Hubspot Sequences
What do you like best about the product?
It is effiecient, very easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email windows are not very efficient when writing a personalized mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the customer data at once, making lists of leads, have them filtered by industries, and send different information about your company to related industries where in content is usually different. You can also have it automatically done by sequences.

Hubspot CRM Sequences Are the Way to Go
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, it's such a handy tool. It's easy to set up, to put in details, tweak here and there, and make it personalized for sending out large masses of timed emails. It takes the guessing game away from all of it. You customize each email, put a time and date you want the following messages to be sent out, and you're done! As someone who has sent out thousands of emails at once while I slept, it was a huge relief to know I can rely on the sequence to get the job done and done right without having to micromanage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot I dislike about this. Originally, I had a hard time understanding the daily email sending limits and when they were reached, but HubSpot has since worked it out to notify the user when the limit is being reached, and notifies you ahead of time clearly so you're aware. I am a big fan of this feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send thousands of emails without actually having to sit there and send them out one by one. For sales, I can send follow up information and check-ins automatically without having to think about it. It's really been a great tool to have on my team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working a sales position, make sure not to leave unresponsive potential clients out for very long. Set up a new sequence, re-enroll them, and try to get that response rate up!

What do you like best about the product?
Here are a few things I like most about Hubspot:
1. Sequences - Without managing much about the contacts/prospects I can create sequences and automate the entire process with in-depth analytics about - open rate, click rate, bounce rate & reply rate.
2. Notes/Reminders- Interacting with lots of prospects, we tend to miss out a lot of follow ups. Following up is very crucial. So I think adding notes for other peers to review a deal or to follow up with a prospect on a certain day really helps and is enabled using HubSpot.
3. Dashboards- Custom dashboards really helps me track my leads and activity throughout the week/month/year and gives a direction for the future roadmap,

There's nothing as such that I dislike about Hubspot or faced any challenges.

Here are the three major problems that are addressed using Hubspot:
1. Visibility- Having a deep visibility on the deals created and the status of it.
2. Automation using Sequencing and scheduled send feature.

Easy to track campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing in any business is to track the campaign numbers and where the defaults are coming. Hubspot provides almost everything which is required. The User Interface is pretty good and it's self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot download some of the data from Hubspot. at some point, I feel that that the data is not updated correctly. There is a high chance that people want to download data for business growth. UI can also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate my campaigns otherwise it would be a manual process. Hubspot offers a good customer support process as well. If you are stuck somewhere, you can chat with them or request a call. The response time is something that impressed a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of information you can display using tokens, the ease of sorting contacts by various parameters and the ability to personalize and send bulk emails in a time efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to differentiate between notifications when a prospect opens an email, and when my other colleagues cc'ed on the email are opening it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find that my emails go out outside of business hours or on weekends when I have scheduled them not to. I also find that it records contacts from my other gmail accounts (other than my work email) in CRM when using the Chrome/Gmail plugins.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take full advantage of the ability to schedule tasks. I find it very helpful to aggregate all of the to-dos I have in one place where I can easily toggle the due date if needed. It has really helped me prevent things from falling through the cracks. I also find that creating lists and sequences makes my emails as targeted as they can be, and also takes significant amounts of time out of my outreach efforts.

As a sale, I have to manage a tremendous load of data : being able to have a history on all my clients, and knowing where they are in my funnel is really helpful.
Also, the ability to start queues for calling or emailing help me achieve little tasks with much more efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Linkedin is a huge part of my work, and not being able to synchronise my activities is really time consuming for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to remember all my history with people, and I can send emails directly through hubspot.
On a data point of vue, being able to put documents and track the number of clicks, time spent our website or documents, tracking the best times to do calls, etc helps me improve day over day my activities

Hubspot is improving day by day, easy to use, and customer service is incredible
Easy to use, error free and integrated so you know what is going on and who to pursue.

Easy interface, logical construction and enough analytics to be very useful

The paid version based on contact count gets expensive very quickly....so we stripped it back to a reasonable cost

Very reliable drip campaigns that are action orientated ie. ensure you follow up correctly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reduce price and dont price with a variable of contacts - this is a disincentive

What do you like best about the product?
You can go through each person's email one by one and you can set it up on a timeline that works with you. An example would be you can set up an email to go out every couple of days and make it stop and you can follow up with a phone call or in-person meeting.

That I want to see all my notes about each client or company that I enter more clearer.

I use it a lot for sequences, it's literally a set it and forget it tool once it's set up for your emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Outreach in the past for email sequences. Working for a new company they implemented Hubspot and once I found how similar it was I was very excited. I easily dropped in my sequenced email series and started dropping people in them. It has worked very well and I would tell others to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum amount of emails (5) that can be in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a CRM that can also act as my marketing automation platform had solved many problems and made me more efficient.
Review of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to organize and use data; the task reminders are very helpful and sequences easy to build. I like the ability to view past emails and phone call information all in one spot so that I can easily refer to information when I am on calls or corresponding with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an auto save button when building sequences, as I built a long sequence and thought I had saved, and lost all of the info I had spent the last 2 hours inputting. Also, when I created a clone to make sure I had a copy of a sequence, after I did have one, when I deleted the clone, it seemed to delete my original sequence. Was very frustrating after 2 hours of work creating it!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and organization of information has helped get rid of duplicates, extra manual work, and has all of the info in one place. Have benefited from the layout, organization and availability of information at one touch.

Go through tutorial/help to understand all of the functions and options for using Hubspot.
