Hubspot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot on a daily basis for more than 2 years now and I 'm still learning on a daily basis. This CRM software is really easy to use and straight forward. The management of the deal pipeline allow a good follow up with clients.

I believe the amount of information can be sometimes difficult to manage for new users even though Hubspot does training to help new users

Dealing on a daily basis with leads, I realized that great organisation in your work allow a sales team to reach higher targets

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to get started versus the largest competitors. It's truly a turnkey solution that fits most needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting tools are not as intuitive as you would like.
There is no sandbox environments and customisation is not easy to implement.
There is also no easy way to log inbound calls or edit your called ID to show your company name when calling from hubspot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day organisation. When juggling so many opportunities it's hard not to drop the ball once in a while. Good record keeping and task queues are essential in establishing a feedback loop on opportunities
Intuitive UI, takes care of most CRM needs

Template, business card scanning (on the app), email tracking, deal creation

Unable to add attachments in template, limited analytics

We wanted our sales team to be able to access the overall contact-wise information including email conversations by other colleagues. Deal creation was also a major use-case for us

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need to organize, track, and nurture your relationships with leads and customers. It's 100% free. I like the customer service tools to help you connect with customers, exceed their expectations, and turn them into promoters that grow your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find accessing each contact's information and see every interaction you've already had can be confuing. Use this data to create hyper-targeted campaigns that close more deals is more work than I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insight into your entire funnel to see which marketing assets are working the hardest, and to show how marketing impacts the bottom line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using it because it is free! If you like it buy the extra features! If you do not have anything for CRM try this before any other service.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is essential for tracking emails, and I've recommended it to lots of folks over the years as being really key for this purpose. There are lots of tools within Hubspot that you can use that are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is almost sometimes a little too convoluted, and some of my efforts to use it from an 'above and beyond' level haven't worked out exactly as I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track email opens has been crucial to me, and it certainly gives me some awareness as to whether or not my messages are being read.

There's a lot to unpack here, and it's helpful to make sure you know exactly what you want to use this for.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use thanks to the customer service and overall user friendly setup of the program. One of the perks is definitely the scalable service to fulfill any and all requirements that your company may need, no matter the size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot isn't cheap, so that would be the main negative. Also if you are coming from a small business like myself, some of the offerings might be more than you are looking for initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a lone marketing professional for a quickly growing medical practice, I needed a way to track who was visiting my site, my progress, and helpful social media planning tools.

if you have the budget for Hubspot, I would recommend this product hands down. The ease of use, dependability of customer service staff, plus they really try to hear what you need when designing your package. I can not say enough good things about this product.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to keep all of the marketing materials I write in one central place. It makes it easy to keep a central record of all marketing communications internally and for our clients. It has great drag and drop design tools for landing pages and emails. The blog tools are generally easy to use. They provide good customer service and quick answers to questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar on Hubspot is somewhat limited in what types of events it can hold. The social tools are more limited than scheduling directly through Facebook or a tool like Hootsuite, but it does make it easy to share existing assets to social. Many of the interfaces are a little clunky and difficult to use, such as task scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us publish marketing communications and messages through multiple channels from one central hub.

Deal management, sequences, dociuments tracking, UI- friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder management could be better. That would be great if you ca create subfolders. Contact import should need an improvement. When you upload your dataset sometimes you get error message but where hard to find what was the issue. The calliing function is not available in our country (Hungary). That would be great if you copy an email list in to the system you can send them instantly sequences. Currently you have to search for everybody one by one. That would be great if I cann integrate HubSpot to Microfot Outlook on MAC.

HubSpot saved me so many time thanks for the sequences. Now I know who opened my documents when I send. That cann be a good touch point when I call my client. "Hi Did you check my presentation?" . Deal management is very good I can save so much time here to. I do not need to use excel or word. With drag n drop I can move a deal from demo to approved. That is awsome.

That would be great if we can edit some documents throught the interface.

Hubspot I love it because it has many options and allows you to try it for free as your needs grow because you can pay but only what you need

In contrast to having many options, it is sometimes difficult to find everything that is needed. So the learning curve can be prolonged

I help a lot in the management of the leads but mainly in the way of obtaining them through different channels, we could easily integrate it into our website with WordPress and generate extra forms only for our account executives.

Hubspot is very good and fits very well if you want to implement a CRM for the first time since the free version allows you to work very well and as you grow you can already use its payment features, you can even enable them only for users who need it so you control your expenses
