Hubspot is AMAZING!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the information I get from it. With it telling me open and click rates on emails, to how many calls my team has made for the day, week, and month. Everything added together helps keep you on top of managing your team and following up with your clients. Easy to use playbooks section. Hubspot also integrates greatly with our phone system. We use Hubspot for our marketing, social media posts, as our CRM, and analytics. Couldn't ask for a better system. When I first started using it I didn't like it and wanted something else as our CRM but once I learned how it operated and all the valuable information I could get from it, I love it and wouldn't use anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
My most disliked part of Hubspot is the mobile app... it could definitely use some work to be more user friendly and easier to follow along in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have better follow up with our clients. Using the dashboards and sequences. Help keep follow-ups on point and moving forward with the sale. using the sequences you can set up a custom workflow and it will automate your email or schedule your tasks for follow-up. You can schedule sequences by lead type or persona etc leading to a better-targeted follow-up.

HubSpot - A Sales Guys Best Friend

What do you like best about the product?
I had been using the free edition of HubSpot for several years and due to the growth of my business it was time to step up to a paid subscription and with it came new features that are amazing. Sure, we loved the email tracking and notification capabilities in the free version, but with Sales Hub we now have the ability to set up email Sequences and integrate with myriad calendar. These capabilities are amazing. I now have several 'scenario' sequences that I can drop prospects in so that they get a well defined series of emails from me. These are the emails I found that I was always hand typing in the past, often making errors, etc. Now they go out flawlessly, with automatic follow up tasks and appointment scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
As more and more of my team is using things like Templates and Sequences a better way to organize our individual items would be nice. It is getting cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more done with less work and reaching more folks with our message than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my many years of sales and marketing experience I have had the opportunity to use all of the leading sales and marketing platforms out there and HubSpot has exceeded my expectations. If you are starting out and need a way to manage companies, contacts and opportunities start with the free edition. If you are beyond that, and looking for a better way, give HS a look as its value will blow you away.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface, and web integration for all of our tools. Each plugin makes it easier for us to stay organized, on task, and aware of our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. The updates are frequent, and always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our sales goals, individually and as a team, and staying true to our follow-up process while dealing with a high volume of clients.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Its very simplistic and easy to use. Made learning this CRM extremely quick and painless. I also just learned lists which has also improved how I use HubSpot and helped me create a Christmas list to send to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little more intuitive. Being able to title a task from within logging a call. If I select connected - being able to unenroll them right from that log screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of all emails being sent and if they open. making it easier to talk to potential clients as I know they have seen my information. It also saves me time when I can look at their industry and company about page from within the CRM. saves me time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want an easy to use/easy to teach CRM Hubspot provides that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see when people open or click on the emails that I send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see notifications on individuals who are included in a group email. As in, which person clicked on the group email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to make templates for frequently asked questions. Saves me so much time sending the same response to the same questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome product. It will save you time and make your work day more efficient.

Great CRM to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that HubSpot is a very user friendly CRM system that provided very easy customizability for it. I have used Hubspot for a few years and realize that this system keeps iterating and every update makes the system better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going with the customization, I dislike that the system does not let use alerts like an opening email for triggers in workflow for automation actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Hubspot, I plan solving the issues with automation and keeping my momentum going without having to follow up on new leads quickly. I have been able to do this pretty effectively with sequences

The best CRM for automation

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I really like automation tools such as sequences, tasks, and integration.
The support is really fast and providing help and answer really quickly.

The filter tool is unlimited so you can find the exact contact/prospect you want to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I experienced some problems with log in the information to the CRM.
Sometimes the info I received by email is not automatically log in to Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage easily sales activities. See where the priorities are.

I have tried Pipedrive and Hubspot so far. ANd without a doubt, I will recommend Hubspot. Much more professional and there Is much more interesting features

Sequence Review 2020

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's Sequence function has changed the sales game for me this year! In a year like 2020 where majority of clients are working from home and not picking up their phones at the office, this function allowed me to create different kinds of emails and automate them to reach out the majority of clients possible. It helped me book meetings with clients which lead me to close more sales than ever!

Nothing really, I love this work tool and hope it keeps getting better and better :)
