Intuitive Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot marketing hub and sales hub. I’ve previously used three other marketing automation platforms and HubSpot has quickly become my favorite. It has an intuitive design, powerful features and they’re team is just a chat away with any questions 24 hours a day. They’re extremely easy to work with and their platform is easy to use and works!
What do you dislike about the product?
The data limits are pretty low. After 1,000 contacts pricing increase. To me that’s a pretty small database and it’s be nice if they allowed more contacts before nickel and dime fees start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated messages, enhanced workflows, behavior tracking are some of the biggest benefits. We also use HubSpot to execute our workflows and lead management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and teach others. I also love that you can customize it to better suit your company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that some people who don't fully understand it will accidentally merge accounts together. I wish there was a way to make it a little more difficult to merge them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped tremendously in terms of communicating with clients. I can set tasks to remind me of when I need to reach out and then forget about it until I'm reminded.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend giving it a try and seeing if it's right for you and your team. It works great for our team. I love being able to set task reminders and not having to makes notes anywhere to help me remember something, because the reminders notify you when you need to do something. The Notes section is great for writing notes about accounts and adding details for yourself and other users. I especially love the the email templates and tracking. It's very helpful to know when someone has opened your email or when they have not, so you can create a task to reach out to them again in the future. I also really like being able to see who is looking at what on our website, so we can get in touch with our active site users.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM features, templates, analytics, and ease of operations
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot removed the email automation feature from the starter pack and also no custom reporting available (they should give at least 5 custom reports in the starter pack since it gets difficult to create reports).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for email outreach for me and my team. Described the benefits in one of the above statements.
Easy and Informative
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is broken down step by step to fully understand what tools you have and how to implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Hubspot so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that each of the lessons are fairly short, sweet, and to the point.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and I think you will really benefit from the ease of using this as your new CRM! I love HubSpot and I believe they can help your company move to the next level of marketing and sales. I would even work there! LOL
If You're Not Using HubSpot Sales Hub, You're NOT Being As Efficient As You Could Be!
What do you like best about the product?
Task reminders are a MUST and so easy with the auto-generated check boxes on emails or call logs. They're the only way I can be so effective in my follow-ups. Two Words... TIME SAVED!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not as great as the online version but still better than nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely earning more sales on long range/slow buyers. Being able to follow up and check your notes with ease helps close the deal on those buyers who come in today but aren't looking to make a purchase for several months. Just Click-Select date and BAM reminded to check in and close the deal.
Fantastic Team with a great product
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives us a great framework to deploy all of our 'top of the funnel' campaigns. We have seen a big jump in conversion. Their team has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a small issue with the support product, but want to be very clear that Sales Hub is amazing. Our support team does not like the search functionality. We did not acquire Hubspot for support, but it would be nice if it were more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire customer acquisition strategy is simply laid out and easily deployed in Sales Hub. Now that we are scaling a larger team, new team members get up to speed fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great software for companies looking to build their 'top of the funnel' efforts.
Adequate tool if you put the effort into it.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you track your pipeline, proposals and your entire sales process. It integrates with other parts of Hubspot's data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still too much manual work you need to do to keep it up to date. I struggle with the process of updating my deals enough to create useable reports from Hubspot, but in fairness - I have struggled with this with other tools as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to keep up with my sales pipeline and know what is working and what doesn't. It tracks my email history.

Consider whether your team has the direction to do the data entry to make this successful.

What do you like best about the product?
The way HubSpot Sales develops into the perfect pipeline system with its easy-to-use features and affordable price. HubSpot eases the training time and offers guides to get started with this software, and the interface is easy to navigate.

I think HubSpot Sales has worked very well so far, so I can't think of anything negative that I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a manager in the Sales department, it is part of my job to meet all our operations with success and have our own prospects that we can use in the future. HubSpot Sales allows me to accelerate my sales processes and build a reputation for my old customers and new clients. I have been using this software for years now and I can say that its integrated platforms are all very functional and have helped our business get a sense of planning, as well as improving our sales and marketing techniques. And to this day, we still continue to see an increase in our sales every time we implement this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For new users, I would recommend getting started with the training guides because those are really valuable and save a lot of time.
Excellent tool to keep track of customer activity and achieve lead conversions.
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely versatile and it integrates with many other tools that make the flow of information very natural. Also, team management is great since leaders can see everything that is going on while users can focus on their area with all the right information at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations with other SAAS do not share a complete set of properties that get updated automatically in real time. For some values we have to be creative by defining them through other automatic properties, plus, sometimes it takes hours for the data to arrive to hubspot and be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a SAAS company and offer online demonstrations of our platform, so the meetings tool is an every day must. We have it linked to our web page and interested leads schedule their meeting automatically and sales people just need to watch their calendar for upcoming demonstrations.
Also, we keep track of lead statuses in the deals section which is linked to our payment platform, so depending on customer activity, we know exactly where he stands. It's important to mention that the monthly reports export like magic!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a good sales funnel and train your team to use it accordingly. Its the key to keeping the data clean and work flowing with no issues.
After finding out, it's impossible to imagine working without Hubspot.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to manage, easy to include in your daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Hubspot has to think to include some "basic" automation features (only 3 or 5 for example) of Workflows and Sequences also for clients without "Professional" accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I have started to use HubSpot on my sales, the results have growth thanks to all the services and automations. Itìs very easy to use and thanks to the Academy, you could train yourself to improve your performances.
