Hubspot Engagement to prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Sending sequence in a timely manner and reporting (analytics)
What do you dislike about the product?
unable to see filter all the contacts who opened your email in bulk, it will notify you one by one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to determine who visits our website , benefits for this are:
- prospects will have time to check newsfeed on our website
- can browse our blogs
- can check more of our services from their email instead of searching our website just to know who are we
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Used this sales tool and CRM, will make your life easier in tracking prospects and or engagement with your target clients.

A Hyper-integrated Tool, not just a CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface, and ever supportive team, tips and help articles for me to excel in my sales tasks, and also the seamlessness in connecting between my work email, mobile device, and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of saying dislike, I'd hope they could release a quick-key feature for important tabs - or even make it fully customizable. For instance, a quick key to hop on to Contact View, then quickly switch to Company view etc.
Additional to that, I'm not a pro in this but I would hope that the generic search feature could be a bit more intuitive. I was a Salesforce User and I really love how the keywords that you search returned you with really relevant information. I'm completely unsure how this is being computed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given my role to look after the expansion of products across APAC, which are all with unique cultural, business and organizational needs. Hubspot helps me to keep my record straight with what I needed to do with these accounts - to manage them like magic.
The Sequences feature helps me to hyper-personalized my communication to the guest;
The Workflow is a Harry Potter wand to automatically updates field and keep my efficiency in check;
The Snippet and Template helps the team in sharing and communicating the best email tips and tricks;
The Meeting feature help me to schedule meeting like a pro and have all my background questionnaire filled up.
And the Kanban View help me to have a bird-eye view of all my deals and where to focus in just 1-shot.

There should be a bit more that can be done in terms of editing

What do you like best about the product?
I couldn't be half as productive, efficient, or successful without HubSpot's tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent bugs or issues can disrupt efficiencies but they are generally fixed very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to track all of my clients through the sales funnel and ensure that I am successful at every stage.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness and versatility of the programs are definitely the best features. You can easily track your customers and their orders. You can also submit tasks to other people in your organization so I think that is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the task page could be set up more like a calendar and not like a list of things to do. I think there should be an option that allows people to see other customer's profiles and the owner but not allow unauthorized users to view or make comments. This would help with sales being stolen. Also the sales pipeline could use a little bit of work. It seems a little complicated to navigate but once you get the hang of it it pretty much works out fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer management, it is easy to track my sales to calculate my commissions. It's definitely an all-in-one place type of program. You have so many options to use and integrate your existing accounts. It helped me to get a better grip on my sales pipeline and visually see how much I needed to get done. I think that it is great for individuals and organizations because of the integrations and how user friendly it is.

Hosting my website makes it easy to keep the content fresh. I get to track the outbound email and therefore record a higher hit rate.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Workflows is a huge timesaver and the ease at with which you can set them up is amazing. Also love the ability to test workflows, the safeties around enrolling and the ability to manually over-ride them.
The analytics & dashboards are great and setup is intuitive/easy.
The Slack Integration is pretty helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to view the transactional Deal particulars across the entire screen would be great - rather than have to view all 3 default lanes.
In Workflows: Ability to carry over deal tokens (deal name, AE name, etc) into Slack would be great to automate slack comms to stakeholders, in addition to assigning Tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a concise view into the health of our business in one place, and don't want the process of updating to be efficient for our reps. A single, streamlined place to input & reference.

Easy to track and close deals

What do you like best about the product?
Neat interface, everything is clear from the first sight. All new team members picked up the action sequence easily. We liked the possibility of setting up automatic emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is quite high for us, that's why we tried many features but are still waiting to be able to use them constantly. When our startup grows a bit, we will be able to purchase a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tracked the initial deals that allowed us to start generating revenue. Sales pipeline perfectly worked for that. Currently, we track tasks connected with lead generation via Linkedin and email outreach. Also, we use HubSpot as a consolidated database for all the communications sales people and support people have with clients.

Super efficient and organized

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot task generator is that it’s super organized, easy to use and works very effectively for my work role. Also when you make phone calls out of HubSpot the task generator is always there right after in the bottom portion of the screen to set a task right after. It keeps me right on track for all of my work duties. I can also to keep track of myself and my production on HubSpot and it leaves a great audit report for my supervisors because my job is very autonomous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I dislike.I have been using it for almost a year now and all the updates have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am staying on task, I am following up effectively and I am getting my job done efficiently because it keeps me organized. My job role is very lucrative and I have a lot of tasks and responsibilities and people that I have to stay in communication with constantly and repetitively. HubSpot helps me do all of that in one place. It keeps me organized in my role and it keeps me effectively producing because I am organized. Following up is such an essential and crucial part of many job rules and with HubSpot I’m able to do everything I need to do in my role efficiently and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you just need to use it every day and make sure actually implement its structure in your work. It helps keeps you on track if you actually use it. Use the videos they send and the platform walkthrough as well. Also you can track your own work if you used sales analytics and that helps me stay on task and focus for my position. I always have goals and task!
