I was a loyal Salesforce CRM user...until I took a deep look at Hubspot Professional
What do you like best about the product?
All of the features that I wanted are built into Hubspot. In the past, I had to do extensive integrations with 3rd party technologies like Outreach and SalesLoft. With Hubspot Professional, the "sequence" feature is built-in and very easy to set up/use. I actually enjoy doing sales prospecting without having to think about how to follow up with each contact after the initial engagement and I love how you just press start on your follow-up tasks and Hubspot tees up phone calls and dials the phone for me! It has allowed me to hire people that didn't have a sales background to do BDR work successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had access to their "Enterprise" features at the cost of "Professional" (like using custom video clips in emails).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales prospecting automation. Decreased cost of BDRs, increased control of sales prospecting, increase in total new opportunities created in time spent.

What do you like best about the product?
I have very much enjoyed being able to send sequences without a task at the end. It allows me to best use my time instead of following up on tasks that aren't necessarily productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like you to be able to have templates for different timezones so when schedule sending I can save time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to have a wide reach, with consistently high quality emails. Through the ease of hubspots interface, I am able to hit high metrics with quality outreach meaning I can maximise my chances of making sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create an email campaign for outreach. Our team really enjoys adding someone to a sequence and having that lead receive the full email outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its uncomfortable that you cant add multiple leads at once to a sequence. I would love to select a category or list of leads to add to sequence or add to custom message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on our sales efforts in regards to outreach. Before Hubspot sales hub my team was reaching out and setting tasks for each email. Now they are using sequences to save time and only focusing on those who reply.

Inability to modify sequences after the launch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a range of clients with an efficient and customized messaging. Keeping track of client interactions with call, notes, and tasks functions. Integrations with my email, LinkedIn and Slack to receive immediate updates on client's engagement, nudges to complete tasks, etc.
A user friendly, one stop shop for sales reps!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature within Hubspot is the sequences, specifically that it is all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pages can seem very busy and overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One challenge that all salespeople face is being able to efficiently reach out to a lot of prospects. Using the sequences makes that possible and easily manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubspot is being able to use your templates for emails you frequently use to outbound to prospective clients. I also love the feature that shows how many times people have opened your email as it allows you to know who to follow up with, versus who is not interested.

to be honest there is nothing I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems im solving are simple. I can understand how my efforts are being digested by future prospective clients.
Targeted and Genuine Outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence tool on Hubspot is amazing. Being able to provide prospects with targeted and specific outreach avoids any kind of "spam" feel.It is easy to maneuver and allows ease and flow in all messages. There are even ways to set up tasks to quickly follow up if you forget, and tasks that automatically send like email follow-ups
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. Hubspot is pretty fool-proof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to truly target prospects has been a game-changer. No more spam, mass emails. They are all targeted. This unlocks a multitude of benefits and generates more response from prospects.

We use Hubspot to manage our day to day sales
Intuitive, smooth, and manageable
What do you like best about the product?
Without being too overloaded (like some CRMs), HubSpot is incredibly user-friendly and the navigation is extremely smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interfacing with even more software and platforms would be great (and yet I'm sure that's in the plans).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like using the analytics and dashboards to highlight where we've been and where we want to go.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is to learn and navigate. I've used the email sequence a lot and it helps save time and keep in touch with all my contact really nicely.

Nothing really. Just took some time to learn how to navigate a few things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to reach out to thousands of contact on a regular basis and it has helped save a lot of time. It has been really easy to stay on task and stay in contact with clients while still being able to prospect for new clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hubspot to other users!
