easy to use and useful for CRM

Assistance chat and activity reports for every contact

Marketing emails are not much customizable and I always have to use other providers

HubSpot Sales Hub is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and user friendly to use. I had used other CRMs before, but HubSpot was easy to learn. Able to interface with PandaDoc for proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The date ranges on the sales reports dashboard boards are not intuitive. There is no option for 60 days out and rolling date range is only for previous days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear sales pipeline for the whole organization. Organized CRM and ability to create deals quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales hub helps to keep my sales data organized. The basic features are great for my daily sales activities. Definitely helps the user to become more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts can only be associated with one company. Some of my clients are associated with multiple companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub provides my team with a centralized platform to keep track of all of our sales activities, making it easier to identify which rep is performing and which rep requires coaching.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who do not have a CRM, using HubSpot is a great way to learn how to use as HubSpot make it easy with tutorials etc to guide beginners.

What do you like best about the product?
Deals, Marketing, and CRM in the same portal. We use Marketing, Deals, Lead management, and all major features in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is too much. It is very expensive almost 3x-4x of other competitors. But still apart from that product is very good and our team is using and loving the experience of using Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our entire sales and sales ops from HubSpot sales hub. We also use it for our marketing automation and have hosted our website on Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead with it without thinking much. It is pretty good CRM Engine that will solve all your future scaling issues. If you are planning to grow use hubspot from day 1 and grow with them.
Great Enterprise Sales & Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR, I like using the HubSpot Sequencing Tool. HubSpot makes it easy to quickly enroll and manage outreach to several contacts and various accounts. The tool is intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "Contacts" page could be improved. It can be difficult to manage various "views." I would love to see a filter for "Last Touchpoint" on the contact view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is having marketing and sales on the same page in terms of campaigns and outreach. Since HubSpot is traditionally a marketing platform, it is very easy for both teams to use.
HubSpot makes my job easier in everyway possible.

I love the fact that it reminds me of of the tasks I had made. Following up on clients is just a breeze.

I do not like it when I call a contact and the phone do not ring but the client picks it up.

I do not need to constantly update management about my work. They can see progress right from the system.

Nothing Much however I felt like few features can be added such as design and some other features like Push to Campaign Monitor with one click etc.

I mostly run email campaign and always keep eye on tracking its performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of learning and how smooth it is to transition between information. The ability to provide ease of access to information needed to produce the best quality product to our customers and prospective database. I was able to learn how to use Hubspot quickly and have been able to implement the knowledge gathered in the training system in to my everyday use of the system. The ability to track calls and emails from the beginning of a customer's life cycle through and beyond purchase is excellent. Not only from the sales side, but also from support and from the marketing parts of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are on a call with a customer and need to transition to a deal during the call, Hubspot does not transfer the active call data to the page which can result in losing information. Would also like to separate a section for just form submission so that we can easily access that information from the timeline. At times it does take a while to find the information or it does not appear. Which requires me to have to refresh the page or have to open up a separate tab in order to access the information while on a call with a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to coordinate client information with other members of our team and build reports that help use with production.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend going with Hubspot if you want information that is easily accessible for your entire sales force, from sales, support, marketing, and more to have access to contact and company information, in order to make your company as organized and coordinated as possible. Why is this not registering as complete. It is ridiculous that you are requiring all of this information to be inputted but are not marking this as complete in order the not offer the $10 that you said you would provide.

User-friendly, fast support. Nice Follow through on the support side after a case is opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I can think of. Love the product.

Automating our sales/marketing efforts. Driving sales and opportunities. Ability to forecast for the future.
