What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature was being able to queue up all of my tasks; it was very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was designed for small to medium businesses and became difficult to use as we expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem of manually following up with prospects and sending emails by automating those tasks instead. Also solved the problem of not remembering what was said in previous conversations due to HubSpot recording calls which was great. It was a huge benefit having all of those things automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is highly recommended. I personally prefer it over SalesForce and SalesLoft.

What do you like best about the product?
Organize and manage all outreach in one place. I am also able to track and manage all my emails/ calls which is very helpful when looking at who I have been in touch with recently. More so, I really like the feature where you can add follow up tasks and assign them to yourself/ others on your team. This way nothing slips through the cracks and we are able to target specific individuals or whole accounts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve on the platform. It took me some time to figure out how to effectively utilize the platform for my outreach needs. There are probably still some capabilities I have yet to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to store and manage all my contact/lead date in one place. I am also able to use HubSpot as a way to see who I have contacted/ been in touch with recently and am able to add follow up tasks with reminders which is extremely helpful in my role!
Fantastic product and highly recommended for any sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to pick up and start using it right away to better manage and run your business. Sequences are essential to creating slow drip campaigns and make sure a contact never gets forgotten about. Their help center is useful and if you ever need an answer, their chat support has always answered my questions the very first time. Overall, fantastic product!

There really isn't much I dislike about hubspot. I'm a true fan

I am able to keep all my contact and companies organized and run reports. By placing specific contacts in sequences, with emails and phone call tasks, it ensures I never have to remember to reach out to someone. My sequence will ensure everyone receives the correct message at exactly the right time

What do you like best about the product?
No more never-ending to do lists and sticky notes floating around. HubSpot makes it easy to set reminders and tasks for yourself so you never miss a contact. Templates and sequences save so much time and energy.

Wish it was easier to import a contact directly from LinkedIn

So much saved time, never miss a contact follow up, no more copy and pasting email content!

What do you like best about the product?
Using sequences has been absolutely game-changing. The sequences feature has worked wonders for me as it has made everything easy, efficient, and trackable. It's a tool I use frequently or my role since I need to find the best way to send out a lot of emails as well as track replies. Hubspot enables me to do all this and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits to the number of emails I can send out is the only complaint. As I need to get in touch with a lot of people frequently, I find that having to wait for my limit to renew as a limiting factor to my reach outs. Nevertheless, I am still able to get a lot done through Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in touch with the people I need to contact has been reduced to a streamlined process through HubSpot Sales Hub. I think the Sequences feature is a fantastic tool that has saved me a lot of time and effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool perfectly answers all my needs when it comes to CRM and more! Definitely recommend!
Hubspot has been a life saver

I love that I can put prospects into sequences and that it can automate a lot of the mundane tasks of following up with certain prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like is the limit of how many automated emails I can put into a sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
I switched to Hubspot's free CRM from a competitor years ago and appreciated its flexibility and how it can easily scale based on my needs as a small business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Hubspot Sales Professional was that I had to manually update all my email templates once they are scheduled per contact. So, if I decided to add or change the language in a scheduled email sequence, I would have to make modifications for everyone one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been a Hubspot CRM user for a few years. For the first time, I decided to try Hubspot Sales Professional to experiment with sequences. Using a few integrations, I was able to target prospects on LinkedIn and fill lists in Hubspot to begin my outreach sequences. After seeing the results, I wish I had done this for my business sooner. I was able to reach the people I needed and do so in a short amount of time.

Linked up with Gmail, and you can do templates and sequences easily with the ability to track your emails proficiency rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much so far. everything was smooth

organized leads, easy to manage leads, and keeping track of leads progress.
The incredible tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
While SDRs prefer to call and add notes to CRM, I use the sequence. You can establish your own sequence with steps: Linkedin, Call, Automated E-mail, Manual E-mail, etc. This tool is potent for prospecting and customer acquisition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to add my client to several sequences. For example, I use my 10-15 steps sequence and add my client to the "Happy holidays" sequence. Unfortunately, I can't do it. One client = one sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales are a machine. HubSpot helps me every day to work as a sales machine. I don't think about my next steps with my clients every day, and I use the Sequence.
