Good CRM
What do you like best about the product?
They have great free courses to take. They have a nice way to track connections with contacts for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super user friendly at first use, have to click around a lot to find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me keep track of my contacts and when I have contacted people.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the sequence feature - less manual follow up, more time to spend connecting with leads and customizing follow-up for particular clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I didn't love the layout of the main contact screen - there's a lot to look at initially, but once you get used to it and customize each page per your preferences, it's super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual follow up is a thing of the past! Having snippets, templates and sequences ready to go for clients offers the quickest response time = more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Atleast give it a trial if you are skeptical. It will simply all aspects of sales, marketing and operations.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped me and my team automate our sales process. With templates, ability to enroll in sequences, as well as tasks, this CRM has truly made our day to day work more efficient and reduced manual tasks that take up time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent glitches in Hubspot that can affect the usability of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see when prospects open my emails; automation of scheduling meetings; logging calls made easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are fluid. For the most part the site is fairly user friendly and has plenty of options that will work for just about any business model. I've used ZoHo before but Hubspot has them beat as this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have attachments saved to template emails. I also wish that when I make a call - the call time and length was automatically logged into hubspot and that a window would pop up during the call for me to make notes ON THE SPOT or POST CALL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow & Data Management --- confidence that are data is secure.

Give it a chance 90 days - you'll be glad you did.

What do you like best about the product?
The way to manage customer interactions is super helpful. I can create a lists of contacts with filters, then adjust columns to view last activity and lead status. Once I get into a single contact I can then pin the most important status to quickly review where I am at with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can get out of hand quickly, it would be nice to filter tasks or have them broken into subheadings. Ie, filtering out tasks that are assigned from Sequences or creating task view for high priority contacts/companies only
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me organized by letting me view lists of contacts or companies in any capacity that I can filter in. It helps me create target prospecting lists for my territory
Love the Hubspot CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all my clients' information can be found in one place! I can call, text, or email directly from the CRM. Plus, it keeps a history of all our interactions so I know exactly where we're at with any individual. And to top it off, they save your templates and snippets for emails so I don't have to memorize a million different emails regarding the same issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Hubspot would save emails I receive even if I haven't talked with them on that specific thread conversation yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save quite a bit of time by using HubSpot. I don't have to go looking in a thousand places for the basic information I need. I can call straight from the CRM without skipping a beat.

Hubspot is a solid tool for client work
What do you like best about the product?
We conduct cold calling and emailling for clients and Hubspot is the perfect tool for collaborating with teams. It is easy to train new users on as well. We use templates which helps particularly well with streamlining the process. We also are able to house the touch points in order for clients to understand cadence and sales processes that accompany your sales strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular I disilike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to send multiple emails, I find the template tool to be especially useful. I Have realized how much time I can save simply by having a solid e-outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the size of your team when considering features. Often you don't need the fanciest system to be able to get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are really helpful, also the ability to add contacts via excel sheets makes things easier. I like being able to send my schedule to people through the meeting scheduler that is a huge convenience. Snippets is another big thing I discovered on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is not being able to send bulk/ mass messages to my contacts. It is an added feature I have to pay for. So I just copy my templates and use another platform to send those bulk emails. I understand that mass messaging is available but it is an upgrade that I have to purchase and I do not need the rest of the upgrades it comes with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting meetings. Before Hubspot, I had to go back and forth a couple of times with emails on trying to figure out times. But now, with Hubspot that email is now down to one.

Make it easy to send mass messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and understand. A simple process with effective relationship management.
The mobile app is also very easy to use and all important features are not eliminated on the mobile version as some CRMs are.
In our office we do a lot of power-calling with our leads. HubSpot makes it super easy to call and make notes while maintaining a face paced work environment. I really enjoy that about HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
it would be nice if it was a little easier to input customers information (ex. address/work info etc.). We often get our leads through a different platform and will have to move the customers information in to HubSpot. This can take a lot of time that I feel could be a lot easier. That's probably the only thing I dislike about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of forgetting about long term customers especially but also short term.
HubSpot also solves the problem of getting lost in the busy work-life that we all experience in our team. We deal with hundreds of customers every month and to do it without HubSpot would be an absolute mess and a challenge. HubSpot makes it easy to stay on top of all files no matter what the urgency or importance level is of the customer.

I have used many CRMs that are difficult to use and navigate through. Learn the simple system with HubSpot and make customer relationship management easy.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful aspects of HubSpot is the ability to see who is viewing the emails being sent out and when which allows timely follow-ups to be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get overwhelmed with task creation and follow-up due to limited ability to apportion out tasks on your schedule without micromanaging each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps provide a solution to the all-present sales problem of who to reach out to. With the email tracking and marketing capabilities built into HubSpot it allows it be a one stop shop of being able to reach out to warm leads at the right time.
