What do you like best about the product?
Using the marketing and sales HubSpot platforms, having our CRM based in the same place just makes sense

There are still some limitations or difficulties when conducting large scale CRM migrations across platforms

Simple to use, not a steep learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
The tutorials are very straightforward. The Hub Spot team did a great job setting up the introductory emails, the how-to videos and were quick to answer any of my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an extension for Google Calendar where I could schedule across our entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our contact lists, following up with clients, and prioritizing tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you get your whole team onboard. That's when the product really shines.

What do you like best about the product?
The workflow feature of Hubspot makes setting up email campaigns completely idiot-proof.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administration and configuration can be a bit tricky - not the most intuitive interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having Hubspot integrated with Salesforce, we can easily segment our customers by any type of cut and ensure we are marketing the right content, to the right people, at the right time.

Truly Infallible- No Other CRM Does It Better Than HubSpot. Period.

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything about HubSpot. Right from the beautiful intuitive interface to its lead handling capabilities to its advanced reporting and analytics. The fact that I am able to come up with a pitch as soon as I open up and read the activity of the lead is because I get all the relevant information about what the lead did on our website and the web-pages that they visited. The fact that I able to able to record calls and also take notes while talking is stupendous! The task feature also helps as sometimes you have so many little tasks to do that remembering all of them in your head becomes impossible. You get an email that reminds you of the task. You can also assign tasks to other team members. I use the email templates quite often as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned in the title, I find no feature or decision of their product philosophy/design to be irritating or of causing ire. Sometimes because of all the extra add-ons and features, the pricing can increase a little bit. But even that is not that big of a deal for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to turn pre-qualified leads to opportunities/potentials. We are a team of 7 who handle all the leads. The leads are generated from SEO, AdWords, Email, etc. The CRM is connected to HubSpot social and all of the lead activity and details are extracted from there.

Try At Least Once. You'll Definitely Stay.

What do you like best about the product?
Price is free for most products, the business card scanner
What do you dislike about the product?
Has limitations with Mac, has connection issues with outlook if your using multiple emails. wish it had a better calendar feature for scheduling reminders and follow up at a glance, It uses Outlook for calendar it does send notifications of tasks. It has a much more limited view on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping data organized and is accessible on app on my mobile devices. I can scan in Business cards and input notes as soon as i walk out of the clients office. I can even send follow up emails relating to conversations I had with the client on the go. I can link files like quotes or price proposals of sensitive issue communication to the client profile for easy access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price is right. It does get pricy to add other features. Its great at managing basic customer records and contact points however getting effective usage reports are difficult and I have not been able to find Activity reports or views on my mobile devices. The business card scanner works much better then the last app i used

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Hubspot I can know who are the customers who open the invitations that they sent through email, I like that Hubspot is optimized and runs efficiently on most of the devices where I have installed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has allowed me to send hundreds of convenient emails and has helped me attract customers, but I have never noticed any failure or inconvenience when using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me throughout the months that I have been using it to solve serious organizational problems that my company had been dragging from the beginning. Through its intuitive user interface, Hubspot has greatly facilitated the handling of functions, since everything is easy to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to increase your company's sales and productivity without investing in expensive applications that guarantee you nothing, Hubspot is what you are looking for, it is a safe and reliable application. It is one of the best marketing and project management tools in the app market

What do you like best about the product?
I am very pleased that the application allows to integrate other office tools, which represents an increase in efficiency in my daily activities. I love that Hubspot allows me to manage my projects very effectively, I feel very comfortable using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a comprehensive and complete project management and marketing tool that has helped me tremendously for months. I haven't found anything negative since I use it, so I don't have bad comments about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot I have been able to improve the effectiveness of the emails that I send to my clients by understanding how they reacted to certain messages. It has been an interesting and very complex experience! Asana has also allowed me to improve the organization of my projects over the months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool that allows you to increase the number of sales of your company through an intelligent and intuitive digital Marketing system, Hubspot could be what you want. It is a great application for companies of all sizes

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot because it offers me the possibility to save time of sequences and templates, I like it a lot because it is a very cool and efficient tool at all times, I love tracking functionality, I like it a lot because it allows me to send more or less 1500 emails per month, I love its interface because it is very easy to use and intuitive, giving me security and confidence, I feel really complete with this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, thanks to HubSpot offering me a good quality of service with no flaws in its functions, I have no negative aspects at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot, it has allowed me to increase the number of clients by increasing my sales productivity, allowing me to track them by facilitating my work. I also love that it is not only available on a computer but also on mobile devices.

If you are looking for a tool that has a good interface and that thanks to that is easy, safe and reliable HubSpot is the ideal for you, it is very easy to navigate, you will not need to be an expert to enjoy this great application because it also has a price Flexible will give you a very pleasant stay facilitating the integration to other services, HubSpot will help you a lot with the growth of your sales, you will not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the way everything is linked, between contacts and deals specifically. I can easily add contacts, along with all their information. I like that I can change the order of the columns showing, add, edit, or remove columns that I do not need. I like that I can add notes per each prospect, thus knowing what was said in the call or message, even with the free version. I would recommend it, and although I have not used all the features, I am sure there are many that will be useful for my business in the future. I like the deals section, where I can keep track of all my contacts, the calls I and my team have set up, the video calls that we have done (in the second column), the service agreements we have sent, the people who have actually signed the agreement and paid, and lastly, the deals that we have lost. Everything together in one place, it makes it simple to see and to act upon, especially analyzing where in the process are most of our clients, and figuring out how we can take them from one column to the next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes for each contact are not that visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my prospects in one place and knowing in what process they are in.

Look at all the videos to fully understand and take advantage of this CRM!
