Great tool to save time!
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are great. They have helped save me lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I send a template to multiple recipients at once I cannot tell who is opening the message. For example, if I am in my email and looking at the date and time I sent a message, just by previewing it in my sent items identifies someone as opening the message which throws off the tracking. If I could have specifics in the activity of the contacts opening, I wouldn't need to go to my email to see who I sent it to and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see how interested a customer may be in my offering by tracking their opens and clicks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just jump in, take some time to learn how to use it. It will save you a lot of time!!
Easy to use beautiful software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to create templates and analyze their performance. It has allowed me to garner better leads and have better success with their opening and response rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that HubSpot had a tool that I could use to create a cadence structure on when to email/call my prospects again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that HubSpot solves for me is organization and team communication. This CRM is incredible because it allows me to simply search prospects and see who has been contacted and in what manner. This makes it simple for me to reengage prospects or to not contact them if they have been recently contacted.
Hubspot, a sales tale
What do you like best about the product?
The automated process of the tasks, no longer am i forced to raise my arm to move my mouse and click on individual leads, now my arm is only used to pick up my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on certain aspects, for example - we have a call type we can log on each call but we're limited to 20 i think, as a large team with many different campaigns we struggle to fit them all on and have to delete previous ones. There are other types that suffer a similar problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well my calls have increased by around 50% so productivity is one aspect. The fact that the whole team can see details of the calls is also useful for networking.

Watch the Hubspot academy as it was really helpful for getting up and running very quickly
First time CRM user
What do you like best about the product?
There are many features that make HubSpot user friendly. It didn't take me long at all to figure it out - I was able to navigate it myself after just a few days. Being able to filter by different categories is extremely helpful when trying to find the right leads/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can run a little slow sometimes, but other than that I haven't found anything that I dislike.

We are able to contact lots of customers efficiently with the CRM.
Multi functional
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to log details on communication, include notes, set tasks under every client. Also, reporting is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regular failures and unexpected updates that limit use/access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of client communication and the deals created or each. It's easier to manage a large client base with a system like this.

Best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI of the CRM, I've used other CRM systems extensively, but hubspot does a great job of providing many integrations, while also incorporating a very user friendly UI. The reporting abilities and customization have allowed me to keep a better record of my own goals, and see the performance of my team around me. I love the ability to see if someone's opened my email, and the sequence creator + templates makes it easy to send large personalized emails at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customizations for how a company/ contact is displayed in my hubspot. Under a company profile, I can only see 5 names of contacts at a company before the rest are put into "view 17 more contacts". I wish I could have all of my contacts displayed on the sidebar with a small notification to see who I've recently contacted, so I don't have to scroll through all the emails I've sent, and I could select contacts easier. To save space, the email/phone of the contact doesn't need to be displayed, if you could select a contact and choose between 3 small buttons of "email, call, or task" this would save a lot of time on my end. I also wish I could have the ability to make lists of those who have opened my emails, and have the list automatically populate and tell me how many times they've opened it. An aggregate of this data like "Company A has had 6 people open with 2 clicks" would be very helpful for an inbound strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending more emails. An inbound strategy where I can make more focused calls by telling who opened my emails. Easy sourcing of new contacts. Integrating my slack channels and tracking across all of my integrations. Tasks has been a great way for me to make sure I'm following up with everyone I can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it! Especially if you're a smaller company looking to track your relationships with larger companies.
Replicate your success with Hubspot templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Gmail integration so that I can use my templates there. Very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the signatures could translate to from template to template, rather than having to clone templates. The lack of folders in folders, so you can version better,. would also be very welcome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can experiment and keep track easy with email content and scale quickly what works. Allow me to execute volume which would be difficult otherwise.

Surprisingly powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use across comprehensive sales and service tools - much more advanced system than I initially expected based on how simple to use it is.
Auto-recognition of associated contacts, deals, companies etc. make it hard for things to slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Using tasks everyday permitting me to organize my daily work without problem, furthermore i really like the possibility to check all the interactions along time with a company
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite disappointing of the first use of the tool because there is quite things to know before using it in an efficient way. In another hand i think that integration with some others apps should be more easy for sales as me.

It a really good way of gaining time and i think it allows me to be more structured in my work !
