Align sales and marketing to show revenue achieved from campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. It's all connected and we can see exactly where deals are coming from, and most importantly which source is generating the most won deals. We've set up automation to make our sales process more efficient and this has resulted in quicker, easy deal wins!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if more features of the sales hub were available in the free version (as we're already paying a premium for marketing and service hub) as due to the small size of our team it's not worth the extra investment. Simple things like being able to automate a deal stage changing to 'deal scheduled' when a meeting is booked through the meetings link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest issue for us is that most of our team use Macs and use the Outlook app to send emails. Unfortunately the email integration doesn't work for us as our emails are hosted on Gmail rather than Office 365. This has caused major problems as we were able to fully track emails using the same set up in our old CRM Pipedrive.

More in-depth reporting and subsequent analysis which leads to better sales/marketing outreach strategies.
Deals all tied in with support inboxes, live chat, tickets etc so we have a complete overview of what these contacts are doing/interested in.
Integrated with Slack so we can notify the wider team about deals won.
Automated tasks created for the team to follow up with customers as their contracts come to an end.
We don't use quotes at the moment (even though we could) because of the lack of customisation available to the quote/contract that is sent over. If this could match the functionality of PandaDocs then we could move over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a one stop shop. You can do everything you've ever needed to do and more. There are so many integrations you can easily sync data over and it will make your sales process so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools that allow you to track you email success are wonderful. I loved seeing who opened my emails and how many times. I loved being able to set up an automated sequence so if they didn't open my emails, they'll get my second follow up email after that. Another tool I like best is the ability to see what other people are doing in terms of chatter among each other and among the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand workflow and the purpose of that. Maybe its to help give reporting on my pipeline, but I wish that button would be more self-explanatory. But! There are videos I can watch that will help explain every tool on HubSpot, which is a great way to learn the industry, and how HubSpot can help me be a better salesperson. Another item I don't like would be the analytic reports they give back. Maybe I don't' understand how to download them, but I would like to see how to gather reports on up to date email analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can visual who is really interested by how many times they opened my emails. However, I think the reporting is wrong. I had someone from my email go onto our website to buy our product, but the reporting on their account shows no connection because they used a different email. None the less, it should have stated the click-through from their email to our product page. Also, when it says "click", I would also expect to see web page views on their profile page, but there was none. Doesn't seem accurate. Another problem I have with HubSpot would be the email template creation page. I wish I could set up two columns with information but it only allows me such little playability. But at least I can use canva and have that directly connect and be uploaded into my email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a page with reporting that people in sales would most likely use. I would also include a trial period for marketing. We had one for the sales hub, but I would love to see what the marketing hub could do as well. Especially since I do so much email marketing on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Hubspot is user friendly and a very effective software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestion pop ups. If I don't close them they keep popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. The benefits of hubspot is that I have everything in place and it easy to view and follow up on my deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are hesitant, try out the training courses first they teach you a lot about this software. Then, proceed to personalize it and you will love it.

I use it everyday and and I have no complains.

What do you like best about the product?
When following up with clients or prospects I type the same crap every single day. With the Sales Hub I simply template it all out, select the template I want, make some personalization tweaks and we're good to go, it saves me a ton of money.
If I could get a Sales hub for my wife I wouldn't have to constantly repeat that yes, I did take the garbage out. I need a template for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about HubSpot is that it's so customizable. I know it sounds like a pro but honestly, it can get confusing and overwhelming and you have to remember how you decided to set certain things up otherwise it can mess up the whole process.
The entire platform is garbage in, garbage out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a ton of time. It allows me to be persistent with leads and clients without having to remember to send emails on a daily basis. With templates and sequences, HubSpot does that for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. Don't let the price scare you. It pays for itself after a couple months.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support is fast and reliable. The UX is great. They implement suggestions on new features quickly. We've found an increase in efficiency for our Sales and operations teams. We love all of the integrations and have found great partners to work with whose services we wouldn't have found otherwise. Our team has used HubSpot Academy as ongoing continuing education for our whole team and to have a common language for meetings and other company initiatives. We love to use the deal leaderboards as a Sales team. Our finance manager used to spend hours manually pulling data from our outdated proprietary software, and we've experiences substantial cost savings by decreasing his administrative workload. He's been able to spend more time developing advanced reporting. Our Sales Team has used sequences to automate both initial and follow-up interactions with clients. We've closed more deals this way, as we've been top of mind. Our Operations Team is implementing sequences immediately after booking. This ensures our clients are follow-up with and maintains high sentiment as they continue towards their weddings days after booking. This has also helped us manage quality control in an automated way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to be able to household contacts. Many of our contacts have other family members that call in do discuss their venue or services bookings prior to the wedding day. We've experienced an increased in communications from family members other than the direct client due to the ever-evolved situation of COVID-19. It's become more imperative to have a centralized record for one client regardless of who we speak with. However, in order for us to track them in HubSpot, they are separate contacts with no ability to link. Householding would be the ideal scenario, and I would image the functionality of how companies are used could be repurposed and trigger by last name or some sort of auto enrollment. This has caused our contact count to increase unnecessarily and created an unnecessary expense for our team. We also need to keep these contacts in our system after their event for a few years even though we have no interaction with them. I wish historically data didn't cost additional money on a monthly basis!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love automatic tracking of calls and emails for record-keeping. Truly, no complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot can organize your day to day routine. When you are all set it is getting really fast and efficient to go through your tasks. Task queues, contact lists functionality and sequences can double your productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the issues we had were solved really fast by the support team. But I still lack some statistics for sequence reports like sorting by number of opens or number of clicks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team is not big but we work with a big number of prospects. Hubspot helps to keep track of all the contacts and to reach out at the right time.
Another advantage that we use is are Sales Reports, it helps to analyze what is happening in the company and in the market and figure possible problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using resources at HubSpot academy to learn what features are there. The learning material is great and you might miss something awesome if you don't go through it.
