Great for inbound b2b marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to implement and start using without the need of implementation partners, consulting and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not using paid version is very limited, but still can be very useful for any SME or a startup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales pipeline and marketing lead generation. For us is a critical platform.

HubSpot has a great way to integrate with the website for any inbound campaigns. It helps us to align sales and marketing efforts and shorted our sales cycle.

Some problems setting up custom reports- but once you figure it out, it's easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot is how a tool to send mail and template send sequences is the best, HubSpot has an incredible interface, it is very easy to use, which is not necessary to be an expert to enjoy this service , It is very sophisticated in which I like it because it allows me to perform different tasks of high complexity of digital marketing jobs, I feel very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
With hubspot I have been able to improve my online sales rates thanks to their email tracking systems, but I have never seen any inconvenience so there are no negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot I have improved the ways in which I attract clients to my services thanks to its marketing management functions. Thanks to this easy and convenient tool to use, I have managed a better organization of my online money generation systems, and I have also been able to better organize my projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an economic tool capable of supplying all the needs that a small company could have in terms of project management and Marketing strategies, Hubspot is what you are looking for. It is useful for small entrepreneurs and for large business chains, you will not regret downloading it!
Great platform, but sometimes buggy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use Hubspot to track all the information I need about companies, deals, and contacts. I can associate these items and easily pull up records all in one convenient place. I like being able to load templates and set sequences up for our sales team in order to stoke contact engagement and it's great that our salespeople can record their phone calls right in the CRM and leave their associated notes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's nice that Hubspot is always updating its features, it does make for some frustrating moments when bugs inevitably occur. Sometimes different functions become unavailable just when I need them (such as Templates or Sequences), and it can be difficult to find certain features after UI updates. I wish that Hubspot was able to automatically associate contacts with deals in order to save time. I would also like it better if I could associate more than one company with a deal/contact. It has also been very spotty with the Chat feature and that can become frustrating if we're unable to answer our website client's inquiries within a short amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we're solving with Hubspot is to stay organized by keeping all of our conversations with clients in one place as well as associated documents and notes. I like being able to filter out contacts by engagement level to keep the pipelines fresh and our sales team focused on higher engagement contacts. We are keeping all of our information in one place and it's way easier to use than our previous CRM, Pipedrive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's important to see the big picture and format your information as precisely as possible before importing information. Hubspot Support is great and will be happy to help you format information such as contacts, companies and deals for the best experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that like you cant make a note without going into the company. It would be nice if I can add quick notes to an account from any page.
Also the mobile app is lacking alot to say the least. Not very usable for pretty much anything. Its great I can add a company but that about it.

setting up future follow ups mainly and being able to quickly generate a report is awesome. The visuals are great as well. Dont need to download an excel file to create a chart with KPIs or scores. Its neat to see my call volumes and email tracking all in one spot. ...hubspot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool if you are looking for simplicity and ease of use. If your processes are very complex then perhaps it may not be for you. that not to say if your process is complex and you are looking to simplify it then perhaps looks here.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to carry out intelligent Marketing strategies through the intuitive digital platform of Hubspot! I like it because I save time sending emails because Hubspot has an automated service capable of capturing more people more efficiently!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Hubspot has been one of the best investments I have made! It is one of the best marketing tools on the market, and since I have never experienced mistakes I have no complaints about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This magnificent tool has allowed me to design sales strategies thanks to its interesting intelligent Marketing and Marketing management systems; In addition, I have been able to manage my projects and my tasks in order to be more organized than in the past.

Hubspot is a great digital marketing management tool that will allow you to improve the sales you make through a pleasant and intelligent user interface. It is a great application that will give you very good results in the short and long term.
Finally a visually pleasing and easy to use CRM tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The hubspot deal board is a great way to get a good visualon how many deals you have and what stage they are in. I also love being automatically assigned tasks or reminders for deals based on what stage they are in and how long they have been in that state.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have limitations - it is very complicated to add new skus to the product line. They also just (couple months ago) re-designed the quote form, I don't like it as much and it's not something you have flexibility over. In the free accounts, your emails will say "powered by hubspot" or something similar to that in the bottom unless you remember to go in each time and delete it before you send the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email tracking and logging have been very beneficial. this has helped me see when emails have not been opened, when links in my emails have been clicked, and it helps me make sure I have the correct contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot for staying on-top of my to do's, tasks for prospects. Hubspot makes it very easy for me to track all of my potential prospects, and making sure I stay on-top of my follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is only good when it comes to basic needs for a CRM. When you are needing more integrations, features, it can be difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly staying on-top of follow-ups, tasks, and checking in on customers who haven't been contacted in some-time.

In my experience with Hubspot I have been able to improve the productivity of my business through its excellent functions, but I have not found any fault. I have no complaints about the app.

Hubspot saved our team time and money
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot took all the separate tools we were using before and combined them into one platform. Now we can manage all of our marketing activities (email, social, segmentation, etc) in one place instead of having to jump between 3+ different platforms. It took very little time to figure out how to use it, and their customer service team is incredible at answering any questions you may have about using the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've noticed with Hubspot is that they will have intermittent errors occur every once in a while. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out in the email builder, and occasionally we'll lose access to some parts of the platform, but overall there isn't much to complain about with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we had Hubspot, we were using at least 4 different platforms to help us carry out our everyday marketing objectives. Since purchasing Hubspot, we now only pay for one platform that can do essentially everything the other platforms did, only better. Their email templates are superb, their method for scheduling social media posts is simple and intuitive, and their automated workflows are stellar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a CRM that can literally do it all, you need to look into Hubspot. It manages every aspect of our content marketing strategy perfectly. Their support is incredible, and it's really not that expensive if you're not an enterprise-level business.
