Fantastic user-friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot SalesHub is extremely user-friendly! If I have any issue what so ever the support team is there to help AND resolve my issue within minutes. The platform automates most of your sales functions with the help of their sequences, templates, tasks, etc. making the sales team incredibly efficient - and as we all know in sales time is precious as it kills all deals ;)
Its incredibly easy to create contacts, tasks, and deals right from the HubSpot extension in your mailbox/Google Chrome. One of my favorite features is the ability to track email activities such as opens, clicks on links, etc.
My absolute favorite feature is the sequence tool. The sequence analytics dashboard gives me visibility into how effective an email sequence is when targeting prospects and specifically what emails are engaged with the most. It helps me to understand trends in sequence data and improve the effectiveness of my content and outreach.
Another thing worth noting is the appointment scheduler! I find it useful as it helps my prospects pick a time to meet/call at a time that is convenient for both/all parties.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I wish I had the ability to do is to create reports based on notes - for example being able to pull a report will all prospects that have "follow up in Q4 2020" in their notes section

We use Hubspot Sales Hub to maximize the output of our sales team. It helps us to track and make better decisions to sell to the right customers and coach reps as it has incredible analytics data.

HIGHLY efficient for sales teams! Specifically with emailing.

Being able to set tasks and view/pin lists with ease.

sometimes when a customer opts out, they don’t disappear from my list which causes confusion

Setting up appointments for clients who haven’t yet. I’ve realized how easy that task can be through hubspot

Use it, it saves so much time
More HubSpot use = more sales

I can streamline my outreach and that it's connected to my Gmail and Salesforce

It's not as customizable compared to a Salesforce, for example.

Streamline mass outreach in this COVID time.

This is great for marketing automation and SDRs

It tells me when prospects open emails and what they did with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that we don't have bi-directional syncing with Salesforce.com. If our SFDC database would sync automatically with Hubspot, I wouldn't have to "create contacts" in SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems. Benefits: automated email sending and tracking. rather than creating each email individually, I just initially build the email templates & enroll the contacts. That's it. I then sprinkle in a phone call for each enrolled contact.

The hands on tutorials are helpful bc they teach you have to actually do things vs. just telling you about theories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of the tutorials. Some of them are several hours to complete.

Sales automations are so easy with Sales Hub.

Definitely look into the different tier options and pick something that will best fit your company and it’s needs. Not everyone needs enterprise or even professional from the get-go
The Best CRM out of the rest
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on Hubspot is what sold me. I was actually able to figure out how to do templates and sequencing with the training videos I found and was able to run with it. I have used other systems, very expensive ones in my line of work and nothing even comes close to the detail that you can place in an account and the amount of times you can actually view an email being opened is priceless to my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing I dislike about this system. I wish it was around years ago when I first started out as an Account Manager!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When emailing a potential client I can easily see their level of interest by how many times they open up the emails and if they are clicking on certain links. That has been such a help to gauge how to approach certain contacts.
Great integrated CRM tool!
What do you like best about the product?
it integrates with other tools like Gmail. it's also very easy to conduct all your activities from hubspot, including emailing, calling, set up meetings, etc. and so everything is stored in one place and accessed seamlessly. with the Gmail integration you can also track all emails automatically and access task lists and action items very easily. reminders are sent via email and you can also work through your Sales Tasks in separate lists, making it easy to transition between contacts and deals.

it is new and can take some time getting used to

outreach to thousands of contacts made easy, with specific details and custom sequences, templates, scheduled emails, contact groups, etc. Management of contacts and address book has never been so simple. Various company and Deal management options as well make it very simple, as well as integration with the mobile app.

Workflows of deals cannot enroll in contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Customized views and columns on the views help us to track every single action is taken on the deal. The more tracking options the less manual effort to close the deal. It is great to follow everything on one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool might be a bit complicated for the people who aren't used to apply the details on the prospects' histories. So training the sales team is the most crucial part to take considerable benefit from both the tool and the team. It would be nice to have a simpler interface.

With possibility of automation, remembering the necessary points on the deal activity increased the sale numbers. Easy tracking option that HubSpot Sales Hub provides helps to increase the conversion rate.

Train people who will use HubSpot Sales Hub to make the most benefit from it. Consider the users and push them to receive certificates fro Hubspot to achieve your goals.
