What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot CRM is the sequence functionality. There is a variety of preset templates to choose from, or you can create your own email sequences to do just about email marketing scheme you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot across the board has a lot of up-charging. Every module is a separate price, and some of the module, in this case CRM, have specific tiers of what you get access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to email large amounts of people in sequences and then track the success. Then, I compare certain sequences to others to see what is most effective for reaching potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot can truly act as a hub for my day-to-day sales and marketing activities. I can integrate my email, quoting software, Slack, and Zapier to fully utilize all the features Hubspot has to offer. It's helpful having everything in one place so that my team and I can easily jump into each other's projects when necessary. We can leave each other notes and pin them to the top of accounts for easy access, which makes finding crucial information that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deal-based and contact-based workflows/sequences had more opportunities to cross. It can be challenging finding a work-around when setting up workflows because the information available is different depending on which characteristic you base it on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has made it so much easier to organize my daily workflow. The Tasks features allow me to plan out my days -- even months in advance! And they ensure that I don't let any potential clients fall off my radar. Also, because they allow for my quoting software to be integrated in, I'm able to make accurate predictions for my sales forecasts in the same place that I pull reports. I highly recommend this product.

Hubspot truly acts as a hub for all of the most crucial sales/marketing information you'll need to build and maintain quality relationships with your customers.

Hubspot great automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
The part I like the most outside of Hubspot's ease of use, is their automation tool. It makes following up with potential leads, seamless and automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I have is their sequence tool only allows you to use a black font to write the emails. It can look a little generic/ blasty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps our team monitor or deals in the pipeline and our close ratio. On top of great reporting, it allows us to automate many manual tendencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot will provide great value to any sales team looking to make their CRM a core competency.

Intuitive CRM that is great for automation and comms to clients

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to track your comms with any account/contact. Timeline based view, with many options to set up sequences, include reminders and touch points, and integrate with other apps for further automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the search is not as effective for all contact properties. Perhaps consider additional reach of search tool to include text from conversations and even allow prioritization for what returns results when users know which exact property they are searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective sequencing of actions and emails to contacts, with good metrics to indicate further the efficacy of said communications. Seeing open rates, reply rates and real data really helps us make adjustments to our messaging rather than relying on a "hunch"


    Utilities

Very good CRM - and if an issue happens they are right there to chat and figure it out.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat help tool is the best thing. If I have a question or issue they are there. I like the scheduling of email replies. The sequence tool and data provided is useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I have people enrolled into a sequence and they will reply. At that time HubSpot is supposed to un-enroll them so the sequence stops. There have been a handful of time when they would not be unenrolled and I will have to do it myself. Not a huge deal but the one thing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite benefit is scheduling emails. I know people look at their emails and reply most in the mornings. So if I really need a reply I will schedule and it will go out at the time I tell it to. Then the email will be at the top of their inbox when they get to work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! You can only find out they are useful. and ask for help!

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Hubspot does a great job of building an intuitive interface, easy to use filters, and helpful build-ins to make the most out of your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any tech product you are likely to see drops in service or small mistakes from time to time. Something you'll see everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out Hubspot with personal preferences (sequences, snippets, templates, etc..) allows you to drastically improve your efficiency while filters and views allows you to step out and organize your daily workflow in an insightful way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tutorials and the content that Hubspot puts out is highly valuable - and free! To pass up on this is a huge mistake, and while I understand sitting through a video just to learn an already intuitive software seems like a waste - it will improve your effectiveness!

Great CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this CRM is straightforward and easy to use. I have used two other CRM's prior to HubSpot and both were much more cumbersome and less user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that HubSpot would notify me or red flag that I have already reached out to a particular contact before I re-target them. It would also be great to get notifications when a contact has opened up a sequence 3 or more times. It would also be nice if you could have the option to unenroll all contacts from a company once you get a response that would make you do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A pretty seamless experience between marketing and sales efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences make it easier to send out emails to my contacts. This feature helps me avoid the dreaded copy and paste syndrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Contact section could be a little more robust and detailed such as Salesforce has. The ability to link Contacts to deals with our pulling in ALL your emails with the contact should be looked at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my contacts faster. I am also able to easily make lists based on geography and relationship.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sequences, when used correctly, are a great advantage when responding to organizations that you are sending the same message top. Sequences also reduce the time for follow up based on the set up.

Great CRM for emailing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email sequencing functionality which allows me to send emails at any time of the day and also set follow up priority tasks afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that I can't drop multiple emails into one sequence with the click of a button. I am aware of a few competitors that allow you to do this - but they are more clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to organize my pipeline and really have a great at-a-glance view of how I am doing and what I can do better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay attention to your metrics like open rates, bounce rates, reply rates, etc and work on improving them by improving the time you send each email and the copy itself. Hubspot has a ton of useful articles on the website that can help you with that.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with lead finding platform seamless, and increased prospecting potential with use of email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences do not always stop when a direct response is received. Occasionally (1%) leads to an embarrassing situation where a contact is re-emailed when shouldn't be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot to prospect for, implement, and manage sales for my performance marketing company. The best feature in my opinion is the email sequences, which significantly improves my prospecting capability. For each new email I send, 2 follow ups are sent at a time of my choosing. Reporting features allow me to understand which sequences are performing best, who has opened my messages, and embedded calendar invites allow prospects to immediately schedule follow up calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, I have used Salesforce and MS Dynamics at previous jobs/orgs. This product is equal to if not better.
