HubSpot is extremely helpful in our prospecting efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences have been an integral part of our prospecting efforts. We love the ability to track communication and the automatic task creations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't seen any downside yet. The software has been able to scale with us nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to contact a LOT of prospects with a relatively small team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The pricing worked really well for us, just make sure you know how many users you are getting in your package

Lots of alerts on my sequences that I want to configure

Lead triage - conversion to contacts and prospects is simplified

-Helps me keep track of prospects and avoids contacting them to much

email settings are a bit redundant but other than that everything else is good

Keeps tracks of appointments and important notes about the prospects
User Friendly & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use and has lots of customization options. I really like how I can filter things in tons of different ways that enable me to work my contacts in the most efficient manner. The email templates and sequences are also extremely useful. Sequences enable me to send bulk emails that save me hours of my time and help me find the most useful connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any issues so far. I like Hubspot and everything that it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my contacts and leads organized and moving forward. I have become much more efficient and been able to expand my reach 20x more than I could without Hubspot.

I love that ability to track contacts task, deals and see percentage as they funnel down to close. Set automation for deal pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to modify the life cycle stages

We are being able automate the deals funnels
Robust platform that offers a bevy of tools and customization
What do you like best about the product?
So many things! Probably the best feature is the integration with Gmail. This integration saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd probably say the lack of depth with regards to CRM. I'd like to have a deeper dive here.

Hubspot keeps me on task. It makes me a better salesperson.
Fantastic Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed the user interface and ability to neatly create task ques. It helps me organize the work that needs to be done and is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to pin more than one note in a lead's file. This would help organize different types of information while still keeping it all in front view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to manage my time and increase my productivity when nurturing leads.

Do your research and make sure it will provide the services you need.

What do you like best about the product?
Three things! In searching thru the ocean of contacts, just entering a few letters brings up a contact-total time saver! I use sequencing emails to generate constant contact. I like how I can plug in contacts as I generate new. And lastly, in tasks I like how I can set a Que so I can specifically focus on a specialty for my call cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can not tag companies/contacts to access as a grouping. ie I work in medical, I need to group all Ophthalmologist into one tag as to be able to generate specific verbiage centered to that practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of following up. The benefit is to realistically set alerts and edit those as time restraints arise.
Easiest Sales CRM for SDRs to quickly adopt
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set filters, create tasks and then add those tasks to specialized work queues. SDRs can quickly learn the CRM and be successfully reaching out to clients in a few hours - not days, weeks, or months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the document file management system was more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for sales and client outreach, it is our only CRM and is the historical record of all of our prospect and client interactions. The benefit is it allows for full transparency within our organization into all of our accounts, regardless of where they are at in the sales/client process.

Have your new users complete the sales hub and inbound marketing certification courses before using the platform.
