Hubspot is easy to use and makes my calls/notes/emails a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use the browser to make phone calls

I would like to be able to filter across multiple tables
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to set follow up tasks easily. I don't need to worry about remembering who to call, when or why.
Very user friendly and keeps everything organized

the ability to update any contact. I can set reminders for anything to make sure no one falls through the cracks
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I use it every day. Once you start to get the hang of how it all works it is super user-friendly, also easy for team members to switch account managers right away if needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having the ability to look at every one of your deals and one-click to see when the last time they were contacted was. Also, the ability to keep track of what stage new partners are at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you update everyone as you go, makes it so much easier down the road when you start getting really busy.

Hubspot's workflows allow me to focus on customer relationships, with full knowledge that the CRM is keeping me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending emails from Hubspot always starts a new thread
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working in inbound sales, with a focus on reaching out to a high number of prospects, tasks and sequences allow me to stay on top of my outreach and keep leads warm.

What do you like best about the product?
When you are dealing with a high volume of leads for your business, HubSpot is essential in keeping your contacts organized, and sequence emails allow you to manage your touch points on a personal level for a high scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain workflows that Hubspot cannot integrate with add-on features, but I am sure they will continue to improve over the course of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lifecycle stages and automated workflows are still constantly being tested regarding our particular line of work. Having this funnel identified accurately is an on-going project.

Take the time to do the tutorials

HubSpot CRM is easy to use! I can efficiently run through my tasks and feel more productive throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization/layout of companies. Sometimes it seems to get a little blurred between what contacts belong with which company. It takes time to dig in and match contacts and companies sometimes...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to utilize the platform to monitor and nurture our leads. It helps lead to greater conversions.
Hubspot is a perfect way to manage sales and marketing in a simple effective way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see very helpful data regarding email activity with ease. I'm easily able to AB test emails which is immensely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there's no texting option within Hubspot. I use Salesmsg, but it doesn't integrate flawlessly. Hubspot doesn't recognize students have been contacted when they're texted via Salesmsg.

Using workflows, I'm able to effectively and accurately communicate with hundreds of individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it incredibly easy for a team to manage the workflow around contacting prospects and housing all relevant information about the individuals and deals associated with a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its robust database, HubSpot loads slowly on my laptop -- though it has no issue on my more powerful desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything involving sales. From cold prospecting, to email / calling, to scheduling meetings and demos, to detailing the pipeline and schedule of contact needs. It truly solves everything for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
The content management system and customer relationship management system are easy to use, and all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data in HS vs Google Analytics can differ, making reporting non congruent.

Being able to manage digital channels and communication in one place.

Hubspot is easily one of the best CRMs out there on the market.
It's easy and intuitive to use and it includes many features that otherwise would be spread across several external tools

Nothing in particular, except for a few things such as the reporting features, that can be definitely improved, when you look at what other competitors offer.

Keep improving but re-consider pricing, as some features such as the reporting part are constantly limited and pushing you to upgrade,
