What do you like best about the product?
I like the report dashboards. They allow the exact customization to get our senior team the revenue information they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one little glitch I've found and support cannot fix. We're B2B - If someone forwards my email to their client list and those people click a link to fill out a form, the original contact in my list will automatically be edited with the new person's information. If you work with associations, this can be a nightmare. And... it is a huge pain the neck to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are spotting revenue projections/actualization differences. The best benefits have been the dashboards and seeing where our leads are coming from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a really neat SEO feature for content generation.

What do you like best about the product?
There was always a new useful feature discovered while using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Template emails were very important for us in our old CRM. When switching to Hubspot, we didn't find that too well developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has been used as a sales tool and support tool for messaging with customers and following along new/old deals and it's phases.

What do you like best about the product?
To have all the statistics about all the movements that are made in the interactions with my clients and above all to have the option of saving all that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing to complain about Hubspot CRM, excellent integrations, very good features and 100% functional methods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly increase the sales flow of my department, thanks to the ease of use.

If you want a simple and 100% functional application, this one is for you.

Hubspot can be used for multiple different marketing items including email marketing, analytics & event or team organization.

Learning the overall logistics of the online website takes a bit of time.

Efficiently organize many of your marketing needs all within one spot.

Understand your needs from a marketing standpoint and what programs you currently implement. Then see if Hubspot can do all of those items in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables you to make full e-mail campaigns that target each persona. You can set up a drip campaign that sends off e-mails after-action or non-action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot could make their campaign flow a little more user-friendly, and add more SEO tools.

With Hubspot, we have focused on the needs of our core customers and delivered them content that matters.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I use most in HubSpot is the email tracking portion. This allows me to send emails to prospects and know when they viewed that email. This gives me valuable insight as to when I should reconnect with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you need to keep logging in. It would be nice if there is a faster way/"keep me logged in" feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This CRM solves the issue of the unknown in the sales process for me. It gives me insight as to when a prospect may be ready to consider our service.

Take advantage of the email tracking service.

HubSpot is one of the most streamlined CRM platforms for logical data organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about disliking HubSpot it's all laid out very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the biggest selling point. I've entered countless enhancements or upvoted others enhancements and have watched those be included in the latest release.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a hard time getting 100% HubSpot integration as a CRM in two companies because it doesn't have a robust Financial functionality where Accounting can use it & the integrations don't seem robust enough either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When trying to get 100% adoption I've come across issues with deals not having as much info as NetSuite, Accounting not being able to use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an easy, comprehensive solution that I'd highly recommend. Just ensure that all the tools you're using (and will continue to use) integrate.

I appreciate the many different ways that you can incorporate HubSpot with what we are currently doing. The transition and training has been seamless!

There are a few reports that I would like to be able to personalize.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is perfect for salespeople on the go. Business card scanner works well. Alerts and tasks makes it easy to manage multiple deals at once and stay on top of your to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and dashboards is very template based - hard to customise to align with your specific sales processes and drill down into the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative selling in a geographically dispersed sales team. HubSpot Sales gives us great visibility over our sales pipeline and makes it easy to track deals progress. Sequences are a very helpful tool to send follow up emails and chase prospects.
