What do you like best about the product?
The easy use and how you can manage your team in a very dynamic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have some area where I could see the live analytics about the performance of every member in the Pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow-ups for moving forward the deals inside the Pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the view of the customer's information not only with preset variables but also being able to make ones that are applicable to my company. It's wonderful being able to track, search, and filter using all the information that is input on the profile of the customer and the business. I do wish there was a better way to connect the same person with multiple businesses, in case they have multiple businesses, but you want to keep all the notes and contacts together to limit the number of duplicates. I have been using HubSpot for about 5 months now and so far, that is my only feedback of something I would like to possibly see improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to find duplicates of customers. In our industry and I am sure in most, were you have the same customer with multiple email addresses, and every time they use a new email address, it creates a whole new profile for them. Of course, being vigilant and remembering to search for duplicates is a way to combat this issue, but it would be wonderful if there was a way for the system to recognize the same name, phone number, or the like that would recognize that there is a possible duplicate. Then there would be an alert sent to the system or the contact owner to let them know that there is a possible duplicate of that customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is extremely handy when working on goals, setting KPIs, monitoring and preserving customer information, and even being able to remove what you no longer need. It has become the main tool that I use for almost everything that I do in my day-to-day. I also really love the ability to tad co-workers in almost any area on the profile of a customer. This can be a very powerful tool when everyone is extremely busy, working from home, and you want to make sure that the right people are helping the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you aren't familiar with software, it may take some getting use to with all the different options that are offered, but its quite a simple learning curve. Of course, if there is someone who knows how to use it generally, have them show you the main functions that work for your needs and then play around with everything. I love sequences, templates, and snippets. They make my work much faster, I get more accomplished daily, thus helping the expansion of my company as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot can tack everything. Leads I manually enter, upload leads, leads that come from my website, people who call in, etc. Everything gets stored in here with each interaction i have with the prospect. I can make notes, move the lead status and everything. It's also helpful when you have a large sales team so no one reaches out to someone you've already emailed or called in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of great features in the free mode, but some small things we would like to use like automation or reporting are on a paid plan only and that kinda sucks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all our leads in one place so every salesperson we have on the team knows who we're reaching out to, where the lead status is, notes, etc. It keeps everything incredibly organized and simplified for our team. It also helps that this connects to our CRM, chatbot, call system, and basically everything else we use. It's also awesome how the program can track emails so you can see email opens
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a CRM system that integrates with just about everything then this is the perfect solution

I really like the ability to use templates and also track document views

Some of the viewing of email threads is a bit convoluted

Tracking of all communication within the organization, corporate memory and ensuring customers/prospects don't drop through the cracks.

Hubspot allows you to keep track of all correspondence in an organized useful way.

There are many sections, categories and pages where information can be stored which can also cause confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The template tool for emails is very helpful and makes outreach more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure all employees know how to use it and at the same level of knowledge, or else details can fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation feature, especially Sequences and Meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches like contacts being combined can be frustrating. The Meetings feature could be improved, but is sufficient as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to organize a global client list. Using automation tools we’ve been able to consistently connect. We’ve grown our YouTube subscribers from basically nothing to over 100K in two years.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At minimum give it a try. The ease of use and efficiency has improved our organization and given me more time!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot keeps my business going with it's robust network and accurate contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs/Maintenance/Downtime. I don't like to restart when getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am generating leads consistently using the hubspot database, so that has helped bridge the gap between webleads. Having business contacts is imperative.

What do you like best about the product?
The email sequences save so much time and you can get all your sales touches out automatically with personalization in every email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much a dislike at all. Having different levels of services and having to pay to get more features is a downside. I wish the free version had more options as well when starting things out to see what service you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting more sales emails out then I would have before. It's saving me a lot of time. I wish I could edit sequences when they are already enrolled. That way if I don't like second email, I can edit again or a 3rd task during mid sequence before it is completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely put this at the top of your list.

One-Stop Shop for your CRM Needs

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using HubSpot Sales Hub is the ease of use and understanding. It is straight and simple and also very easy to navigate through features. I am also able to do my activities straight from the hub and place calls that automatically get logged. The email tracking feature is something I use almost all the time and help me understand which prospects have opened my email and who has not. Also, I can insert attachments and view who have opened it and have spent how much time through every page, giving me the intelligence on what have they spent time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the sales task sequence work. If I start the queue, it will also show the tasks which are listed for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a start-up like ours, the Sales hub does everything we want. We not only can manage our sales activities but also track the deals through different stages and also create dashboards for different views.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is HubSpot Sales Hub is all that you want when you are a small company (Start-up or SMB) before you migrate to probably Salesforce. It has all the features you need, simple and easy to use. I have used other CRMs that tend to have problems and issues, where you end up contacting the support all the time. This is a very well managed, balanced, and maintained product to use.
