Much needed organization to our Agency
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Hubspot we used a combination of spreadsheets, an email marketing system and shared documents to track customer activity. Data is now organized and reports for our sales meeting are much more productive.
The optional mobile app makes adding clients on the fly easy for the sale people. This was likely my favorite part of the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it took a while to shoehorn our existing workflow into the system. And, much like most CRM platforms its garbage in / garbage out so there was a steep learning curve for some of the staff in order to get the results we wanted,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, reporting, reporting! We really needed a better idea of where deals are, where the follow up steps are, and a way for an individual sales rep to send campaigns to their clients.
If your brand is looking to grow, this is the tool for you.

If you're looking for a tool that scales with your business, HubSpot's the one for you.
You're looking at a top-notch, lean, mean, sales machine that will compel you to ditch your old diary.
But adopting HubSpot isn't just a transition to a new software, it's a philosophy of remaining agile and empathetic in every interaction. That philosophy, taught free with a certificate on HubSpot Academy, is called Inbound.
If you think this sounds familiar, you're not wrong. But perhaps I'll leave my 2 cents, comparing Inbound with The Straight Line System for another day. Right now, it's all about you, HubSpot ❤

Yes, everyone in your team from Jim in Marketing all the way to your Customer Success Manager.
This allows you to have a deeper understanding of your target audience, driving your team to develop a system of continuous improvement while fostering better cross-departmental collaboration.
Even for bootstrapped startups, HubSpot's free and Starter Edition make themselves a perfect fit for your team. The platform is constantly upgraded with new features and integrations, you might even find yourselves spiralling down the SaaS rabbit hole like my team did.

There really isn't a nice way for me to put this, but if you rely heavily on your smartphone instead of a laptop, you might want to consider building your pipeline elsewhere.
See, while there is an app available for HubSpot, it's not as comprehensive as the desktop version. Unfortunately, the platform still suffers from a lack of mobile optimization, which costed me dearly in getting my iPhone wielding co-founders aboard the platform.
While they are looking to improve it over time, it can be a bit of a downer when you need to make a quick update on your Scheduling tool in the middle of a bus ride.

Thanks to their informative material on both their blog and Learning Management System, I've actually gotten myself further down along the path to becoming a better sales developer. I began to see how each member of a typical business team is important, and thankfully, I can begin to start developing a new career thanks to the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a bit tricky to get into if you have a "shiny new thing," syndrome. If you rely on a team that you feel may benefit from its use, make sure you get their buy-in early on so you won't have to spend hours setting up the system yourself.
Used everything else before, never looking back now.
What do you like best about the product?
Full stack brings together marketing info, website activity, customer success chats into one place. I love how everything is wrapped around the contact so that you get a holistic view of your customer's interaction with your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a B2B company we don't need tens of thousands of contacts to market to, however, the cost to add more marketing contacts becomes prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales process from lead to closed deal and beyond. Connecting our sales team information to our customer success information has helped us make sure each team member knows what's going on with the client.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot gives ability to sales people to record their leads and recent developments in the account on th HubSpot portal , so any person who is going to handle someone else’s account can just use HubSpot and figure out what are the leads and recent communication in the account and take it from there.

HubSpot is not that simple and organisation has to spend hours in training employees to use it.

Sales management, recording account information , employees performances, recording leads.
Most seamless and organized tool for outreach to both warm and cold contacts consistently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure there's much I don't like to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to track what the other persons we are targeting sees and looks over and spends time on. Hubspot allows us to not only target those who engage our material, but also to time our outreach through sequencing and make it less of a pestering exercise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hubspot...the ease of use and how easily I can get answers to questions about using it make it super super attractive to me as a tool I use literally every single day.

The email tracking/logging & intelligent contact info fill is great as well as the customizable sequence capabilities are super helpful for prospecting too!!
Also, really like the flexibility of making Account/Company as well as Contact views include fields most relevant to the HubSpot user (me).
The layout & filtering of activity is really super beautifully designed too - between Call, Email, Meeting, Notes, etc. Really great work!
Lastly, the Book a Meeting feature/integration is really incredible too. Had a lot of prospects quickly find time on our calendars & book intro calls, tech sessions, etc. works great with gmail & the calendar!!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a feature that enables you to automatically exclude holidays from the email sequence campaigns.
Other than that, really no complaints... Cannot think of anything else I am not fond of. really really great tool!

Great CRM at a great price!
What do you like best about the product?
Among many things, our team likes the easy to use Deals tab. Our sales cycle is typically 60-90 days with a deal flowing through 9-10 steps. Our sales team and management is able to track where the deals are along the way. We can also implement follow up techniques at each phase.
Also with deals, we're able to automatically assign tasks when a deal moves along. This makes it easy for our multiple parties to be involved in customer service and follow up.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automation features. We need to upgrade to the Marketing Suite to get some of the email automation we feel like we need. Other than that, we haven't run into anything we don't like about the HubSpot Sales CRM Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to purchasing HubSpot, we were not able to monitor the pipelines of our sales agents. We were just trusting them to manage and communicate with all of their customers, which certainly was not scalable. With HubSpot, not only is customer communication easier, we're able to monitor it at a management level. We've also been able to use the tools to project revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the system is to navigate. I also love the fact that I can set reminders for everything. The reporting features also give a great view into the actions of our entire sales team so that we can keep a pulse on the sales activities going on within the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't let me forget to do anything. There are so many reminders that sometimes it is hard to keep up with, but most of the time that is a great thing. I really can't think of anything that I don't like about the system. It really accomplishes everything that we need it to and we haven't even utilized all of the possibilities that it offers to our organization. HubSpot has been a great partner as a startup with limited funds goes, since their price point was perfect for us needing help. They've been super responsive to fix any issues that we've run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our client leads had been difficult before using HubSpot. Sequences have allowed us to plan ahead and keep all of our clients posted with consistent and relevant communication. Also, the sequence feature has allowed us to perform A/B testing to ensure that our open rates and click rates are maximized to the full. The analytics functions help us to know which links are generating the most clicks so we know the content that our end users are most interested in seeing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using HubSpot is a no brainer in my opinion. They are awesome and exceed expectations for what we need for our orgnaization
