Best place to integrate my leads, create sales pipelines and nurturing leads
What do you like best about the product?
Easy creation of sales pipelines and being able to nurture leads. Efficient software
What do you dislike about the product?
Software is a bit costly for new small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead funnels, sales funnels, lead nurturing, crm, outbound call tracking, email tracking
Hubspot does complex tasks in simple ways.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to filter contacts by properties and also save the views. Hubspot has made qualifying leads very easy through the property details (especially the web conversion analytics)
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot meeting tool can better. It is pretty much basic compared to the other standalone calendar management solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage and nurture leads with Hubspot. The reporting dashboard has made it easy to track what each sales engineer on my team is doing and how well they are contributing to the bottom-line in real-time.

It is good value for money.

What do you like best about the product?
The activity feed makes it really easy to check on the lastest correspondence with a potential or current client. I also love the Deal Stage tracker, so you can quickly see how far into the sales funnel clients are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. The issues we have are more due to people having trouble changing to a new sales platform, or sales and marketing forgetting to talk. And HubSpot is great at trying to rectify that second point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping better track of the stages of a sale and being more transparent across the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price is high, but if you can utilize the other HubSpot features as well it's worth it for the full spectrum marketing and sales.

If you're in Media Sales, before using the industry standard CMR's like Salesforce please use and compare to HubSpot. I guarantee the experience is way more user friendly and its a better CMR for Media Industry.

More than a CRM, a Cx tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from our own app, Hubspot is the most important tool for our organisation. We create automations, mass communications for clients, sales pipelines and measures. Not only a CRM but an important BI tool, without it our sales team would be lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the Hubspot community is very active and we can solve many questions there, I would like to be able to see what features are in progress to be able to predict changes and improvements in our flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating monthly client reports, setting pushes in our app, building dashboards for our team and even landing pages with js quizzes to attract and classify leads.

Take your time and understand all the possibilities this tool can offer. In first hand, you wont know everything you can do, but with creativity and chat support your options are illimited!
HubSpot is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Once I became familiar with the platform, I found HubSpot to be very user friendly. Most useful is the fact that several users may access the same profile and make changes, communicate, etc. Our team utilizes the reports for sales progress and keeping track of incoming processes for our clients/customers on a weekly if not daily basis - keeps us on track. I have not personally run analytics reports, however our department manager shares valuable information that gives us a peek into how productive our interactions are with our customers, as well as where we may fall short. I appreciate the feedback, and I look forward to meeting or exceeding sales goals for the following days, weeks, months and years.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I dislike how often email integration and SalesMSG integrations are interrupted, but it's a fairly easy process to reintegrate. i do still have more to learn within the platform, so it is possible I've yet to encounter any negatives, but I do not foresee that. I will likely try to build in some time to train further in the platform. I presume there are training videos on youtube or through the hubspot website. Perhaps only downfall that I can see is lost deals seem to go into abyss, unless we run a report to view and visit each site to reach out again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running reports and finding clients/customers who've fallen through the cracks - so following up on unresponsive or even reaching out to "lost" deals. Tracking employee productivity just by reviewing the activity is also very helpful in seeking how to train and improve performance.

Managing work flow and sales leads is a dream with HubSpot!

Able to upload contacts and searches seemlessly and have multiple categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few fields that need to be customized to potential user liking.

Having a true CRM to house accounts and input data.
