Great tool for sales and outbounding

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is best for outbounding and creating a target list of potential prospects and customers. The tools that are in place for creating email sequences is great, and the integration with other common sales tools/systems is a big help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it does work as a CRM for deals, I would personally choose another platform for this part of the business if I had the choice. There isn't anything that is a major pain point when working deals, but overall just isn't my favorite. Being able to connect your leads, deals, and tasks together is a huge help though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating target lists for out reaches is great. Being able to connect the various sales tools and create tasks for myself is something I use on a daily basis. The flexibility with email sequences is also something that I love about the service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look around the hub, there is a lot of tools available to you.

Logging calls and sendig emails is an easy job now.

When it start going haywire and it's very buggy.

That it's much easier to contact prospects.

I like the task options. When you end a call, it automates it to put a task in, so I don't forget

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cleanliness of the system. I feel as though everything is very self explanitory and easy to get one place to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features that I can think of off the top of my head that I would change. The call box and adding a task, there could be a button to make it easier to create a follow up task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping to increase the lead generation for my company. This is crucial to gain new clients into the workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that any user can see all activity on each contact timeline. Being able to smoothly and quickly work through tasks makes it very effcient when working outbound calls. I enjoy the activities feature so I know if my daily goals are being met anbd where I am at with them. Being able to set up templates and sequences saves so much time and allows us more time to focus on connecting with our contact base, rather than sending and typing out e-mails. Using HubSpot has seriously streamlined out outbound e-mails and calling processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone number number dials out as spam when using the call from phone device feature. I do not like the reporting feature. I think it could be way more customiziable to allow for specfic user reports pertaining to notes, calls, tasks, and e-mails. I also wish that the contact homepage is easier to navigate while using a filter - at this time it is very touchy when in a filter and you can easily mess that up. I dont like that I have to add attachments through the documents feature rather than being able to attach it in the e-mail from the contact timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is way less of the "falling through the cracks" as all calls, notes, and e-mail are logged and any user can access them to easily be able to help a contact. The allows seamless communication with the contact. I can quickly pass on a contact to the next stage to the appropriate colleague. I have realized not every call records so the functionality with call recording could be improved. I would like to be able to pin more than one item to a contact timeline. It would be nice to have a feature to see the contact you touched on a certian day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For streamlining communication within the company - HubSpot has exceeded expectations! It's a great tool for making notes, task, calls, and sending e-mails that anyone can access and see where in the process you are.

Super intuitive and user friendly, easy platform to work out of as a sales person

The task system is fantastic for follow-ups. I like the way it is structured and how it prompts you to set another task after completion. Great for setting up workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard and ability to easily track activities. The company and contact levels are also very intuitive and the task setting feature makes it easy to plan my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could include images in the signature line of automated emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to build out new and existing accounts very efficiently to gain high level view of the org. I'm also able to produce way more calls and emails using the Sequence feature
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend if you are looking to streamline your sales process and keep detailed records in an easy to use and intuitive way.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is incredible. So many positives, it is tough to pick just one. Amazing features that improve time, and increase sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
More program integration to other software. Especially different quoting programs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth, fast, and easy communication with customers. Which equals higher sales and more revenue generated for the company. Hubspot has paid for itself many times over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth the extra couple of bucks to buy the best. At the end of the day, Hubspot will save you time and money on payroll. I can't say enough good things about HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all aspects of a quality CRM is here, content management, email lists, sequences, the ability to dial and integrate with other dialers and so much more! It does all of this smoothly with very little downtime!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this point. There are some outages that affect our output and volume, but they are very few and far between to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer database, sequences and the ability to track all analytics and metrics right from the integrated dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform helps over 12,000 companies in 56 different countries. HubSpot contains tools and integrations that you would need for marketing, sales, content management, as well as customer service, with given the ability to attract visitors, gain leads, and close deals. It allows for sales and marketing content to be present in one united place.
Overall, HubSpot is relatively simple to use, which is why many companies enjoy using it for their sales and marketing teams. Some features include sending targeted emails to a list of contacts; it provides the ability to track engagement that contacts utilize in emails such as emailed links or images. There is also a feature where you can build landing pages with forms for the organization’s website. From many client reviews, it is clear that many companies are seeing much success with an increase in leads while making monitoring of accounts extremely accessible.
HubSpot offers a free CRM where the system provides insights on their audience and detailed customer profiles, which is why it is an excellent tool for organization and sales management! If you have used this platform, how did it help your role and sales team?

I have no dislikes for this product because there are so many great features!

Having problems with sales management and accessing leads. Hubspot Sales Hub allows for easy access and organization.
