Super User-Friendly!

  • October 26, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the 'tasks' system in place; it makes it super easy to remain in touch with our current database of members without the difficulty of building the calendar of monthly check-in's myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were ways to keep preferences regarding how information is displayed permanently. For example, I do not like that every time I want to look at overdue tasks it automatically displays the most overdue rather than the newest additions to the overdue list; there is a way to view them this way but not a way to make this the preferred view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of seeing where leads and members are at in their state of interaction with my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with email, easy to navigate, and visually very easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Tasks were the driver for the Users and the the task would be assigned automatically to deals and company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one space to load templates and send meaningful emails is very useful

Work Smarter not Harder

  • October 25, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot CRM in conjunction with their automated contact model. We import web traffic from our site directly from Hubspot CRM seamlessly. From there, we're able to initiate drip campaigns to prospects for our various services or special events like webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't usually have a direct contact name from the site visit so we have to do some manual research to obtain relevant contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM hels us automate our sales lead process and collaborate with our team. The benefit is a more consistent and unified brand message to prospects.

Easy-to-use CRM, great outreach automation options

  • October 25, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use automations is extremely helpful and was not available on our former CRM. The display is nice and allows lots of collaboration with other teammates. It is easy to use and learn quickly, and allows excellent integrations with most other platforms essential for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is that going from our former CRM, the mass emailing capabilities on HubSpot are much more limited and tedious. It would be nice if each sales associate could have a more accessible way to craft an email and send it to a cohort of prospects at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation sequence has saved our team probably 50% of their time and nullified the need for a larger flex team during busy selling season. This integration and capability alone, along with the ease of updating automation workflows, has been extremely beneficial to allow our team to focus on sales conversations and engaged prospects.

Pretty Good

  • October 25, 2019

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a lot of built in features. You can build out an entire marketing/sales funnel, create landing pages, design workflows, and customize email templates. The list goes on.
What do you dislike about the product?
They roll out changes, often and without notice. It's frustrating because you learn something and when you've finally got a handle on it, HubSpot rolls out changes without notifying you and you think it's a bug but in reality they've just "improved" the program.

Also, some of the features have limitations. For example, form designs are very basic. If you want to design the sizing/layout of a form you'd have to use an outside source like Belch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot stores and tracks everything.

HubSpot CRM is great for small companies

  • October 25, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Love the user-friendly features of this CRM compared to its counterparts. It's great for a visual contact record and is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely not as robust as something like Salesforce. If you need to do granular reporting, it's not super effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful to leverage it in tandem with HubSpot marketing automation — everything is in one comprehensive platform and you can easily access both products which is great for marketing and sales alignment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are just getting started with database management, this CRM is a great option. If you need to do super granular reporting and have a robust pipeline marketing strategy, opt for something like Salesforce

HubSpot Keeping the Business on Task

  • October 25, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely helpful with delegating task. HubSpot also provides a great tool for inner office communication from department to department. I absolutely love that you can tract the history of who has had made changes to customer accounts. It keeps the integrity of the office intact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot pull up information with a customer's address. I can only search phone numbers or emails for duplicate accounts and many customers have more than one phone number or email address - which creates duplicate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing call backs and follow up appointments are near to null with the HubSpot CRM.

HubSpot = growth engine

  • October 25, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating web, crm, forms, deals, and contacts in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fair amount of features that need to be upgraded to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across teams. We're faster to respond to leads, and everyone is on the same page. Love the Activity feed that shows who's on our site. Also love the chatbot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really study Inbound before deciding to switch, and get the appropriate teams on board. Otherwise, it's just another CRM. Encourage all of your team members to go through the free training.

Hubspot tasks - tool review

  • October 25, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks work pretty well for me. I make my own task everey day, and they make it easy for me to stay on top of my work priorities. So for example getting to the most importent customer first. I like that its your choice on how you want to view the task, either on a table view or board
What do you dislike about the product?
The board option only has a 50 customer view max, and i don't understand why you'd make that design choice. it forces you to switch views in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in sales, and i like the freedom of putting my own workday together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, its pretty good.

Excellent for keeping a hold on your deal pipeline as it grows

  • October 24, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest benefit for myself and those at our organisation is the ability to keep a tight grip on our sales pipeline. The tasks we set are follow up tasks with new inquiries, and if you do your due diligence and complete your daily tasks, you will succeed in reaching your targets or get very close in doing so. Also, tasks are great for internal follow up and the automatic task for 'Post-sale touch base' is something that we love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback that I can see, is that the tasks seem to be focused on the contact and not a deal in the sales pipeline. Having the tasks associated with the deal would make the task queues more efficient and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion rates from inquiry to sale is something that we were working to get consistency with, and tasks, along with the awesome customisable dashboards are a great way of tracking performance and your sales efforts for the month/year or even quarter. Our marketing department are greatly invested in the automated marketing side of Hubspot, and that success feeds directly into the inbound department that I am in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take as many tutorials as possible when learning about it. There's a wealth of knowledge in the support videos.
