The CRM That's Changing Everything
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and reporting abilities! These are great being able to see on the dashboard and having the ability to enroll customers in sequences cuts out about 50% of our salesforce's time on just writing emails! Loved that feature probably the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting has been a little difficult to get an accurate read on. For example, we had hoped to get downloadable reports that looked like what was showing on the dashboard with the same types of visualizations would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving reporting issues and gaining visibility into open rates, and team collaboration. Being able to work on the platform and see your entire salesforce team activity was a huge plus for us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
the integration process is extensive but the hubspot team made everything so seamless for us. It was really easy for us and my team and I are so grateful for everything HubSpot has done to make this such a great tool and easy to use! The training materials, especially, were very helpful to give to our team so that they could learn directly from HubSpot, rather than having to learn via trial and error and then take team member's times to train the rest of the team. The sales training videos and exercises did the job very well. The only thing I would recommend, however, in addition to the hubspot training videos, would be creating custom views and dashboards for yourself before starting workflows. Also making sure you're comfortable with sequences before beginning the first week of selling.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the tasks and task reminders. The simple fact that after logging a call on a contact, you can create a task from the same pop-up box. The customization and tailoring of all the filters and searches you can use to refine the criteria helps you easily sort your contacts and companies into groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have to say I dislike, is not being able to change the task time from the Log a call / email pop-up box when logging them. Yes, you can create a task through that, however you can only select the date from that. Unless there is a way and I just don't know how or haven't seen it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of keeping on top of tasks, with a great mobile app and task reminders, good email tracking and logging all in one, it just makes the whole sales role a lot easier. It also is really easy to update contacts, and definitely intuitive when inputting new contacts with just their email address.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend, helps keep track of the many different contacts and companies you'll be dealing with everyday, also enables you to integrate to your email for very easy email logging and very tailored searches and refining for each category to assist in all areas.
Organized and Efficient for Tracking Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the filters, tasks, and sequences are. It helps me efficiently tracks my leads follow up and who needs to be reached in the pipeline. I think this is the best CRM I have used so far. It allows me to become more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't like that I couldn't tell if the customer replied to my email even though I am being notified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve problems like how to prioritize the tasks and filtering the leads. I am able to send an email as well using the platform so it really saves time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the integration and other tools that are only present in Hubspot.
HubSpot is great for any sales rep to keep their contacts, information and projects all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has quite a few features that are quite helpful in organizing my day. Knowing when customers are opening and reading emails allows me to reach out at the right time. Without this, I find that some customers do not even open the cold emails being sent and this allows me to know how to phrase my follow ups. It is also extremely handy for managing task on a day by day or week by week basis. I input tasks as they come up and then when I sit down, HubSpot creates and easy to use work flow in order to move through each of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing email threads can be bulky and not very organized compared to outlook. I find when opening up an email thread there are often repeat emails as well as unorganized that they can be hard to follow. I find that most of the time I will send an email from HubSpot and then follow the rest through outlook. If this was better organized I would only stay on HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the deal tab to quickly and efficiently organize our pipeline. Moving jobs through from early prospecting to completion and integrating all of our teams through the the process. This has allowed us to complete different tasks without constant communication and follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used quite a few different CRM Software and HubSpot is easy to use, can piece our certain portions and helpful whenever I need.

The training tools provided are really helpful and supportive. They system is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike as the tools provided are all very useful and easy to use.

We are linking up and sharing information with our colleagues about customers better than ever before.

Try the free version and just have a go. Involve your team in the decision making process and let them have a feel of the product before fully committing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, visual UI/UX is very uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information inside HubSpot Sales Hub that already is visuble (email opens and stuff for instance) are not the easiest thing to report on.

Using it for multiple external clients to track sales outreach and report on it. So far,so good

the fact that one needs an enterprise account to have access to playbooks.

Tracking my activities on my deals, have a better view on my best prospects and get professional documents to send to customers and prospects.

If you want to have a user-friendly, hassle-free tool to manage your sales process, HubSpot sales hub is the best product on the market.

Everything is in one spot, easy to find information. Great timeline, tasks, notes, and files.

I would like the chat function to separate snippets out by the inbox.

Know which rep leads go to and which you can work quickly. Keep track of call and meeting notes so that each customer has a unique and tailored experience.

Very easy to learn. I like the features. Helps us be organize.

Probably won't work if one had a bigger sales team.
