Sometimes it can feel a bit limiting on customization as your sales process grows more complex.

It’s helping streamline our sales process by centralizing data, automating follow-ups, and giving clear pipeline visibility—making it easier to close deals faster and more efficiently.

I’ve utilized Hubspot Sales, Ops, and Service across 2 companies and have been impressed by their constant growth and evolution to meet customer needs.

Keeping data in sync can be difficult sometimes across objects.

Hubspot helps me organize our customer information, track deals, build reporting, and monitor KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
How it brings everything into one place - prospecting, pipeline management, email tracking, and reporting - all seamlessly connected to the CRM. It removes the friction between sales and marketing, gives real-time visibility into deals, and makes it easy to personalise outreach at scale. The automation and insights free up time for actual selling, so teams can focus on building relationships and closing revenue instead of getting lost in tools and admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features - like deeper reporting, advanced sequences, or certain integrations - sit behind higher-tier licenses.

We launched for internal tracking of our team’s engagements with our franchised businesses- although we’re new in the HubSpot eco-system we’re already seeing benefits

Seamless integrations make all the difference. We have unlimited on-ramps and off-ramps for our data making it easier to make connections and find insights

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub centralises all of my sales data and allows for really easy overview of all deals, forecast and helps flag any potential risks with prospects

More standard properties so less custom calculated properties are needed

I now have all of my teams sales data and conversation data with prospects in one place so nothing is siloed or forgotten

Its UI is supercool for the sales team and flexibility to create custom view is awesome

Nothing I can remember as it has all the tools for me to do my job

The best thing about HubSpot is its ease of use, we don’t need a developer or Admin. We can manage the system effectively in house which is a significant cost saving over competing products

It can be a little difficult to know which properties to use or what will populate automatically

Being able to track all our sales activity was crucial to being able to see what approaches are working

With the new release at inbound 2025 and the sales workspace, the sale hub has now proven to be the leading platform available for teams of all sizes

Faster roll out of sales workspace, better integrated reporting on Leads.
