What do you like best about the product?
I like the abilities of the software and how it is able to be used across all interfaces. There is a lot to be used here, and the ability to track and trust the software is great peace of mind. I also find the software to be in good working order whenever I use it. I like how it looks as well. very sleek design and it is very friendly to use with the entire team. Implementing was different than usual, but they were able to help with the circumstances and make it a project that can continually be improved upon.
I like the home page, I like the overview option, and I like the specific insights with the email templates and click rate analysis.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to learn even more about the software and what I can use it for! There is so much potential here and it is almost overwhelming at first. I want to be a HubSpot pro and optimize efficiencies so that I can take advantage of all the amazing things HubSpot has to offer. Sometimes there are overflows or duplicates that come at a bit of a surprise, and we are still trying to figure out how to best manage those without losing account data and interactions with existing opportunities and leads.
I dislike the duplicates, the uncertainty of team cohesiveness and overlaps, ad well at too many ups and downs of implementing new software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales allows for nothing to fall through the cracks. It allows for easier search methods, better sales tools, and a more user-friendly interface to make the experience stress free. There is a great amount of opportunity here to grow the pipeline and to make sure all potential information and interactions are tracked and traced.
Some problems are much older and more internal, but most some from staying on top of everything and being able to implement a system the best way possible. With HubSpot, there is no longer a hard waiting period on glitches or innovative features, as they already have those covered!

Make sure to learn by doing and to ask questions as they come up.
There is a great amount of potential with this software, and not capitalizing on all of it means leaving things behind. I say if you are serious, really get to know it and take it seriously, as it can greatly help increase your sales volume and structure.
The sales training team at HubSpot is very insightful, and their videos have great insights on how to improve your skills and how to stay up to date with the new updates and ways to smoothly integrate all your sales and marketing needs with your team.

. Easy customer queries listing so we will understand customer's problem easily
Pretty easy and good integrations...I also like the task option.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place, which isn't too different from other CRMs, however, I like that you can call out of the platform and when someone calls my cell, it shows me who it is from the HS integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AirCall integration doesn't work periodically but seems like it could be something on AirCall's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved, mass emails with a personalized touch. Benefits, when someone signs up for our work accounts, it automatically inputs their contact into HS and I can see when people click or forward one of my emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy, trackable, and doesn't frustrate me day after day. Support is pretty quick to reply.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very organized system. It is very easy to keep track of companies and contacts. All of the outreach is logged in tracked giving the user the benefit of personalizing all outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot goes lags a little more than I'd like. HubSpot is constantly looking to make improvements and updates, so sometimes parts of it are down for maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving tracking issues and intentional outreach. The benefits of HubSpot are the many different ways to build out your pipeline- With the ability to customize stages, the pipeline is set up to have an accurate forecast in future revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely endorse HubSpot Sales Hub. It does a great job managing an overall sales department. Managers can see and assists AEs and SDRs with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there is a better filing system for the Contacts' Lists.I need to pull up some numbers routinely and it would be helpful if I can categorize the lists in folders under each campaign. When you create numerous lists, they pile up on top of each other and you would need to go between pages to find the list you are looking for. It would be much easier having lists that are related in one file for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating lead gen campaigns. Creating landing pages, forms and lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations: No question, automations in Hubspot are the best feature, and time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Explanations of some of the automations aren't great. Sometimes I used the wrong setting, because things weren't clear. But once figured out, everything is great. I've experienced frequent glitches, and update failures, until I refresh my browser, or sign out and back in, sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is an excellent all-around CRM. Things move so smoothly from pipeline to pipeline, and data is stored reliably. I'm trying to convince my new CEO to leave our current CRM to move over.

I like that I am able to store all my contacts and see the conversations that we have by adding on the shortcut to all emails. I like how any of my other colleagues can view as well incase one of us is out sick and need information or simply just to check and make sure one of us is doing what we are suppose to be doing in our fields

I don't really have much that I don't like about Hubspot, I wish that the people that we don' pay spots for can have access to a bit more even if it is limited.

It helped me solve problems with how to contact and what to say to consumers and what will keep them engaged vs shifting them away with mass emailing

Just give it a try and go through the classes and explore every detail and its a 99.9% you will be satisfied with what you find!!

What do you like best about the product?
Deals function makes my life easier. I start all my weeks by checking the deals in different stages and move all deals from left to the right.

What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering is a bit complicated and I need to dig in to find the right view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to start my work and see who needs an offer, who has received the contract and needs a follow up call etc. So, I just simply move the deals one step to the right every week and I am able to close much more deals than ever before.

I work in a company in Brazil, and it is focused on B2C. So, we don't use all the features to their full potential. We could have more functions for Ecommerce sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales are not that complex. So with HubSpot, we were able to shorten the sales cycle and use less people to get the job done. Another great advantage was the construction of reports and the wealth of data that we presented to the board. Not to mention the amount of automated tasks we do today, which saves us a lot of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can do a lot within the Hub, so don't be alarmed and don't let anxiety catch you. My first advice is: Take some courses from the HubSpot Academy. This will give you a very nice view of what the hub can do for you. Then, put everything you've learned into practice, even if you're not going to use it. Have a question where to start? Hub has a function called "models", which you can rely on there. It is very worthwhile to get started at HubSpot.
