Very easy to setup, use and invite colleagues to collaborate!
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Workflows is a huge timesaver and the ease at with which you can set them up is amazing. Also love the ability to test workflows, the safeties around enrolling and the ability to manually over-ride them.
The analytics & dashboards are great and setup is intuitive/easy.
The Slack Integration is pretty helpful too.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to view the transactional Deal particulars across the entire screen would be great - rather than have to view all 3 default lanes.
In Workflows: Ability to carry over deal tokens (deal name, AE name, etc) into Slack would be great to automate slack comms to stakeholders, in addition to assigning Tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a concise view into the health of our business in one place, and don't want the process of updating to be efficient for our reps. A single, streamlined place to input & reference.
Easy to track and close deals
What do you like best about the product?
Neat interface, everything is clear from the first sight. All new team members picked up the action sequence easily. We liked the possibility of setting up automatic emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is quite high for us, that's why we tried many features but are still waiting to be able to use them constantly. When our startup grows a bit, we will be able to purchase a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tracked the initial deals that allowed us to start generating revenue. Sales pipeline perfectly worked for that. Currently, we track tasks connected with lead generation via Linkedin and email outreach. Also, we use HubSpot as a consolidated database for all the communications sales people and support people have with clients.
Super efficient and organized
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot task generator is that it’s super organized, easy to use and works very effectively for my work role. Also when you make phone calls out of HubSpot the task generator is always there right after in the bottom portion of the screen to set a task right after. It keeps me right on track for all of my work duties. I can also to keep track of myself and my production on HubSpot and it leaves a great audit report for my supervisors because my job is very autonomous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I dislike.I have been using it for almost a year now and all the updates have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am staying on task, I am following up effectively and I am getting my job done efficiently because it keeps me organized. My job role is very lucrative and I have a lot of tasks and responsibilities and people that I have to stay in communication with constantly and repetitively. HubSpot helps me do all of that in one place. It keeps me organized in my role and it keeps me effectively producing because I am organized. Following up is such an essential and crucial part of many job rules and with HubSpot I’m able to do everything I need to do in my role efficiently and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you just need to use it every day and make sure actually implement its structure in your work. It helps keeps you on track if you actually use it. Use the videos they send and the platform walkthrough as well. Also you can track your own work if you used sales analytics and that helps me stay on task and focus for my position. I always have goals and task!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot changed my sales approach and helped me to gain approx. $10k business in less than 6-8 months and that too in free plan and during the Covid crisis. I eagerly wanted to upgrade to Sales Hub Professional but my needs are meeting in free plan. I am sure i will achieve my goals by upgrading to paid plan. Hubspot is Revolution in business and they are really empowering business especially small. Gratitude!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there is only thing I dislike about Hubspot i.e. Tasks. I should be able to select exact or specific time while exchanging emails rather than 8:00 AM default time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved my several sales problems. The discipline has become my habit.

Its great for sales people to organize and build pipeline.
Hubspot as CRM system integrating with INtercom
What do you like best about the product?
The price, and the easyness to use.
Hubspot has a fantastic very user friendly CRM experience as well as it works to integrate with a lot of Apps.
I love that I can see customer data in Intercom directly as well as that I can save information from Intercom in Hubspot
I also liked the leads formula for our in store lead generation.

The installation process and the adding of existing data from excel proved to be more challenging than expected.
We ended up not adding all the data and just started to fill data from customers manually

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use compared to the competition, It make finding the right leads in my database so much easier. I could not recommend Hubspot enough.

Their email notifications can be too much. its almost spammy

Where to begin? The sales setup is easy, the ability to create own fields, the cross marketing platform, and engagement is flawless. I love how it is a true onestop shop from the start of the marketing process to sales, onboarding, and beyond.

Some of the capabilities that jump up to other service levels is frustrating. A la carte options would be great to add bits and pieces as needed

one stop shop for sales entry and reporting allowing for quick and easy access to data, while being able to review leads, and make decisions on next steps.

It's a no brainer for ease of use, and cross platform referencing. From email marketing to tracking sales calls, and incorporating service tickets.
User Friendly, Straight Sales Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is user friendly, its easy to streamline sales processes and have everything compiled into dashboards for teams to use. I like that the colors are pretty and that the font is nice. I like that there are videos available for people to train themselves on different marketing concepts. I like that orange is the main color. I like that the people in the videos are straightforward and talk in a speed that makes it easy for me to keep up with. I like that there are graphs and different break downs for each of my team's functions. I like that user data is easily accessible. I like that it is all compiled into one contact list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of training necessary for some of the functions. I dislike some of the functionality in the sense that you have to click across separate tabs to use multiple tools. I wish that there was a way for everyone to have permissions to create their own dashboards in my company.

Email campaigns, sales reporting. All easily set up with different teams and different campaigns throughout the company. I am solving the problems have to do with my company's day to day issues and processes that we have to follow. I am solving problems that ensure we are following up with customers on a timely basis. It is very focused on marketing and maybe lacks more development in other areas.
