Great Marketing & Sales Software
What do you like best about the product?
I was using Salesforce previously and then started to use Hubspot sales hub. The learning curve was less. It was easy to start & add contacts and deals.
The activity feed feature is great as it helps in understanding the users interaction with my emails.

Hubspot is expensive . There are a lot of options when it comes to linking to other apps which can seem overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track my conversions & integrate sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation dearies like email templates, snippets, and suggestions for email improvements. I like the email tracking letting me know when an email or asset was opened. I like that it populated contact info from email address. The learning paths were amazing and useful beyond HS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little difficult to navigate. Sometimes hard to find the specific field or action I’m looking for. Not always clear what field I need to use to drive a reporting metric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need for integrated marketing, sales and service single software was the big one.

A short review of hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Really simple, easy to use interface. They are constantly updating it with great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow loading speed, occasional bugs in the UI

We log every deal in hubspot, so as an all in one software its awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great all in one software to track deals emails tasks. Really good internal search feature makes it perfect.
Why I like Hubspot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is the CRM I use to power my agency. I originally started with the free version and have since started paying for it. One of the reasons to pay for it is to get email Automation. I use this feature to automatically follow up with my clients. This feature is well worth the cost alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is the appointment booking. I do not like the way it is set up so I use a third party service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep track of leads and convert them to sales. This solves a lot of these issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would start with the free version and then graduate to the paid one.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy you can jump straight into Hubspot. It allows you to manage all your clients from Sales, to Marketing, to Support all in one place. Making it very easy to handle your work flow without extra applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pay Model is very bad for small businesses. They lock a lot of features but show them to you, to encourage an up sell on their SaaS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot CRM, we have found it extremely easy to handle our day to day operations from Sales, to Marketing, to getting Support to our customers. They have made it very easy to handle all the clients and keep a track on when we last spoke to any sales we have gotten.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Hubspot CRM to any business that want's to organized their businesses' day to day task. It really saves alot of time and increases work productivity.
OCD and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy a ton of the functions but being able to see the timeline on contacts is important when you are sharing that contact with your team. Staying on top of follow up in sales is one of the most important aspects of success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to send a one time email to a group of selected contacts without enrolling them in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes tracking and focusing on targets easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease of use. HubSpot is super user friendly and it has many attributes that my company has yet to tap into.

That it doesn't recognize duplicated contacts when the phone number or email is the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows meand my colleagues to have a feedback of which strategies are working better, and for example what's the main reasons our leads are not interested in our product.

Its email tracking feature has been especially useful for refining pitches and following up interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The userface can be a bit fiddly, especially when it comes to sorting contacts.

Approaching new clients through email has been enhanced thanks to the HubSpot CRM, and the Academy has been a great resource too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth a go. I used to use it with clients and was a bit skeptical about it, but when I signed up as a small business myself, I could see the benefits straight away. Email tracking is by far and away the most useful feature for me; the sales bits are a bit fiddly (but I'm not a salesman by heart!).

I can structure my entire sales week, month and quarter based on the functionality of HS.,
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not up to scratch. I would prefer more customisation so I can create documents for EOW and EOM reporting etc. Especially EOQ reporting

Highly recommend this due to its diverse range of functions inc sales and marketing tools, productivity tracking and basic CRM system use.
Nice and easy to use tool with lots of potential for most companies.

HubSpot Crm offers really easy to use user interface. The tool is very good for marketing automation. Much better thaan most of the free to use opensource alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing might be a bit too high for some businesses. Although there are free option that have nice functionalities.

More efficient sales, but the best is the integration with marketing tools. We now have our inbound marketing setup ready.

Start to think about what you want to achieve with using Hubspot and then try to use the right tools within Hubspot to set this up.
