allow us to collaborate and communicate from inside the platform by being able to tag each other.

What do you like best about the product?
It acts as the home for seeing all of my tasks, leads, deals, marketing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow when dealing with lots of data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track what is happening with my whole sales pipeline - who I need to reach out to and when, who is engaging with me, etc. I can also automate a lot of these interactions to save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very great CRM, make sure to fully utilise it.

Great sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to sell more efficiently. The templates offer suggestions when writing my emails. I can also upload commonly used documents to emails. The training HubSpot offers also provides tips on sales as well as using their tool. The extension with Google Chrome allows me to get notified when someone opens an email. I also get emailed when someone opens a document I've sent them. Typically, I follow those up with a phone call to connect with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does a good job of most of what I'm looking form. However, it is frustrating when a changed to a cloned template are copied to the original template. I also wish I could have a feed of sorts based on customers I follow to see what actions they are taking.

My biggest wish is that HubSpot would allow me to clone deals. I spend TOO much time everyday entering in information multiple times in deals when closing deals for multiple products at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to keep my pipeline more organized. I like the task feature and queueing tasks too. The integrations are nice, especially with slack, to communicate with my team efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create tasks and stay organized, and track emails easily between inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a huge issue, but the colours and design of the site are not the prettiest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves issues of clients falling through the cracks! I am always able to keep track of how often I'm engaging with clients and and I get notified when it's been a while.

Hubspot is a dream...

What do you like best about the product?
They are integrated, automated, and more then anything: their software is developed on the philosophy of inbound marketing rather then outbound or cold calling.

They've created tools that accommodate that approach, and it aligns perfectly with our company culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I don't personally pay the bill, there is very little to dislike. I do with they had more integrations though: Example: Meeting integrations with GoToMeeting. Integrations developed more thoroughly for text messaging as part of workflows, or a native text messaging tool would be incredible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a sales team for a SaaS company with almost 10,000 Users and a large database... It gives us the tools, business logic, and systems to manage it thoroughly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the scheduling the meetings as it is connected to my outlook, it is easy to manage my work. I am able to sort my files and work in an efficiently compared to using a pen-paper to book appointments.

The UI is very clean, professional yet beautiful as the colors used are perfect and soothing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I disliked is sometimes it is not able to sync all my messages from outlook if I start a new thread. Most of the emails are clearly synced but while starting a new thread, I have seen this issue. This can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems solved by me using hubspot are:
- Helping small business in getting their store live. My work ranges from development of a website to its marketing and with husbpot, I don't need to take a notebook to note the requirements of each client and maintain it. I can create notes and task for each business. The best part is the email tracking for each client as I know who has read my mail and whom I can contact via phone. Also, setting up signature and email template has also helped me pace up my schedule. Overall, it has been a great experience.
