The user interfaces according to me was not quite attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would differentiate our potential customers from our normal customers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compared to competitor Salesforce, HubSpot CRM is much easy to use and you can evaluate results very quickly. HIGHLY Recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot CRM has allowed my company of 4 people to manage over 6000 clients (and counting). Without this software, we wouldn't be able to have the bandwidth and range that makes us competitive in the marketplace. Whether it's been a week, month, or year since I last spoke with a client, I am able to pick up right where I left off without having to dig very far to remember previous interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site crashes more often than I would like, but overall it never seems to be a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage 3x the number of clients with HubSpot than I would be able to without this CRM. It allows me to get more at-bats as a salesperson, which is crucial in our space. The analytics piece has been of great value and allows me to show exactly how much work I am doing and easily tracks the results. This makes it easy for me to prove my worth to the company and help others understand what I do on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a tool to enhance your business, but you still have to put the work in. Many people think just having the software will generate leads/sales, but it can only guide you along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM keeps everything organized for you without the hassle of doing it yourself. That is a huge time saver and keeps projects moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with Hubspot is it can be sort of hard to navigate. Their user experience could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects and clients are no longer scattered through spreadsheets. Instead, they are all easily viewable in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Hubspot if you are looking for a good way to keep track of all client info in just one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The hubspot CRM is a great way to centralize all your contacts. The hubspot academy is a great place to learn not only about the system but trends in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks functionality unless you get to a minimum of the professional level accounts, and it gets quite pricey for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us centralize data storage and collect information from forms on our website. Also, being able to build landing pages for marketing is helpful because everything integrates extremely well when you increase account levels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a long look at all the options before committing to hubspot. If you are going to require more functionality make sure it is within the budget to upgrade to the professional account level otherwise it won't function as you might hope or expect.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM provides its users with contact management. It also maintains the overall record of the company. Gmail and outlook integrations are also available at Hubspot CRM. Salespeople are provided with email schedule and email templates. It also arranges the documentation, meetings and calling for the sales people. HubSpot is justifiably acclaimed for its excellent support. Hubsport gives an connection to hubspot crm and sales force through which users can monitor their customers and manage the all data at regular intervals. It is totally free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of cons are lack of flexibility, lightweighted and relatively new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM is especially known for creating marketing channels, sales, customer solutions, and CRM tools. Hubspot helps the marketers to excel in their sales services while knowing their customer complaints or problems and also by satisfying their needs. It does not work as individuals but as a duo or complete set package.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure dashboards, modular approach, customizable fields and free version allowing to integrate with multiple 3rd party vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive, limitations in workflows, tedious notes, unable to schedule calendars, difficult to manage forms, not very friendly when it comes to integrating with website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing contacts and sending our emails, tracking prospects digital journey and creating data-driven strategies for lead engagement through lead scoring.

Free version is value for money ..Go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoho Crm is not just a Crm it's s a CMS as well, it's a good crm and a all in one content marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it has many features but they are hard to find and not very well organised, moreover few essential features comes with a very multiple level of upgradation of subscription
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for lead gen, creating website landing pages, using it for email marketing.
The benifit of using hubspot is that it list down all the engagement activity under a single platform done with a client.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many ways to interact with customers, e.g. the calling function. Also, the CRM provides many ways to interact with customers and save their contact details.

Also, the free plan is awesome if you want to try HubSpot first.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is very complicated and if you're new to HubSpot, it's pretty hard to find the things you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with keeping all our customer's contact details, so we loaded them into HubSpot and they were all at one place. Also, we tracked all our tasks, which can be quite useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love all the genius tracking options there are for sending personal emails out to prospects. You can track opens!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they have so many different purchase tiers. On the more basic one, you can barely have enough email open tracking and document uploads. For small business and start ups, a less expensive package would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I start adding a new leads, they are automatically opted in to our email marketing, so that part is great. The best are the tracking capabilities, did someone actually open my email? And when you send a document, did someone actually read it all or only see a few pages. Which pages interested them the most?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, I have been very impressed with using HubSpot. The free options they provide in general, are cool tracking related. Take a look and give it a try. It will come in handy for sure!

What do you like best about the product?
The absolutely terrific inbound training resources that Hubspot makes available. A small business can quickly get to speed on inbound marketing, SEO and other topics through their certification program
What do you dislike about the product?
How there is always a push to integrate Hubspot into a businesses website and landing pages, making it like pulling teeth if a businesses chooses to use another product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some difficulties with the UI. However, the sales CRM side of the product is intuitive and easy to use. However, I feel that these should be more integrated, for a first click to close marketing-sales flow

Make sure you carefully consider other CRM platforms when considering Hubspot, especially in regards to retaining your own data.
