The experience is satisfying
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the feature i enjoy the most is, enrolling multiple contacts into a sequence. Also the ''token'' feature is quite handy, as well as call option, creating meetings, directly adding a meeting link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when importing a file with contacts, HubSpot often enough changes the company name displayed in the file to the company's URL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did implement some other types of calls, but unfortunately were unable to solve the problem mentioned above.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to familiarize with all of the options available, and that may come in handy.
Robust CRM Platform for Any size Business
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to try out the hubspot crm platform with our website first to see if it were a good fit with our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there are so many options and tools to track and manage customers, it can be overwhelming to figure it all out at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just starting to collect customers info such as email address to market to them in the future and establish a relationship with potential customers.
Optimize your time
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to consistently create quality notes for future emails/calls and meetings. I can't tell you how many times I scroll over all the email history and note history before I reach out. Extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1 by 1 enrolling into sequences does take a little longer than other CRMs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing your time, I can send out Sequences and have emails automatically reach out to clients so I can focus on calling potential clients using the notes we've created from months prior.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will help you build a better organization for future generations by consolidating all your emails, calls, meetings
Hubspot is simple to use, still it packs a lot of really useful and in-depth features.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it automatically connects companies with contacts as well as all the tools to help reach to prospects faster and better (sequences, templates, tracking)
What do you dislike about the product?
For big target accounts, it's difficult to create "sub-companies" to better organize your contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me get my comapanie's value proposition out there. It helped me connect with prospects from all over North America. My sales pipeline is much bigger thanks to that.

Perfect if you're looking to bring marketing and sales together. Especially good when targeting SMB.
HubSpot Sequences - one of the greatest tool out there for B2B Saas sales
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences helped us a lot to increase our conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX needs some improvement. I think that the Save button is not intuitive in many places. Also the CRM is a bit slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our Sales team to menage our Sales pipeline in an efficient way.
Hubspot CRM - Sequences feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequences feature. This has allowed us to adopt a lead generation strategy that is completely automated and saves a lot of time. If/When customers reply, they are pulled out of the sequence, allowing for personalised follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there isn't much that I don't like about Hubspot CRM. It would be good if there was a sequences feature that combined marketing and sales (at the moment it's just a sales functionality) but I spoke with Hubspot and understand the reasons why this isn't so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this instance, we are using Hubspot CRM for lead generation. It has saved us time through automation and has brought qualified leads for Sales to follow up.

All-encompassing CRM software that should have everything you need.
Marketing on auto pilot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot feels natural at this point. I use it on a daily basis integrated with my Gmail to send out sequences and share content with prospects and customers. It goes well with my workflow and saves a ton of time. With one hour's work during the weekend, you can have most of your boring emailing time out of the way for the rest of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is not the easiest to understand in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with prospects on a regular basis, personalizing only what matters and saving a ton of time on the boring repetitive aspect of reaching out.
CRM for B2B Sales team
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Hubspot and the ability to keep track of my customers. Our team uses the reporting tool to keep tracks of their KPI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is not an enterprise CRM like Salesforce. It's very basic and good for small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage SMB accounts. Our conversion rate has increses by 20% since our BDR starts using Hubspot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been great for setting sequences, and the feature I find most useful has been the automatic follow ups.

I can't think of many downsides, it's been a great tool for our organization

The sequences and reminders are most helpful. The Sales Dashboard has been beneficial for our organization as well.
Perfect CRM for small-to-medium businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot is it’s simplicity. It requires almost no technical knowledge for the default setup, making it ideal for small to medium businesses. It’s also feature rich, offering free extras such as a live chat widget for your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to HubSpot is, in some cases, it’s lack of customisability. For example, the live chat widget is fairly fixed in terms of placement on the website which can restrict how other elements can display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps solve the problem of complicated CRM setups for smaller clients who don’t red the complexity that other CRM platforms bring with them.
