Use Email Templates To Save Time!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot organizes all my contacts and activities into a nice, easy to use interface. I love that it constantly analyzes next steps that lead to sales revenue. I love, love, love, the ability to track email opens, clicks etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could integrate multiple leads in a company to an existing contact record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing falls between the cracks nor gets forgotten. Learn to have the discipline to add a followup activity to every contact you have.
Streamline for Success
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep up on all my contacts, streamline communications, generate warm leads and make my job easier. If you are not using Templates or Sequences for sales you are missing out!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have projects on my plate during a particular day or week, I get behind on task follow up and feel behind.
I wish there was a mapping too integrated w/ HS for just me on a sales team MapMyCustomers wouldn't integrate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having type out emails every time I want to communicate. Templates, Sequences, Workflows, and Forms have helped me solidify and convert Leads to Opportunities and a Closed Deal!

How HubSpot increased productivity, closed more deals & work less!
What do you like best about the product?
The "BEST" part about Hubspot, is that I can send email, gather raw data for my customer (contacts, sales figures, contact info, locations & customize specific product offerings)
Second is, I can automatically set up follow ups that pre-organize my tasks in one convenient location, where then I can start a Que and being my tasks for the day.
I can reference past emails, phone calls and any notes on the customer in ONE location. I can attach links, images and PDF's to any email so simply. Once I have sent the email off, I can count the number of open's and clicks in any email I sent through Hubspot portal.
If I am ever in need of reports on productivity, or how a marketing email went. I can easily go to my report and change settings custom to what I need to know.
With all this above. Most days I really only need to outbound call and email for about 3 hours, leaving the rest of the day for new business! Not only hitting customer retention but being able to consistently focus on growth.
I cannot express how much Hubspot has increased productivity, time management & success!

What do you dislike about the product?
I really only dislike the fact that my contacts (if I need to CC once in a blue moon) are added automatically. I think there could be an easier version of importing to create stronger lists and et cetera.
I also know, these functions are available. Just lack the ability to do so.
An additional feature that I wish was offered; the ability to map out my customer's so when I access my contact list or company list I am able to navigate on the road more effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, I have cut down my sales process and outbound calls to half the time printing off an excel sheet.
There are no more sales "falling through the cracks" because of a missed deadline or late follow up.
Most sales are lost due to the fact you don't follow up in time to close the current or open deal. I have now been able to be comfortable doing day to day customer retention and focus on growth at the same time. IN UNDER 8 HRS!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Promote more general insight on the Instagram page. I always seem to find a few good notes in there to add to a pitch!
HubSpot is an amazing tool for capturing and tracking customer activity and communication.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the interface is and the fact that nothing slips through the cracks when using HubSpot. I also love all the available automation, reports, and dashboards that help us forecast sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is difficult. I don't necessarily dislike anything about HubSpot. If I could change anything, it would probably have to do with the contact limit. I wish we could have more than 1000 contacts under our current plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem most sales people encounter is the difficultly of tracking all communications with customers. HubSpot solves this problem beautifully. A huge benefit of using HubSpot Sales Hub is that, as long as I'm doing my part, I can trust the software to keep track of everything and remind me when I need to do things like follow up, send pricing, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of HubSpot for me is the email templates. It saves me so much time and energy when responding to potential customers. That saved time lets me put more effort into creating a personal connection with customers over the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I dislike about HubSpot. Sometime's I get a little confused when searching for activities on a deal vs. on a customer profile. I would like all the activities (emails, calls, & notes) to show up all in one place whether its in a deal or customer profile. But other than that things work very seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that I'm solving are keeping me organized and following up with customers when I say I will. I use the tasks feature all the time. I like how it sends an email reminder day of to keep me on track. Benefits that I have found are communicating with team members. I love that you can tag them on notes and keep them in the know as to whats going on with accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a test run! Once you see how useful and easy this is you'll never want to go back.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. It's all connected and we can see exactly where deals are coming from, and most importantly which source is generating the most won deals. We've set up automation to make our sales process more efficient and this has resulted in quicker, easy deal wins!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if more features of the sales hub were available in the free version (as we're already paying a premium for marketing and service hub) as due to the small size of our team it's not worth the extra investment. Simple things like being able to automate a deal stage changing to 'deal scheduled' when a meeting is booked through the meetings link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest issue for us is that most of our team use Macs and use the Outlook app to send emails. Unfortunately the email integration doesn't work for us as our emails are hosted on Gmail rather than Office 365. This has caused major problems as we were able to fully track emails using the same set up in our old CRM Pipedrive.
More in-depth reporting and subsequent analysis which leads to better sales/marketing outreach strategies.
Deals all tied in with support inboxes, live chat, tickets etc so we have a complete overview of what these contacts are doing/interested in.
Integrated with Slack so we can notify the wider team about deals won.
Automated tasks created for the team to follow up with customers as their contracts come to an end.
We don't use quotes at the moment (even though we could) because of the lack of customisation available to the quote/contract that is sent over. If this could match the functionality of PandaDocs then we could move over.

It's a one stop shop. You can do everything you've ever needed to do and more. There are so many integrations you can easily sync data over and it will make your sales process so much easier.
Great way to streamline sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
The tools that allow you to track you email success are wonderful. I loved seeing who opened my emails and how many times. I loved being able to set up an automated sequence so if they didn't open my emails, they'll get my second follow up email after that. Another tool I like best is the ability to see what other people are doing in terms of chatter among each other and among the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand workflow and the purpose of that. Maybe its to help give reporting on my pipeline, but I wish that button would be more self-explanatory. But! There are videos I can watch that will help explain every tool on HubSpot, which is a great way to learn the industry, and how HubSpot can help me be a better salesperson. Another item I don't like would be the analytic reports they give back. Maybe I don't' understand how to download them, but I would like to see how to gather reports on up to date email analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can visual who is really interested by how many times they opened my emails. However, I think the reporting is wrong. I had someone from my email go onto our website to buy our product, but the reporting on their account shows no connection because they used a different email. None the less, it should have stated the click-through from their email to our product page. Also, when it says "click", I would also expect to see web page views on their profile page, but there was none. Doesn't seem accurate. Another problem I have with HubSpot would be the email template creation page. I wish I could set up two columns with information but it only allows me such little playability. But at least I can use canva and have that directly connect and be uploaded into my email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a page with reporting that people in sales would most likely use. I would also include a trial period for marketing. We had one for the sales hub, but I would love to see what the marketing hub could do as well. Especially since I do so much email marketing on my own.

Deals page, how I can manage prospects and close deals faster.

Dragging one card from deals to another especially if it’s all the way left.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Hubspot is user friendly and a very effective software.

Suggestion pop ups. If I don't close them they keep popping up.

No problems. The benefits of hubspot is that I have everything in place and it easy to view and follow up on my deals.

If you are hesitant, try out the training courses first they teach you a lot about this software. Then, proceed to personalize it and you will love it.
