Love the program
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that it is 100% free. We use the CRM very frequently and enjoy the connectivity between Sales / Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i do not like about the software is, that the "data" is not perfectly dexcribed. I am not sure how many picutres I can upload in there, and how many files are includes in the free package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the sales calls at the right time.
Best Free CRM on the Market for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Love that they offer their CRM for free at this point. They have a great product fo startups and small businesses who can't afford the Salesforces of the world. It's a pretty robust CRM with all the features of a big-name CRM yet user-friendly and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The big issue is that although they offer a FREE CRM with unlimited contacts, once you start upgrading to their regular marketing platform, you start paying for contacts which gets very costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful in closing the marketing loop on contacts - from generation to closing. It really helps keep track of everything in one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great startup CRM and can be great but it can get costly if you're thinking on hundreds of thousands of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM has a way to build profiles. This helps target different profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update hid away features that I used to use a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to reach different age groups. By using the CRM, we were able to build profiles for different potential clients, and from there build the right campaign to target them.
Great CRM Software that is Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Hubspot has made it simple to keep contacts organized and where they are in the lead process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice if Hubspot would have a better integration with regular or even basic LinkedIn Sales navigator accounts. Have to upgrade to LinkedIn Sales Team before you can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping large lead generation organized. Great to keep all info under one app.

Take the time to initially map out your lead structure before entering/migrating into Hubspot.
Quick and Easy to Get Going
What do you like best about the product?
Not complicated, making it very easy to get set up. It is intuitive, though there are areas for improvement. Product suite makes it easy to integrate several business processes into one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
No in-built product walkthrough for getting set up. Their free CRM offering sort of snaked me though, with features being taken away a few months into the free offering in order to encourage people to upgrade and pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data everywhere and anywhere. Information gaps about old and ongoing deals. As the sales team grows, we have needed to centralize data and keep it easy to maintain that.
Integrations make life easy
What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot CRM across our team to track our sales pipeline, ensure follow-ups are done promptly, and wherever possible reduce the length of the sales cycle. The email log function is especially useful where more than one person on the team is responsible for sales - allows us to ensure work isn't being duplicated. HubSpot integrations with Zapier and Proposify also help us to streamline our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have very few complaints about HubSpot, though there are so many features it becomes difficult to know all the best ways we could be using it. Overtime we'd like to integrate what were doing into HubSpot more and more, using it more proactively rather than historically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to create more alignment between the different apps were using, most of which are with the intention of winning additional proposals and shortening the sales cycle. The fact that HubSpot integrates so smoothly with a range of other applications is useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look to see what it integrates with already. If you're using a program that doesn't integrate (it should) consider switching.
Great CRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences feature. Sometimes our sales people have a hard time following up with leads, so this automatically sends them emails or reminds the sales person to give them a call after a certain amount of days. Being able to view the sales dashboard as soon as I log in is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is great, but I wish there were a way to create deals through a contact like you can on the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has helped our sales people really get engaged with leads and creating a standard process/set of steps that they go through to find and engage quality leads.

Utilize the help that the HubSpot team offers. They are super helpful and have some great tips!
Automation process for sales.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has server a lot during all this time for the supervision and administration of all the clients that access out sales process every day, I consider that this platform has had an exponential development and has worked in a versatile way. I really liked the so diverse way that HubSpot CRM has to allow me to access its services from any device, in this way I can control the administration of the clients from my cell phone or tablet, without any need to be on my computer all day. I really hope that HubSpot CRM is always available for portable devices, to make its use much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the factores that really noticed a lot in a negative way during the use with HubSpot, is that it has a really complicated process to export the reports generated by HubSpot, I consider that the HubSpot network is not able to send these reports, which has forced me to use other online services to transfer these reports to my employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have benefited greatly from HubSpot CRM. He is currently doing really positive things for my company, improving the quality of communication we have daily with out customers, and providing us with a better way to maintain a mutual interaction during the sales process until its is completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM generates trust in the user, providing a really stable system to have stable communication with the different potential customers. On the other hand, it should be noted that HubSpot CRM gets along very well with other HubSpot services, so you can get even more out of it.

It is extremely easy to navigate through

The connection with Outlook can be very glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to a wide amount of prospects at one time. Keeping an accurate account of activity and history with each account
Simple and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Keep track of tasks on PC and Mobile. Very easy to manage the deal pipeline and also to monitor the team's progress on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app lacks lot of functionality and has great scope for improvement. When contacts are assigned by one executive to another, the ownership transfer process takes a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't miss potential customers as I can easily keep track of contacts, previous conversations and associated tasks.

Very powerful yet simple tool to monitor and maintain the clietns of a company.
