Sales Hub makes setting up pipelines simple

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales hub makes updating and tracking all correspondence easy. You can see whenever the recipients take an action or view a message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app would include more options for seeing history of different tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all communication with customers and keeping contacts organized. I can send over a hundred emails with a click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the simplistic layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search results do not remain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to see when a prospect opens, clicks, etc. on an email from me.

Intuitive and easy to use sales software

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot SalesHub is very helpful for prospecting and keeping track of potential clients. I love the possibility to schedule tasks for each prospect, as to not forget the next step for each one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like are the limitations for enrolling prospects in sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me to keep track of my contacts and eases the sales prospection process. I've managed to reach out to a wider audience and organize my leads in order to follow up on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, save me hours by automating my emails, it makes my job so much easier and I love it
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find one, it has given me much than I accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send automated emails, and also easy to track responses, and very user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no further this is the best marketing tool I have ever used, and I'm sure this what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization through the sales funnel, and the ability to control each lead on its specific phase
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a different way of viewing the leads. For example,an easier way to navigate back and forth from a lead to the tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization with the leads and the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I use hubspot sequences a lot.
Whether it's a warm lead or cold lead, making different sequences and setting frequency as required is really helpful.
I'm able to to better and consistent reach outs to new leads and regular touch base with old leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime I see lag and servers being down, that is really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the lead data is sorted, which can be accessed by adding different filters for a better understanding.
The automation part of hubspot help a lot with getting in touch with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to configure to suit your business needs. Great reporting and dashboards. The Templates, Documents and Sequences tools are very good for making you more efficient. Hubspot Academy is a good virtual training and development tool that goes beyond just showing you how to use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Hubspot. You do however need to be prepared to change your approach to managing data particularly if you have not used a CRM before. I see this as a positive though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of our sales funnel, visibility of sales funnel and associated data to all levels of the business, simple management of customer data that then becomes easy to find and track going forward. It makes marketing activities a lot more efficient and less time consuming. We have improved a number of our sales and marketing process by using Hubspot as the catalyst for improvement.

The Good Overview to create different Types of Engagements.

Lacking some structure in Reports ( Bouncebacks are not trackable in Sales )

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales has very many essential functionalities. The most important for me is the templates. I don't have to constantly copy paste the same emails over and over again. I can just reuse personalized emails at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gmail extension for HubSpot sales does not allow me to create tasks directly from my mail box. I have to go back to HubSpot, find the contact then create a follow up task if I want to send my emails from my personal mailbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps easily manage the several communications we make with clients as a team. We can easily follow the progress of communications and avoid repetitions or inconsistencies in the flow of information.

What do you like best about the product?
Deals, templates, sequences and tasks save me valuable time and help keep me organised on a daily and long term basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like 'queues' to be available for different filtered lists I make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to contact a large number of contacts quickly, without losing the personal touch.
