A great way to manage your pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
We like ease of visually managing our lead and deal pipelines, and our reps enjoy using the Sales Workspace as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about Sales Hub, but there are some improvements that could be made in saving and pushing leads views to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub helps our reps action timely follow ups and manage their pipelines more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales is at the center of all our sales activity. From tracking our demos, calls, and pipeline. We use it as our source of truth and a place to centralize all our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be improved. We hit limitations with reporting.

Centralize all our sales activity. Gives us a source of truth and allows us to pull valuable data.
Great solution for account management and customer success

I like all of the pipeline automation best.

I dont like how it relies on my coworkers to keep their pipelines clean - excited for AI to help with this!

How easy it is to start using it and to start managing desals

I really like the visibility it gives me into the activity of my team, and being able to generate customer reports is really helped me stay on top of which reps are succeeding in which ones are not

Could be a little bit more user-friendly friend

It gives me visibility into my teams activities and it helps make sure that our sales pipeline is healthy
Works and when it doesn’t they usually care enough to fix it

Product releases and improvements are constant. It’s not a static platform - in a good way.

CS support is super hit or miss. Pricing is confusing

The insights and deal pipeline are going to amplify our businesses ability to manage the sales team and make strategic decisions

We have had to customize and leverage a third party implementation partner which has taken time and money to develop and roll out

Insights we didn’t previously have
Great tool to ensure no sales leads fall through the crack
What do you like best about the product?
I think I find most useful is the leads score which is looking at different signals to tell me how likely they are to close

I wish there was a more interactive UI like a chat like where I can have conversations with my data inside

Having a structured way of following up with my leads. No more spreadsheets or information scattered everywhere.
Great for process standardisation and automations
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is great for providing one holistic view of sales activities and opportunities and all of the engagement / behavioural data that comes with it
What do you dislike about the product?
The legacy quoting tool isn’t as flexible or customisable as other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of insight into sales activities, control over mandatory data to be captured against new customers as deals progress, and data visibility

Not so intuitive for people new. It is hard to deploy for big companies.
