HubSpot - Inbound Marketing made easy

What do you like best about the product?
The deal pipeline makes it easy to track deal progress and reminds you to reconnect with closed/lost deals. The meeting link makes booking new meetings simple. Also the sequences make mass marketing emails so fast and efficient. I also love testing out new templates using HubSpots analytics, such as click rate, open rate, meetings booked. HubSpot has helped our business grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new tasks view, it is less user-friendly and harder to navigate. Additionally tasks do not show as completed in the dashboard view until the next day, which makes it difficult to track my progress in real time. The only other drawback is that the site traffic can make the tasks very slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequences allows me to send mass marketing email in a fraction of the time. This helps me dedicate more time to client support. Additionally, I set reconnect reminders through HubSpot, helping me keep in contact with prospects I would have otherwise forgotten about. The deals pipeline prevents potential clients from slipping through the cracks. HubSpots knowledge base gives great sales tips I have used for cold calling and developing new email templates to test. HubSpot saves me so much time prospecting, I love using the system.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like, my favorite function is the ability to build templates, this allows me to quickly build the framework of a communication email. I can quickly bring in hyperlinked documents, as well as specific and general text that I want to deliver to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system moves slow and most of my day is dependent on communication and data entry in the system, this can really affect my efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management is key, but the task management function keeps me on top of all my outreach and makes sure leads and customer follow up do not fall through the cracks. It helps me stay on top of my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the interface on hubspot is very simple and easy to navigate, it also provides a CRM system which can help operate day to day operations such as emails, videos, notes on clients and a complete database to store all of the information required
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing on Hubspot I would say a dislike would be the option to categorise on the contacts page the same as the deals stage. For example in contacts it is the lifestage cycle and in deals it is the stage. would be much better if it was the deal stage for each as this can then be integrated into sequences rather than manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Hubspot are intergration. Aircall, emails etc. This intergration allows a one stop shop for all of my needs

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, business analytics, tracking and sequences....and so much more. I think its much more efficient and beneficial than Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I can think of is...the ability to see the titles of all contacts within an enterprise "at a glance" - easier than the current views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced too many benefits to list here....

you will LOVE the HubSpot customer support - they are the best!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in one place, and all the futures are great, especially the sequences.
If you want to send the first email - a follow-up - a 3rd email - the sequence it's the perfect way to do it.
Of course, this is just an example, it can vary depending on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until this moment everything that I tried and all the work I'm doing in Hubspot is totally worthy.
A recommendation would be for the sequence - it will be great to send more than 50 emails per sequence. In this way, I would save extra time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating a database, I communicate with the prospects, All files are in one place and tracked (emails, documents, etc).
I can easily play with filters and it's a great tool for all the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the layout of he page is simplified for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
My problem I have is that I overloaded myself with tasks in the beginning attempting to make as many tasks as possible. When they became overdue because I could not get to them all in a day it piled up in overdue. I gues what I am saying is I am unaware how many task I will have in the next few days. Sometimes its 11 and sometimes its 75. I am sure it is user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved would be outreach to different clients, essentially testing the waters. Hubspot makes a great difference in sales. I have never used it before but it is successful in touchpoints to stay in the radar of your prospects. I like it.

Excellent Tool for Sales Automation

What do you like best about the product?
The Sequence feature is the most useful sales tool for me to use in my sales process. It allows me to set-up automatic email campaigns in targeted customer segments. This saves me a tremendous about of time so I can focus my efforts on other important sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub. Every feature has been useful for me to help organize and achieve my sales goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I've solved is sales automation. The benefit of more time for other sales tasks is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access, Hubspot allows me create accurate templates and easily send them out to my many prospects without the hassle of updating and always having to change things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the contact names and company names didn't have to be as updated as much when I go into to send sequences or templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting my message out to hundreds, taking more calls and devising more strategy into tough accounts.

Hubspot is AMAZING!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the information I get from it. With it telling me open and click rates on emails, to how many calls my team has made for the day, week, and month. Everything added together helps keep you on top of managing your team and following up with your clients. Easy to use playbooks section. Hubspot also integrates greatly with our phone system. We use Hubspot for our marketing, social media posts, as our CRM, and analytics. Couldn't ask for a better system. When I first started using it I didn't like it and wanted something else as our CRM but once I learned how it operated and all the valuable information I could get from it, I love it and wouldn't use anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
My most disliked part of Hubspot is the mobile app... it could definitely use some work to be more user friendly and easier to follow along in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have better follow up with our clients. Using the dashboards and sequences. Help keep follow-ups on point and moving forward with the sale. using the sequences you can set up a custom workflow and it will automate your email or schedule your tasks for follow-up. You can schedule sequences by lead type or persona etc leading to a better-targeted follow-up.

HubSpot - A Sales Guys Best Friend

What do you like best about the product?
I had been using the free edition of HubSpot for several years and due to the growth of my business it was time to step up to a paid subscription and with it came new features that are amazing. Sure, we loved the email tracking and notification capabilities in the free version, but with Sales Hub we now have the ability to set up email Sequences and integrate with myriad calendar. These capabilities are amazing. I now have several 'scenario' sequences that I can drop prospects in so that they get a well defined series of emails from me. These are the emails I found that I was always hand typing in the past, often making errors, etc. Now they go out flawlessly, with automatic follow up tasks and appointment scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
As more and more of my team is using things like Templates and Sequences a better way to organize our individual items would be nice. It is getting cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more done with less work and reaching more folks with our message than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my many years of sales and marketing experience I have had the opportunity to use all of the leading sales and marketing platforms out there and HubSpot has exceeded my expectations. If you are starting out and need a way to manage companies, contacts and opportunities start with the free edition. If you are beyond that, and looking for a better way, give HS a look as its value will blow you away.
