Excellent user friendly system!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface, it's incredibly intuitive and does everything I need it to do. I primarily use the system for tracking emails and tracking prospect engagement. The system is perfect for this and really is perfect for any user - beginner or expert.
I also really like the way that the dashboards work - they give a very clear and concise way of showing how the teams are doing and where we need to be.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular! I really have enjoyed every element to date. In the past I used to use the email tool when I worked on a different team at a previous company, and the way that the formatting is done could be slightly simpler but that is a very very minor tweak. I really do enjoy using the whole system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's amazing for ensuring that the same prospect isn't being contacted by multiple people. Due to the amazing email tracking and great deal features, it's clear who was contacted and when. It's also great to see who's opened your emails to get an idea of what is working and what isn't as early on as possible. This, therefore, meaning that time is saved as we don't have to wait for a long time to see the results, instead, we can dynamically change strategy in order to get the best possible outcome for the campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the change! In any team I've been in, using Hubspot Sales Hub has made the whole process simpler and so user friendly.

The only bad thing is when you unassigned a contact is takes you out of your tasks and locks the record so you have to start the task list from 1

I get through calls very quick, no hold ups and all e-mails are tracked

Have in may hands an extensive an complete integrated tool to manage most of needs requeried by Sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options available in Workflows and Sequences to achieve more personalized actions. For example manage sequences in workflows.

Create and Manage a lot of Leads in automatic path.

Easy to have a lot of features in an integrated tool and is very easy to adapt to your specific needs and ways to work.

The best thing about Hub sales is the tasks because you can followup your work and conversation with other people easily and without forgetting any lead!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't have a bigger overview of many contacts from the same company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all communication, follow up after someone went on holiday or said to reach them out in a couple of weeks.
Fantastic. Cannot fault HubSpot Sales Hub at all, has improved my sales revenue extremely.

The monitoring services offered. It's helpful having everything timestamped and logged within HubSpot (emails & calls).

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a certain aspect of HubSpot that I dislike. The layout and functionality is pretty efficient from my experience.

Keeping on track with my pipeline building via contacting customers at the appropriate time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I can say about HubSpot is the ease with which I can upload contacts in the system and contact them, I love that all the information is always available, the one that can have control over each client, that I can contact them en masse. One thing I can also say is that with their statistical reports I can effectively assess where I am making a mistake and how to fix it. In general, I can say that with my experience with other HubSpot systems it is one of the best I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I sometimes do not like is that it does not synchronize correctly with my email account, but it is something that does not happen very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send emails in a massive way having complete individual control over each contact, that is something that helps me a lot in my work, its template editing tools help me make each email seem unique and dedicated to each contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take it easy, at first, it seems all very difficult, but little by little you realize that it is very intuitive

All the available customizations and options you have been helping me in tracking the sales process and the pipeline management aspects. The interface is very user-friendly and if you are eager to learn and develop as a sales rep the HubSpot Academy will most definitely help you with your sales effort.

Nothing in particular, because it met all of my expectations.

Best CRM for marketing and sales by far.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. I have used sales force, MS dynamics and others. However None of them match Hubspot. What I like the most is integration between sales and marketing. The ability to make sequence, template or sending offer to client. Hubspot is most intuitiv and so easy to use for sales people like me.

Nothing! I love everything about it. Loves everything!!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and marketing. Hubspot is making our job easier and more fun. Training new staff is easy, as Hubspot helps your sales team with e-learning tools.

I strongly recommend Hubspot, take it from someone that have used all the major CRM before. Hubspot is a game changer for sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Contacts Filter - When I'm targeting which contact to work on, I could just filter it the way I want it, role, nature of the company, etc. I could save my chosen filter and get back to it anytime. Saves me time and effort.
Tasks List- This is the function that I''m using every single day. There are some tasks that are automatically created, there are some that I have to set-up myself. This helps me in organizing which contact to work on for the day and how many tasks needs to be completed. Again, saves me time and effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I am in the middle of the call and I can hear the other line perfectly, but they are telling me I'm having a bad line, I get frustrated. I have created tickets for this several times, usually it gets fix on its own but it negatively impacts the call handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have issues with organizing and focus. Most of the time, I end up missing out some of the important tasks that need to be completed within a particular day. There is so much to do with the information Hubspot Sales Hub has, but sometimes It gets too overwhelming. With the contacts filter and tasks list, I am able to set my priority and focus on a daily basis, perform my tasks one after the other, and make my daily tasks more systematic. I realized that I am actually doing great with organizing my tasks, thanks to Hubspot!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For organizations who would like to use Hubspot as a CRM, it is user friendly and is driven towards making customer acquisition more targeted and organized.

All the usability of all functions. We are just getting in to using more of the functions.
