Template solution for the masses

What do you like best about the product?
Templates and Snippets make our lives a lot more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
No variety in options for Templates as to personalise even further
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our business to become much more streamlined. Sales and Operations have full information on each others contact with our partners/customers. This allows for information to be centralised and creates a seamless customer experience

Not quite perfect but not far off!

What do you like best about the product?
The sales aspect of hubspot is perfect. Easy to filter views, easy to contact customer and overall really user friendly. I've used microsoft dynamics and I've played with sage and this is much nicer than both. not nearly as clinical or overcomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticket system could be more streamlined / intuitive. Its basically a copy of the sales system when the two things aren't directly translatable.

You need to do a lot of fettling and playing around with the workflows to get things right and even then it doesnt work quite as you would want.

however it does work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im dealing with both sales and support and given it works as one complete package its not bad at all!

The automation will make your life easier for sure but it will mean a lot of experimenting and working things out to get to a point that you're completely happy with. We're still not entirely happy with the overall automation in our support process but the more we experiment with it the better it gets.

We're also looking into the chatbot feature which we believe will come in handy with customer support but we're not ready to implement that until we're happy with the ticketing process as a whole.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Regardless of what CRM you're using, switching to hubspot would really make sense.

The user friendliness means everyone can be up and running within minutes!

Efficient sales tool but still to be perfected!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for keeping track of all our deals, companies and contacts in terms of how you're able to link them all up. There are a number of strange intricacies in the industry we work in and so far there are not many functions that Hubspot has been unable to help with. There are enough levels of admin that we need and we're able to handle fairly large data files quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest flaw that I've found is around the lack of a Geo-location tool - i.e. to be able to see all of your deals on a map and be able to then assign them by territory.

Additionally, in most instances we deal with several branches for each company - so we have to make an individual deal for each one, there is no way (as far as I am aware) to put them into like a folder in the Deals, so as not to have 10 Deals open - I'd rather have 10 Deals in 1 folder which shows on the Deals homepage.

If / once they bring an update to the above, it'll be a pretty complete all round service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage large amounts of data relatively easily from the admin perspective. We are also able to track everything we need to to ensure the sales team are working efficiently.

An effective way to push your productivity

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in Hubspot is that you have a lot of customization options for your workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly the slowdowns but they are quite rare

It allows me to organize and follow precisely my workflow as business developer and it does it pretty nice.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot task tool for last 5 months as a sales development representative and it just made my life easier!
Aa my first professional experience, I had no idea what a CRM is, but it was so easy for me to know how hupspot works within days. I loved how I could manage my leads, get an overview what's happening with them and the team, go back to old emails and schedule new ones saving alot of time and effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont particulary like the fact that sometimes when I import a list of leads, some of the contacts just disepear and have to re-do it manully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im using hubpsot as a sales tool, and it made possible to reach out to more 100 people in a day :)

HubSpot Email Templates

What do you like best about the product?
The email template generator that HubSpot provides allows for the quick and easy use of automated emails. By using this feature, it has allowed me to connect with prospects far quicker, thereby allowing me to connect with even more prospects. It even let's you know when you have created the perfect email and advises on improvements you could make to make your email more stronger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike but it would be great to have a character counter for any email. At present it only lets you know as a suggestion that your email may be too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email templates allow me the flexibility of having pre-set emails ready to send. Although they are generic, a little tweak here and there is all that is needed when you are sending to your prospects so that it is really a tailored email and very likely to get responses from your prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me a lot with the organization in my work and also makes it easy. Since I started using HubSpot my work has been much better. I can make many calls a day and have everything organized without my having to worry about it. All of my co-workers also felt a significant change in the pace of work. We are all working more smoothly without having to worry so much about organizing everything, as HubSpot helps a lot in this
What do you dislike about the product?
If you learn how to use HubStop, it is very difficult to have something you do not like. The tool is very complete and you can manage it easily, just strive to learn how to use it. The tool is simple for anyone who needs it to be simple. And it's complex (not pejoratively) for those who need it to be complex. HubSpot can do a lot of things and so far I haven't found one that doesn't do quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize my calls easily and quickly. That is, my work has become more dynamic.
I improved my work rate, I can make more calls a day. HubSpot has brought many benefits for me and my co-workers. We all agree that the ease of the application and its advantages are huge. Agility, organization and easy management are the strengths of this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn how to use carefully, the tool is very complete and can help you a lot.

User friendly, customize-able reports

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of activity is easy thanks to email plug-ins, pulling reports on that activity is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
View of activity can be overwhelming at times. Specially when its found under a company record. Everything is there without a clean way to view per subject matter or client. Repeated activity is a bit of annoying when trying to go back in time and trying to remember what took place. The order in which its presented is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep lists in order. Useful in campaigns, such as gift tracking, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to search for my candidates- I feel like this system is very smart and doesn't require a lot of fields to find something you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an individual inquires, clicks or signs on to our live chat, if it's with a different email address than what is on the first profile it creates another profile (duplicates it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to search in three different areas to find a candidate, now we just have our search bar in Hubspot. Benefits are also it's easier to communicate to the sales managers and for them to see my activity when they receive a notification.
