A great one stop shop for Sales needs

What do you like best about the product?
I have found the platform easy to use and when I suddenly need a new feature, I find that it is almost always already available for me in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a shame that the HHubspot calling from mobile app was removed as my sales agents used in a lot while on the road engaging with leads. Also the manner and communication of its shut down was not handled well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become the cornerstone of managing the business, Having every thing in one place has been key.

Hubspot a good CRM for novice

What do you like best about the product?
This is a good program to get started tracking communications with clients. I really liked having the feature to remind me to call people. I haven't integrated it to call from the computer yet but that seems like a very useful feature to save time with dialing numbers. I just noticed that you can add chat to your website and make it easier to engage customers. That is a feature that is going to be a great thing to use. I like the reporting feature that plugs into your wordpress website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is getting the desire and the mindset to utilize the tool. I am in app overload so it is just another useful thing to log into. So far I haven't seen the way to input the information from a spreadsheet so I don't like that it's not obvious to me. I just wish more features were included in the free version. :) I have so much more to learn my head is hurting with so much joy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the reminder feature because I would forget to contact someone after time has elapse even though I might have it written in my calendar. It seems the Ad account feature may be helpful in creating campaigns. I would love for this to work well and make life easier! It's on the list of things to do. Setting a reminder for myself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great for small business. It has the necessary features.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation, email template creation, visibility of key performance indicators, being able to set tasks, landing page creation, form creation, visibility of pipeline stages, live webchat... all great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately not all customer service reps are created equally. You may get multiple different responses from different representatives as solutions to your issues, with only one of them being correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding warmer leads, engaging through content marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't regret the purchase, but it takes lots of dedication to seek out answers and to learn where everything is and how features work. Trust in their best practices.

Good experience globaly - easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the template - sequences features - it really help me to save a lot of time when I prospect - I also like the deal dashboard - it help us to define the priority of the month and we can focus on the leads which have a good chance to convert
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the company part. When I add a new contact, hubspot automatically associates this lead to a company. If the company doesn't exist Hubspot will create it. The problem is when I import 3 or 4 leads from the same company, Hubspot will sometimes create 2 or 3 different companies, even if this lead has the same email address structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are: organize all our leads and define some priorities. Hubspot also help us in our financial projection

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the CRM can be integrated with other sales tech tools ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reports dashboard was a little more dynamic with other features as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of every step in the cadence has made it very useful. The best benefit of using HubSpot is time efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Hubspot CRM is that it provides you with all the useful tools for email marketing campaigns, for regular sales emails, and great analytic tools, through which you can use the ones that are already made by the CRM and create new ones based on your preferences.

Another thing I believe is very useful is the Deals Dashboard, used to track progress and analyze how different businesses and projects are moving along internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I least like about Hubspot CRM would be that there isn't an option to attach Offline contacts to a campaign. It's s crucial to know how my offline marketing campaigns are performing, therefore I believe they should add this feature as soon as possible. Another thing I would add is that there isn't the option to create child and parent campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for the whole Sales & Marketing team (along with the Operations team) to have a view of what's going on, what stage we are at in general and with certain prospects and actual clients, etc.

It helps to track the progress of the marketing campaigns, and for sure helps in the Sales process because it monitors and tracks all the sales activities, and creates great reports to analyze the performance.

It is also very useful for daily activities, for which you are provided with great templates, snippets, the option to create your own task reminders, suggestions on how to creat a good email marketing (adding links, adding option to book a meeting, email body suggestions, etc.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is that if you or your team want to have a great tool for Sales and Inbound Marketing automation, Hubspot CRM is great. I have been using it for a year and have learned so much of it thanks to their support team and the Online Trainings that are provided through their platform.

Excellent Integration with Google Suite

What do you like best about the product?
I think it provides great insights into prospect activity and it integrates perfectly with google suite allowing me to schedule emails, receive reminders to follow up with prospects and leverage templates easily to save time when I draft emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with prospect activity at times in which it tells me that a prospect has opened or engaged with my emails when in fact it was me who was looking over the email. The more accurate the prospect activity feedback, the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's faster to draft emails and I have great insight into the type of engagement my prospects have with my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It has capabilities to integrate and develop content adapted to a sales system such as to edit emails and work groups. Basic and simple CRM. I did not have to go through as long as a training as compared to salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
It can improve aspects such as the evaluation and the final design of each project; as well as access. the customer support is the worst. I try to talk to customer support for trouble shooting, and they just keep you on the line for a long time. Then when I schedule something, the rep does not even show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has capabilities to integrate and develop content adapted to a sales system such as to edit emails and work groups.

Easy to use and scalable service to fulfill all clients' requirements

What do you like best about the product?
I make a ton of calls every day so the queue makes it really easy to plan out my day and quickly go through calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could pin more than one note at the top. I've tried to pin a note next to someone else's note that were both highly relevant and can only pin one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way to track what customers/potential customers you have reached out to. Love that you can see the activity from everyone, so the whole sales department isn't hitting the same person within a week. You can see what activity they've received and how they have interacted.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to organize and sort your contacts/leads. Managing emails and templates is a breeze. We switched to PhoneBurner since they have a "speed dialer" but went back to HubSpot in about a month. Great CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they had a dialer instead of having to go into each contact individually. Also if you could use pre-recorded voicemails, that would make this the perfect CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management/distribution is seamless and amazing. We all love HubSpot here in our office.
