What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the reporting aspects. I think being able to know where I stand at all times in relation to my goals is extremely important to me. The other thing I like is e-mail tracking. I think the ability to know when my lead has seen the proposal and then being able to pre-empt that lead is crucial. This way you can give the feeling that you are on top of things without saying it. Another feature that is helpful is call recording. I am often asking a lot of requirements. It is important that I have something to refer back to so that I can ensure that I have gathered all the necessary information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that some of the connections between our main CRM and the sales CRM to be lacking. I would love if there were more connections to be made with Zapier between Hubspot and Karbon because it would revolutionize my time. I think a chat feature integrated with each individual contact would be pretty cool as well so I can answer quick questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving is that we did not have a good way of tracking sales. I am now tracking in full capacity and even can see that I am leading in certain categories, which has been a motivator. The other problem I am solving is having a place to store all of our sales data for leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using the sales hub. It has revolutionized the way that we do business from the templates to the meetings through to the reporting - there is really everything you need in this CRM. The biggest thing is that it is really user friendly, so there is relatively no learning curve to the product. Just drop your sales team in there and let them have at her!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates my outlook email and my calendar into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have some issues with my email disconnecting and having to reconnect with outlook again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales to work with clients. Having my meetings, email, and tasks reminders set in one place is really great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature of syncing Hubspot to my Outlook and my Calendar. This feature makes it very easy for clients to use my Hubspot booking link to book meetings with me and have that all automatically sync with my Calendar. It also allows me to log emails automatically with all the attachments included, making working with clients a lot smoother and keeping track of notes incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hubspot is how zoomed in the default view of the site is. This is just a personal preference, but I only use Hubspot zoomed out at about 80%. Another thing I do not like about Hubspot is the fact that copy and pasting certain information from the Contact Preview does not work and must be opened and manually selected to copy. It's a tiny inconvenience, but if it were approved I'd love that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Managing my deals
- Keeping organized notes and tracking my communication with clients
- Allowing supervisors to view my progress real-time.
- Being able to switch deals between the Sales team with all the info in one place.

Best Platform for Handling Huge Workload!

What do you like best about the product?
The constant reminders through tasks and meetings are truly extremely useful! When you're handling such a big workload, it often is easy to let clients slip through the cracks, but with HubSpot its almost impossible to do so!
Also the fact that I have meetings, emails and phone calls all logged in one place, with the chance to add notes and comments - makes it so easy that I can never come back to it and forget why I did something.
If you use the platform to its capabilities, that is actually take the time to log in everything, it can truly transform how you work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the only downside would be the time it takes to truly use the platform, logging in everything is very time consuming and its easy to not see the value of it right away, but it does become beneficial down the line when you're super busy handling numerous clients.
I also do wish they had an option that tasks that are "overdue" are flagged after a day of no activity; I find sometimes I scheduled a task to be due where later a meeting came up, and so I dismiss the task and then forget about it until later!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that when I reach out at first people do assume its a scam, and so the fact that I can see if they are opening emails and how often they do so plays a big part in seeing who is truly interested in the platform and who just couldn't be bothered. This becomes a HUGE time saver later, which stops me from having to continuously call & email when they just don't care. So a small feature, but of huge value.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how my emails are tracked and I can see if my customers have clicked on a link.

I don't like that it doesn't communicate with Zendesk so I can view support tickets.

Hubspot for the win!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has significantly improved our processes. They have streamlined our lead/client management as well as the sales process. I love being able to track emails being opened, clicked on etc. as well as saving templates or snippets of information I find myself using with multiple different leads/clients. Our company utilizing Hubspot has saved me hours and hours of time!
We've even been able to implement our online booking form right on our websites to streamline meetings with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downfall to the online meetings is I don't see the ability to limit the number of appointments allowed for one day. In our previous booking platform, we could limit our availability to a certain amount of appointments booked so we didn't get overbooked and had enough time to run the meetings and complete the post meeting steps/follow ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant amount of time has been saved both by allowing for immediate bookings and being able to track who is getting emails.
It has uncovered an issue that a lot of my emails end up in SPAM so I know to follow up with leads if I see they haven't opened the email. Without this feature, I'd just assume they received the information.
