Great tool for business development and client management
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool on Hubspot is seeing a snapshot of all my deals in progress with money amounts tallied up in all categories. If, for example, I do not see any deals in "Presentations" I know I need to schedule some presentation meetings to push deals through the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wold like it come standard with Zoom integration. I would also like Hubspot to have the digital intelligence populate a company record with a contact as soon as you enter it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the problem of remembering when clients and prospects need to be called. Also when you enter a new company's website address, the address and phone number fields are populated automatically which saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a smart and effective way to know more about Customer Relationship Management in a magnificent way. As, a personal experience I can now easily say that it’s the best CRM that I have ever used in my life because of its ultimate features and functionalities. Basically, it’s a good intuitive to create beautiful contacts and even profiles for your company that helps in effectively in making the progress of the company to reach higher level.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provides an intuitive way to manage all my customers’ feedback and queries in one single location without any difficulty. Moreover, I don’t have to buy it because it’s totally free which a huge comfort for any organization is wherever it has been used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to assign and to even track different deals and even enables me to control and check all the individuals’ performances in a related task work. An effective way to for sales management on daily basis and apart from this it’s also a great helping hand in doing inbound sales. Lastly the best product to link all places and locations where my modernized sales processes can take place even includes my files, emails and phone calls etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my side a good suggestion for organization where there are limited resources in order to buy a high quality CRM because this product is free of cost and that’s amazing enough. So, by keeping all these things in kind you can surely give it a try at least.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using different CRM solutions for many years and was blown away by Hubspots ease of use and amount of free features ... just the ability to be able to enter an email address and have it automatically populate the company name, address, phone number, etc is worth its weight in gold!

There is also an amazing online HubSpot training academy full of really informative videos. If you want to check on a particular feature or want to be fully accredited you will find a range of video tutorials and pathways to suit you.
It's great to find a CRM solution that people actually want to use and which improves their workflow - rather than the usual case of viewing CRM as an admin chore!

As the field population can be automated from sources on the internet it will occasionally pickup UPPER CASE details which almost a little annoying is only cosmetic and I believe there are solutions to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track deals with a such a feature rich and free CRM is amazing - it saves me hours every week.

More focused, more productive
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows a perfect overview of your business activities, focusing on what is actually important and letting you to remember which steps you have to do for a succesfull customer and partner relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just update the UI, but the fonctionality of the plateform is perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning my marketing activities, creating and following-up my newsletters, and the perfect overview on my assets are the best benefits I have from using Hubspot.
A great product moving in the right direction
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM has a long track record of continuous improvement. I use this platform daily and I rarely come upon a situation that I can't solve for with HubSpot. It's the best platform for combining customer service, marketing automation, and CRM sales functionality. HubSpot succeeds because instead of the M&A strategy of Salesforce, HubSpot builds everything so it seamlessly works well when using all of its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime that continuous improvement tasks way too long, even for simple things. Another unfortunately more common pain point is how HubSpot structures and prices their software's licenses. I've found several times functionalities that you may need that may require another add on to the platform that increases your monthly tech costs. Lastly, as a Director of eCommerce, HubSpot is just now broaching this vertical, as such they aren't quite there on that front yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a HubSpot Diamond partner, so we're obviously big fans. That said, I have Salesforce experience and have also worked with many other CRMs (Podio, Pipedrive, Zoho). HubSpot is the best. We have never not been able to solve for a client when we employ HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot CRM is a great solution, but success with any CRM comes down to your business' understanding of the job the CRM needs to be do. Although evaluating HubSpot is pretty straight forward you will only get the most out of it unless you really unpack your business needs.
Gets the job done at a competitive price when compared to Salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
The use of templates make emailing a breeze. The ability to add documents and embed them into your emails is a plus. The ability to create your own fields in your sales pipeline is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email integration can be a hiccup at times. The call logging at times can be inaccrurate. I'd like a more streamlined integration with invoice processers such as Paycove and Pandadoc. They removed the location feature when alerting you that a document has been accessed and opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made my sales team process efficient and made it much easier for my team to close deals. Eventually we plan to migrate to Salesforce, but Hubspot has really helped make the business run smoothly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate, record info, sales etc, link to your email and track your emails when they are opened, read etc and unbelievably the CRM is completely FREE, yes I said FREE!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tracking will sometimes freeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stores all the info in one place and links everything together, upload and stores documents, store all emails and populates all clients and candidates info.

Give it a try, read up on it first, it's a bit daunting at first

What do you like best about the product?
If you're just starting out and testing waters there is a free version that still has robust features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functions are not as flexible as I wish. For instance, some people have multiple email addresses but I cannot seem to enter more than one without creating duplicate records. Also, I felt that even the free core functions of Hubspot CRM were a bit too complicated for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Hubspot mostly for simple tasks like keeping track of contacts, as opposed to doing it in my email's addressbook or having to search for past emails. In the end, though, I decided that CRMs are an overkill for what I really do, that all that I needed was just a well-organized way to keep email addresses and send emails to a list.
Easy UI
What do you like best about the product?
Much cleaner look, easy to maneuver, feels modern. Fabulous content. Help is good. You actually get a response, although it can take 24-48 hours. Drip campaigns are pretty intuitive to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Import from Salesforce is extremely limited in the data brought over. There were issues with syncing between the two systems, but ultimately we decided to move completely away from Salesforce and are running both MQLs and SQLs in Hubspot. I wish there was a compact view option, so I could collapse all the communications and just see a snippet, rather than having to scroll through pages to see the history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to the sales pipeline and drip campaigns. We're still working on implementing the drip campaigns, but once set up, it will be nice to have everything in one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the overall skill of the people using it on a daily basis. It's great for walking in being able to use it almost out of the box, but may not give the flexibility in reporting you have with other tools. For us, it's a good fit, and does everything we need it to. We're also fine with the lack of reporting because we have brought the drip campaign piece in, rather than running that through another system.

What do you like best about the product?
Few things that are my most favorite in it is firstly this unique and amazing solution is available for free of cost so anybody can get benefit from it. With this software I can even link to all the location of my sales process. So, by the help of it I can even look into the places where all these things are happening such as sales processes, email services, my websites, phone calls management, social media management etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s always a good solution for all those companies that require an affordable CRM that also matches their terms and conditions. So, it flexible enough for ever type of company whether it’s B2B or B2C because of its amazing features. So, for me there is nothing to objectify in this product all the features are quite useful and also manageable for anybody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is one of my favorite CRM that allows my team to get to the work quickly without any changing in the workflow. Moreover, this product is a good solution for those organizations that are new and also require a good CRM solution for this purpose. This product is quite simple with no complexes at all and also it contains all the basic features that are required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A best background application that doesn’t affects the working of your system and always comes up with an amazing solution. So, for me it’s a good recommendation for any sort of company where there less resource as well because of it’s free cost nature. Also, it’s indeed a best CRM these days.
