Hubspot - Great email marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
For email marketing automation, I love having different sequences and being able track the results of each. A mix of emails and calling from sequences have led to some great engagements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a large database with over 7k contacts, it's often hard for me to filter through and created segmented lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we have an up to date CRM which helps us assign tasks as a team and follow-up in a prompt manner. Basically, we have no more excuses for missing leads that come in.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create rules within lists - this is useful when automating lifecycle stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It runs fairly slowly and sometimes doesn't load all of the information, so you have to refresh until it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes a lot of planning to get lists etc set up in a way that works best, but once everything is done it works great!

Email merging with the CRM is a great plus for the product, and allow you to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to keep track of my work, its easy to use, intuitive when it comes to integrations. The ability to integrate with multiple platforms that I use daily is one of my favorite aspects, and the speed of when integrations happen are my favorite part; example 2 months ago my scheduling application and two weeks ago we got that ability. I know that integrations can take months to happen, but this was at the right time for me. I like that within our G Suite there are multiple options to save templates and easily communicate with the CRM. While there is more that I like, one of my favorite parts about the platform is the Academy and the fact that it teaches you pretty much anything and everything that you could possibly need for the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the site is down or doesn't have a fast load speed, random errors or actions that I did not take appearing. Downtime means I cannot do my job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to effectively track my sales and all the important conversations that help me do my job. With the daily use of Hubspot and its ever growing list of integrations and applications I am able to effectively manage my pipeline and close business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research, and definitely take a few courses with the HubSpot Academy, this will further help your decision making process.

It is easy to use and helps me keep on top of my work in a clear and concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications - I find the notifications to be quite inconsistent. Sometimes it doesn't alert me when someone has opened my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep organised and on top of emails is unparalleled. I love being able to keep all my contacts and contact info on one platform.

I like it's intuitive navigation and automation. It makes my day more organised

I don't like changes without any notifications. When I get used to something I would like to get info before any changes are made

I am solving time managing problems and this is biggest benefit for me

sometimes there is a downtime. and sometimes it is confusing. But in time you will be used to it

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to set up Hubspot is, and that users can easily design workflows, templates, and sequences to enhance their day to day sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one dislike is the cost for emails and contacts. It would be much easier to use if we could fully switch over to using the email side of things, but the cost is a little high.

It has been great to priortize contacts and add automation for the sales team.

I use/love Hubspot for two reasons in particular:
1/. I can create sequences that allow me to make sure to stay top of mind with my prospects & clients.
2/. It's easy to use as a CRM especially with task reminders.

Filters are not always easy to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create accounts and follow up with your Sales & Marketing actions. I have gained time on my workload and with the creation of deals, know exactly where I am and who to focus on more.

HubSpot for CRM and VoIP
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very straightforward and convenient CRM to use. You can easily add contacts via their phone numbers or email addresses and their companies and pther details will auto-populate on the contact card if the details you enter are legirimately connected with the business. Making calls via the HubSpot dialer is also efficient with it giving you the opportunity to write and leave notes with the call you just made on the prospect's profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many information fields available and some of them may be deemed redundant. Emailing system (new feature) and calendar sync are not running as smoothly as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is great for using one application/system for all your lead generation and marketing needs. The benefits are awesome CRM features, Notes and History, and VoIP among others. It also lets you give credit to specific individuals who upload and contact leads to "own" them as their prospects and give credit where it is due more easily.
