A good system to use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very integrated, easy to use and understand. Everything is laid out well, easy to find and the interface is very clear simple and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading contacts into the system can be a bit tricky to do at first. You need to ensure that you are using the right property fields on the system as in your spreadsheet, this will then make the mapping side of thing so much easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of having everything spread out in different systems and interfaces. This platform allows us to work, create and plan all from the one platform, making both sales and marketing lives a lot better.

Make sure that you have all the right property fields filled in correctly.
Hubspot Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
It makes a heavy work load manageable, keeps things organised. I can strategise better and can keep track of my output. Much better results when I started using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any dislikes of the product as it's been serving a really good purpose so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation, Efficiency, continuity, better engagement.
The ease of HubSpot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straight forward Hubspot is. Almost every thing included in the program is easy to understand/learn and for everything that is not 100% clear there is the HubSpot Academy for almost any question or problem I could think of. I also love how it can be customized to suit your needs depending on what you need it to do for you and your business. Also the Reports board is a great way to keep track of not only your own performance with in the company, but also as a way to keep track of your teams performances/individual members and how they are making use of HubSpot and even if they are using it to your required standard. Being able to create templates for your emails is also a huge bonus as it makes those boring monthly emails an easy task rather than a chore. The fact that you can also generate reports from HubSpot on almost anything, makes keeping track of everything your doing within your business a piece of cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the Sequencing tool to have more options to it. So if you make a sequence where it depends on a customer replying, Id like to have multiple actions for if they do respond or if they don't respond instead of the sequence coming to a complete end if they reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to centralize my clients all in one spot while making it quick and easy to contact them through the email and call options included in HubSpot.

Try it out first before trying another CRM System. You will be surprised by just how much it can do!
User Friendly,Easy to Use and Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
It offers user friendly capabilities that makes it easy to build. There are enough resources to help you including blogs, learning academy, ask the community and actual support. It easy to get the answer to any question. I t offers easy of use and customization to meet business goals.Keeps track of all your interactions with supporters,partners in a very easy to read area. we can easily interact with google or outlook, to make sure everything is documented surrounding the email correspondence and kept in the right place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers some cool features that are only available at premium membership. in the free version of HubSpot CRM would be suitable for small and mid-level business/companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to tell the websites pages they have visited, the emails they have viewed or clicked, all the content offers they made downloaded, including their social media profiles, and every information about the company.
The most intuitive user experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive experience and amazing customer service! It is like the iphone of CRMs! The customer service is hands down the best and the resources available made training my team so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app could use a few more features than what is currently offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a start up tech company. We are using the CRM but all additional marketing features to tracking conversions of ad campaigns and more!

Take advantage of the training resources and all resources for conversion tracking and lead generation.
Easy to use Dynamic CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to enter deals and integrates with many platforms and apps. The blind copy email feature makes it easy for me to decide manually which email threads I want to store in Hubspot and which ones I don't. I also love the Hubspot has so many educational materials/video tutorials to teach you/your Sales and Marketing teams how to maximize existing features. The "template" email is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more contacts auto-populated and that there were more fields for notes about the contact/deal. Especially in other parts of the world you want to be able to enter a WeChat or Whatsapp contact. It also doesn't let you easily distinguish between companies with multiple, separately functioning branches--for example, for-profit school entities have multiple campuses with different POCs and deals but because the website/email domain looks the same, Hubspot folds them into one. I also wish I could use Hubspot with desktop Outlook software, that's not 365/an online subscription. I also wish I could explore some of the automation services without a premium account to assess whether or not it's worth upgrading. I also wish there were fields for companies' financial info--for example, we need to save a companies gov't tax/fapiao info in China so that we can send receipts/fapiao upon receiving payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool for Sales and Account management. We are starting to use it to track progress towards our quarterly goals as well. It's useful for helping us maintain institutional knowledge of account interaction and the status of the various deals during our busy travel seasons. We are trying to use it to expand our shared contact database as well though it's a bit redundant with our Campaign Manager list at the moment. We are looking forward to exploring the marketing features of Hubspot!

Optimal UI Makes Lead Management Ideal
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's user interface is clean and organized, allowing for seamless lead management. Not only are the colours and vibrant and engaging, the process of adding new contacts is easy to understand and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you are not able to customize the "About this Contact" section for each individual contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has allowed us to manage our database more efficiently. For example, it will prompt you with an existing contact record if you try to enter that same email into the database again.
Easy to use for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a marketer working for an engagement agency. HubSpot CRM is above my expectations when I started to use it because it is so comprehensive yet easy to get on. I can use different analytics tools to get a better understanding of our performance as well as competitive intelligence, which are really helpful.
Also, HubSpot customer service is really really helpful too. When I had trouble with one of the report features, they responded very quickly and helped me generated a report I needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see if HubSpot can integrate with social media more closely in the future. It does well now, but some of the things I still could only do on these social media platforms, like Facebook Story, Instagram Story and paid campaigns. It would be more powerful if we could do all of these in HubSpot in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM helps me with all kinds of things related to marketing. It helps me manage our website, improve SEO, manage social media and blogs, and get all kinds of reports I need. I would say it is a very comprehensive and powerful tool for marketers, and it can be very helpful if we fully take advantage of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for keeping all your contacts in one place, setting tasks for each contact and keeping an eye on your clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to come across any downsides from using Hubspot as of yet. I have found it to be very beneficial to my day to day life in the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me keep track of my clients and on going enquiries. It has also helped me to be more organised with each client's particular needs.

The user friendliness of the software. Our sales team is not that tech savvy so the ease of use was great to get them started.
What do you dislike about the product?
If admin could create views and share with particular users that would be helpful. Also, when viewing a table view, it would be helpful to add a spot at the bottom that would total revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of the pen and paper. We've benefited greatly by easily moving contacts/deals to new users when someone leave the agency. It also includes any notes or previous interactions making for a smooth transition.

Try it on a smaller scale at first to get your feet wet.
